Vulkan Vegas Casino Review for 2022

You’re about to read our Vulkan Vegas Casino review. But before you do that, let me give you a quick heads up –

If you’ve already read a Vulkan Casino review or two, then chances are good this review will surprise you.

Because several of the reviews I read recommend them. They gave Vulkan relatively high, 6-8 out of 10-star ratings. I found this shocking considering the bad PR surrounding their brand, as well as their sister site.

I cover this bad PR in our review below. I also talk about a few other things I don’t care for, as well as the few things I DO like.

The ultimate question we aim to answer is:

  • Can we recommend Vulkan Vegas to our readers?
  • Or, does all the bad stuff weigh them down?

Keep reading to find out.

About the Company

Who owns and operates Vulkan Vegas Casino? How long have they been in business? is operated by Brivio Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. They’re licensed in Curacao under the name, Invicta Networks N.V.

They’ve been in business since 1998.

The same outfit also owns/operates Twister Casino, who has been online since 2009.

How’s their reputation? What do others think of them?

Not so good. There are a couple of reasons why.

The main problem with them is that Vulkan pirated games from Novomatic. Their sister brand, Twister Casino was also found committing the same crime.

The second issue is that, when Vulkan Casino first launched, they claimed to be licensed by EveryMatrix. But this was a lie. And when approached them about it, they promptly removed the details that claimed they were.

So, why should you be concerned about either of these?

Well, there’s the blatant theft. If Vulkan is willing to steal from other businesses, what makes you think they won’t steal from you? What’s more is that you have no idea if these pirated games are random (i.e. fair).

And these are the reasons why they have a poor reputation and are blacklisted at the most trustworthy review portals online.

That might also explain the lack of reviews online for Vulkan. Because if a casino is willing to steal from other businesses, review sites have no idea whether they’ll get paid for the players they refer.

It’s a bad scenario overall.

Customer Support

How do you contact Vulkan Vegas Casino? When are they available?

You can contact Vulkan Vegas using the following channels:

PHONE: +357-25-654-268

I sent them an email to ask about their VIP program. They sent a brief, yet helpful response in less than 24 hours. So, no complaints there.

Banking Methods You Can Use + Limits & Fees

What payment methods does Vulkan Vegas accept?

They don’t have a banking page – they only list their options in the footer of their website.

Here are the options they list:

  • QIWI
  • WebMoney
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Money Mail
  • Yandex.Money
  • Bitcoin
  • Skrill

What are your cash out options? Are there any limits or fees?

You can use the following options to cash out:

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Skrill
  • WebMoney
  • Yandex
  • Check
  • Bank Transfer

There are no fees, except in the case that if the total amount you bet is less than 3x your first deposit, they will withhold 20% for cash outs for Visa/MasterCard or 10% for other methods.

This is highway robbery, in my opinion. If you deposit $1,000 and don’t meet the 3x requirement, that means Vulkan will withhold $200.

What banking method has processing costs that high?!
None that I can think of.

Which is why they should cut this fee in half, if not by 75%. If you choose to play here, make sure you deposit a nominal amount and/or clear their 3x requirement.

Now let’s talk cash outs and limits.

How fast you receive your cash out will depend on how much you request. Here’s what that looks like:

  • $500 – Paid the next business day.
  • $501-$3,000 – Paid within 5 business days.
  • $3,001-$30,000 – Paid within 14 business days.

Per their terms, if you hit the top of that last tier -- $30,000 – your cash out can take as long as 30 days to reach you. I don’t know why they list $30,000 twice, where one takes 14 days and the other 30, but they do. I’d just assume it’ll take longer, so you’re not surprised if/when it does.

The max they pay out each month is $30,000, which is pretty good as far as limits go. Though, unfortunately, they don’t mention anywhere that they make exceptions for progressive jackpot winners or VIP customers.

Promotions You Can Claim

Do they offer a welcome bonus? What are the terms?

They do!

If you make a deposit of $10 or more, Vulkan Vegas will match your deposit 100% up to $500.

All games count towards the rollover, which is pretty cool. The default rollover is 35x the bonus. However, roulette and table games will only contribute 15% of the default, which means you’ll need to wager 234x the bonus if you decide to play those games.

What additional promotions can you claim?

It looks like they only have one other deal.

  • Weekly Bonus – Reach level 10 of their Loyalty Program and you’ll be eligible to receive a bonus every Monday.

All you need to do to claim the bonus is make a deposit of at least $30. Depending on your VIP level, you’ll receive a match bonus ranging from 10% to 90%.

The playthrough on this offer is 25x, and you’ll have 5 days to do it. The max bonus and winnings you can claim each week is $200.

Do they have a comps and/or VIP program?

They have a Loyalty Program.

You’ll receive 1 ‘complimentary point’ for every $2 you spend playing their games. These points can be later converted to cash back. They also determine your level/status in their Loyalty Program.

There are 99 levels in their program. Whenever you reach a new level you’ll receive a real money reward that doesn’t require you to roll it over. The amount you receive will increase as you move up in levels.

So does the points to cash back ratio. You’ll start off at 10:1. When you reach the highest level the ratio will be 1:1.

They don’t say whether or not you lose your status at the end of each month or specific period. So, I sent them an email to ask them about it. They told me that once you reach a level it’s yours for good.

Games Can You Play

What software providers do they work with? What kinds of games can you play?

They work with a handful of software providers, which includes:

  • Microgaming
  • Play’n GO
  • BetSoft
  • EvoPlay
  • Ezugi

I mentioned earlier that they had/have a few knockoffs based on Novomatic casino games.

I don’t know what Novomatic’s games look like. But listed a few on their site, which includes:

  • 50 Dragons
  • Book of Ra
  • Lord of the Ocean

The good news is that I didn’t see these games when I reviewed their slots section, or when I manually searched for them.

What devices is their casino compatible with? Are they mobile compatible?

They offer a browser-based casino, which you can use from Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. Most major browsers should work.

They’re also compatible with mobile devices. I checked them out from my iPhone and everything looked good. I opened the Robin Hood slot demo and it worked fine.

Your mileage will vary, but I don’t expect you’ll have any issues.

What are some examples of games you can play?

Here are some examples of games you’ll find on their site. Everything below is categorized the same way it’s categorized on Vulkan Vegas.

  • Viking Runecraft
  • Book of Dead
  • The Angler
  • Beautiful Bones
  • Jurassic World
  • The Slotfather Part II
  • Indiana’s Quest
  • Prissy Princess
  • Oink Country Love
  • Tower Quest
  • Fire & Steel
  • Matsuri
  • 7 Sins
  • Magic Shoppe
  • Candy Dreams
  • Lucky Twins
  • Troll Hunters
  • Mega Money Multiplier
  • Fire Joker
  • Jungle Jim
  • Pollen Party
  • Gemix
  • Grim Muerto
  • Terminator 2
  • Super Flip
  • Playboy
  • Lost Vegas
  • Thunderstruck II
  • Fruit Zen
  • Jurassic Park
  • Egypt Gods
  • Basketball
  • Cloud Quest
  • Fruit Vs Candy
  • Dragonz
  • Mr Vegas
  • Great 88
  • Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde
  • Crazy Cow
  • The True Sheriff
  • 300 Shields
  • Pinocchio
  • The Tipsy Tourist
  • Wizard of Gems
  • Immortal Romance
  • Spin Party
  • Hitman
  • Robin Hood
  • Gung Pow
  • Titans of The Sun
  • Hellboy
  • Football Star
  • Birds!
  • Pearl Lagoon
  • Frankenslots Monster
  • Game of Thrones
  • Shoot!
  • Cool Wolf
  • Wild Orient
  • So Much Sushi
  • Alaxe In Zombieland
  • Wild North
  • Avalon II
  • Karate Pig
  • Piggy Fortunes
  • Mega Moolah
  • Dolphin Quest
  • Medusa
  • Steam Punk Heroes
  • Jekyll & Hyde

They have tons of slots to choose from. That’s no surprise, though, given the software providers they work with. Which means you’ll have no shortage of progressive slots, slots with features, bonus rounds and 3D slots (from BetSoft) to choose from.

They also run slot tournaments. It looks like these run every week with prize pools that alternate between $650 and $850. What I think is neat about these is that the games change each week. So, you don’t get burnt out playing the same slot title.

Live Casino

  • Roulette
  • Blackjack – 2 Tables
  • Casino Hold’em Poker
  • Monaco Roulette/Blackjack
  • Europe Roulette/Blackjack
  • American Roulette/Blackjack/Baccarat
  • Lottery
  • Keno

They have a good selection here. What’s sort of new to me are the Monaco and Europen tables that apparently offer multiple games. That’s pretty cool.

You also don’t see live lottery or keno offered often, either.

Table Games

  • Beat Me
  • Mini Baccarat
  • Casino Stud
  • Blackjack
  • European Blackjack
  • Double Exposure Blackjack
  • Single Deck Blackjack
  • Casino Holdem
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Triple Pocket Hold’em Poker
  • High Limit Baccarat
  • Cyberstud Poker
  • Caribbean Poker
  • Ride’m Poker
  • Super 7 Blackjack
  • 21 Burn Blackjack
  • Draw High Low
  • Pontoon Blackjack
  • Oasis Poker
  • Red Dog
  • Pirate 21 Blackjack
  • Poker3
  • Five Draw Poker

This makes up the majority of their table games. What’s not included in the list above are their duplicates and high limit variations.

Overall, this is a pretty diverse selection of table games that most people will be looking for. Solid job from Vulkan.

  • European Roulette
  • American Roulette
  • Multi Wheel Roulette
  • Premier Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Common Draw Roulette

There are a few duplicates here, plus a couple games that overlap with their live dealer section. But, overall, they have a decent selection of roulette games.

Video Poker

  • Deuces Wild
  • Jacks or Better
  • Joker Poker
  • Jackpot Poker
  • Deuces Wild
  • Bonus Deuces Wild
  • Aces & Faces
  • Double Double Bonus
  • Split Way Royal
  • Bonus Deuces
  • Deuces & Jokers Poker
  • All American Poker

Not much to add here. I think most people are going to like the video poker machines at Vulkan.

  • Flying Pigs
  • Bugs party
  • Triple chance hi-lo
  • Germinator
  • Keno
  • Dragon’s fortune
  • Hole in one
  • Granny Prix

This section covers their keno and scratch ticket options. There aren’t as many as you’d expect considering they work with Microgaming. But I think there’s enough to keep everyone but hardcore scratch game players entertained.

Overall Thoughts

They have a solid casino. That’s not much of a surprise considering the games from Microgaming, NetEnt and BetSoft.

Their live casino is especially strong. It’s much better than your average casino, which was a bit surprising.

If only they could shake the negative PR surrounding their site. I didn’t see the example games LCB mentioned Vulkan ripped off, so that’s good. Hopefully they removed all the games they lifted.

What do we think of Vulkan Vegas Casino? Do we recommend them to our readers?

The biggest reason why is because they once stole games and tried to pass it off as legit titles. If one business is willing to steal from another, what makes you think they’re not willing to steal from their customers?

That alone is enough for me to pass on them. There are just too many legit casinos out there, and I’d rather join an average, yet honest casino, then a A+, but scummy casino.

Not to mention we have a responsibility to recommend only SAFE casinos to our readers. If we’re not willing to play at Vulkan, we’re sure as heck not going to recommend you play there.

But that’s not all.

I’m also not a fan of Vulkan withholding 20% of your deposit if you don’t 3x your deposit before you request a cashout.

That’s highway robbery. Absolutely ridiculous.

That might not blacklist them in my book, but it’d certainly push me to recommend our readers deposit elsewhere. But you add piracy to the mix and it becomes a no-brainer.

The bottom line – we can’t recommend Vulkan Vegas Casino. There are just too many honest casinos out there to choose from. There’s no need to join the bottom feeders of the online gambling industry.

The choice is yours though.

I know a very familiar case in which the ammount of 40,000 euros was won. Vulkan Vegas blocked his account for no known reason, then one of the operators told the person that “If he wants his account unlocked, he must give up the amount won.” The person gave up the money and is still trying to withdraw the deposit from them. Vulkan Vegas gave him the opportunity to withdraw the amount deposited in the account and not the winnings.

I am presently playing vulcan vegas – won 70,000. Put in withdrawal for $30,000. After several days, they reply asking for 4 pieces of personal ID. I sent those, they replied looking for Copy of me holding passport – sent that. Do you believe they will ever send me that owed money? Thank you for reading this and I welcome a reply please.
