2020 MyBookie.ag Sportsbook & Casino Review

Interested in a US-friendly sportsbook and casino?

That’s a rhetorical question, because, aren’t we all?

That’s why you’ll want to read our 2020 MyBookie.ag review. They’re a sportsbook and casino who’ve been online since 2014, so they only have a couple of years under their belt.

This usually sets off alarms for us. But since many gambling sites we review nowadays are newish, it’s hard to hold it against them. We have to ignore it for a bit while we look at the truly important things – their background, deposit options, promotions and betting options.

Which is what we did, and, we found some good things …and a few things we’re not excited about.

Probably the worst thing we found out about MyBookie.ag are their ties to Bet On Sports. It sounds like management from Bet On Sports is working at MyBookie.ag.

Why is this a problem?

Well, BetOnSports.com was is a company who had money troubles prior to the UIGEA passing, which only got worse when their founders were arrested in 2006. Players lost millions as a result.

Some reviewers, such as SBR, have given them an average grade – which tells us they more or less recommend them. But then there are others who feel the opposite.

Who’s right? Who’s wrong? And, what should YOU do?

We’ll get to that in a minute. Before we do, let’s look at everything MyBookie.ag has to offer.

Banking Options

The banking options MyBookie.ag accepts include:

  • Visa – $45-$1,000
  • MasterCard – $45-$1,000
  • ACH – $100 - unlimited
  • Bank Wire – $2,000 - unlimited
  • Person2Person – $100-$690
  • Person2Person – $100-$500
  • Bitcoin – $25-$10,000
  • Phone – $45-$1,000

Pretty standard stuff EXCEPT they don’t accept payments by e-wallet. This sucks.

Here are their cash out options and fees:

  • Wire Transfer – $100-$2,000 | $40-$50 fees
  • Bitcoin – $50-$1,000 | $10-$45 fees
  • MoneyGram – $100-$375 | $32-$37 fees
  • ACH – $100-$1,000 | $7-$35 fees

What strikes me as weird are the fees – it’s not a flat-rate like at most gambling sites. It’s a range, where what you pay goes up the more you cash out.

I’d rather they charge a flat amount. An average would be fine, or somewhere in the middle. But make it simple.

Other than that, my biggest gripe are their e-wallet options – they have none. Not that US players could use them, but players from the rest of the world can.

MyBookie.ag only processes payments Monday thru Friday. You’ll want to keep in mind that it takes up to 48 hours to process a cash out. The minimum cash out is $100 and you have to roll your deposit over 1x before you can cash out. The max cash out is $2,000 per week.

If you run into any problems or have questions, you can contact them using a form on their website. You can also call their customer service toll free: 844-866-BETS (2387)

10+ Sports Betting & Casino Promotions

MyBookie.ag offers quite a few promotions. We’ll cover their core offers in the first section below. After that we’ll give you a shortlist of their offers for existing customers.

New Player Offers 50% Sports Sign Up Bonus

This is good on your first deposit of at least $50. The max you can deposit is $3,000 (for the bonus), and the rollover varies from 5-15x. It depends on how much you deposit. Here’s a general idea of how that works:

  • Dep 500-1000 = 10X
  • 1000-2000 = 15X
  • 2000-3000 = 20X
  • 3000 - 4000 = 25X
  • $4000 - 6000 = 30X

Their terms also state that you cannot make a cash out within 30 days of accepting this promotion. And free plays are only good on moneylines where the line is between -200 and +200.

20% Cash Bonus

This is good on your (qualifying) first deposit. The maximum is $500 and it has a 10-50x rollover.

100% Casino Bonus

This is for first time casino accounts. This is good up to $300. It has a 50x playthrough on both the deposit and bonus. Blackjack, craps, video poker, baccarat, sic bo, pai gow and roulette are all ineligible for meeting rollover requirements. This sucks, but looking at their 50x rollover for slots players, I’m not so sure you’d want a (table game) bonus anyway.

Existing Customer Offers 25% Reload Sports Bonus

This is good up to $500. The playthrough is 5-15x depending on how much you deposit. Otherwise, it has the same terms as the sports deposit bonus above.

7% Rebate

This is good in the race book. You’ll receive a 7% rebate daily and there’s no rollover requirements.

However, the rebate is more or less meant as a bonus, and cannot be cashed out immediately after you receive it. My Bookie doesn’t say how long you have to wait, but I’d assume they’re like the offers above where you have to wait 30 days.

Refer-a-Friend

Send friends to MyBookie.ag and receive a 100% match up to $100 for each referral. If you are playing on sports, this bonus will have a five (5) time rollover and if you decide to play in the Casino the rollover required will be 30 times (with the same game restrictions mentioned above).

MyBookie.ag has several other offers under their ‘Additional Cool Bonuses’ heading. Those include:

  • $20 Risk-Free Bet – Make your first bet. If it’s a loser, MyBookie.ag will reimburse you $20. You’ll need to make a min bet of $25 to qualify.
  • No Fun Refund – If a team you back scores a touchdown, celebrates and is punished for it – and it costs them the score – you’ll receive a refund.
  • Steam Your Streak – Get at least 10 winning picks in a row and you’ll receive a $25 free bet. Get 20 in a row and you’ll get $50.
  • Snap Your Skid – Lose 10+ bets in a row and you’ll get $25 to start you back on the winning path.
  • 10 is the Magic Number – Make 10 deposits in a row without a payout and you’ll receive the next one free.
  • MMA & Boxing Bad Beat – Lose a sure MMA bet and you may be qualified to receive their bad beat special.
  • Spread the Word – Help spread the word about MyBookie.ag on social media and you can get a $10 free play.
  • Superman – Pick the winner in each spread each week in the NFL and you’ll receive a huge reward – double your winnings.
  • Fresh Start – Lose 20 consecutive bets in a row and you’ll receive one free (average-sized) bet.
  • Triple Diamonds 21 – Hit a 21 with 3-diamond suited 7’s, and you’ll receive an additional $500 casino bonus.
  • Show Me the Money – If you made a bet over the phone and if your rep got it wrong, your bet will be corrected and you’ll receive an additional $20 for the inconvenience.
  • Get Paid on the 21st of the Month – Receive an 8% rebate on your blackjack losses on the 21st of each month on the 22nd.

Keep in mind each offer will have terms you’ll want to familiarize yourself with before accepting them. This includes minimum bet sizes, odds and rollover amounts.

Thoughts on Their Offers

They have A LOT of offers, which is great to see. There’s a little bit of everything, too, between the deposit bonuses, cash back, rebates, free bets and finder’s fees.

However, I don’t like how they have a range on their rollover requirements, where the more you deposit, the more you’ll have to roll over.

I can understand them wanting to protect themselves, especially against (lucky) big winners. But like the withdrawal fees, I’d rather they err on the side of caution and have a 25 or 30x flat rollover regardless of how much you deposit. Just make it simple.

Not only that, but a 50x rollover on the deposit and bonus for slots players is ridiculously high.

But if you can look past those two things, they have lots of offers to take advantage of.

MyBookie.ag Sportsbook Review

MyBookie.ag has a pretty straightforward sportsbook. They focus primarily on US sports with a few more-popular international sports mixed in.

Here’s what sports and events you can bet on:

  • NBA
  • NHL
  • Boxing
  • MMA
  • Soccer
  • MLB
  • Tennis
  • Golf
  • Motor Sports
  • Horse Racing
  • Religion
  • Business & Politics
  • NFL
  • Entertainment
  • NCAA Football
  • International Baseball
  • Wrestling
  • E-Sports

Keep in mind these might change as the different sports seasons come and go. And if you don’t see something you want? Just ask – there’s a good chance they’ll give it to you.

From their site:

“We accept all bet types: teasers, action points, straight bets, moneyline bets, round robin, if bets and parlay bets. If there is a bet type out there that we don’t currently accept, just ask, we’ll take it!”

Here’s a total list of their betting options and examples from their NBA section:

  • Straights
  • Totals
  • Moneylines
  • Parlays
  • Action Points
  • Open Wagers
  • Teasers
  • If Bets
  • Reverses
  • Buy Points
  • Round Robins
  • Futures
  • Props and Live Betting

NBA Examples

  • NBA Lines
  • NBA 2nd Half Lines
  • NBA 1st Half Lines
  • NBA Quarters
  • Game Props
  • Team Totals
  • Player Props
  • Contest Props
  • 2017 NBA Championship

One thing I found interesting was the religion category. You just don’t see that much. MyBookie.ag had odds on who will become the next pope.

The politics section was interesting, too. Here they have odds on who will be the next president in 2020. They also had odds on whether Trump will be successfully impeached by 2020.

One thing I didn’t see, though, is live betting. That is, at least, until I scrolled down to the bottom of their website. They have a link to their in-play betting section there. I assume they don’t push it too hard because their selection – which consists of only NFL, NCAA Football, NBA, MLB, NHL and tennis markets – is small. But at least they offer it.

Limits & Professional Betting

One thing that sticks out to me are MyBookie.ag’s limits – which range from $10 to $1,000. This is odd, because most sportsbooks take bets as small as $1. And while most sportsbooks have lower max limits, they’re usually around the $2-$3,000 mark. Not $1,000.

But they make an exception. If you have the money in your account, and are willing to make your bet over the phone, MyBookie.ag will let you bet however much you want.

EXCEPT if you’re a professional bettor. At the bottom of their website you’ll find the following message:

“MyBookie.ag is a world class online sportsbook that caters specifically to recreational gamblers. We do not accept wagers from professional bettors, sharp side movers, syndicate or propositional players. MYB reserves the right to deny action or payments at any time. If any of these activities occur, then all plays will be void and the original funds will be sent back to the player.”

So, if you’re a pro sports bettor, you’ll be better off betting at Bookmaker or Pinnacle. And, if you can’t afford the $10 minimum bet, I suggest you head to Bovada, 5Dimes or Bookmaker instead.

MyBookie.ag Casino Review

MyBookie.ag offers TONS of slots, table, video poker and live dealer games, all of which come from BetSoft.

Working with BetSoft has its pros and cons.

On the upside, BetSoft offers a great selection of unique games you won’t find elsewhere. You’ll know what I mean when you play their 3D slots. They have tons of recognizable titles that look great and are loads of fun to play.

The downside is that BetSoft was part of a scandal not long ago where they failed to pay out a progressive jackpot winner when the casino decided not to pay them.

The bottom line is that it’s hard to trust a casino who works with a software company who appears to be missing their moral compass.

Ultimately you’ll have to decide if that’s going to scare you away or not. We’ve certainly lost some respect for them, even after years of touting their games as fun and unique.

Anyway, here’s a list of their games and any thoughts we may have about them.

Video Poker

  • Five Card Draw
  • Deuces Wild
  • Jacks or Better
  • Joker Poker
  • All American
  • Bonus Poker
  • Double Bonus
  • Split way Royal
  • Double Joker
  • Bonus Deuces
  • Tens or Better
  • Deuces and Jokers
  • Multihand Double Bonus
  • Multihand Double Jackpot
  • Mutlihand Bonus Poker
  • Multihand Joker Poker
  • Multihand All American
  • Multihand Jacks or Better
  • Multihand Deuces Wild

This is a solid selection of video poker games. What I like is they give you a diverse selection of games, not including the simple and not-so-exciting multi-hand variation. You get both, which I think is a smart move on their part.

  • Mega Glam Life JP
  • Fruit Zen

  • Weekend In Vegas
  • Black Gold
  • The Tipsy Tourist
  • Alkemors Tower
  • 4 Seasons
  • Frankenslots Monster
  • A Christmas Carol
  • The Exterminator

This is one of those things where you just need to play one or two of these slots to see how neat they are. I’ve played Under the Bed, Slotfather and Mad Scientist more than I care to admit. Each game has fun intros, cut scenes and bonus rounds. Some of these are even better than the slots I’ve played in brick and mortar Las Vegas casinos.

  • Bucanieros Max
  • Vegas Ii
  • Hollywood Reels
  • Fruit Loot
  • Bc Bonus
  • Slots Monsters
  • Kung Fu Cash

  • Treasures Of The Nile
  • Space Gems
  • Big Top Circus
  • Eastern Promises
  • Slots Contraption
  • Money Machine
  • Gold Vault
  • Special Agent
  • Transylmania

  • 7th Heaven
  • Arrival
  • Madder Scientist
  • Rook’s Revenge
  • The Exterminator
  • Under The Bed
  • The Curious Machine Plus

I’ve not played their regular slots – all my time has been spent on their 3D slots. But it looks like they have several interesting titles here, and if there 3D slots are any indication, I’d expect their regular slots to be fun, too.

Table Games

  • MYB Blackjack
  • New Roulette
  • Multi-Hand Blackjack
  • American Blackjack
  • Poker3 Heads Up Hold’em
  • Craps
  • Caribbean Poker
  • Ride`M Poker
  • European Blackjack
  • American Roulette
  • 21 Burn Blackjack

  • Baccarat
  • Oasis Poker
  • VIP European Roulette
  • VIP American Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • Pontoon
  • Three Card Rummy
  • Zoom Roulette
  • Top Card Trumps

They have an impressive list of table games. They have a little of everything, as well as a few blackjack and roulette variations. It’s hard to find something to complain about.

Live Dealer Games

  • Blackjack HD
  • Baccarat
  • Baccarat Table 2
  • European Roulette
  • Blackjack HD Gold Table
  • Super 6
  • Super 6 Table 2
  • American Roulette
  • Blackjack HD Platinum Table

I really like how MyBookie.ag has live dealer games. It’s something you still won’t find at every US-facing casino, so I’m glad to see it here. Not only that, but instead of only offering 2-4 live games, they have 9 different options.

Nice play, MyBookie.ag and BetSoft. Nice play, indeed.

Other Games

  • Keno Jackpot
  • Predictor
  • Scratcherz
  • Instant Keno 40 Ball
  • Instant Keno 80 Ball
  • Klub Keno
  • Virtual Racebook 3d

You won’t find many scratch games here, especially compared to other online casinos. But it’s neat to see so many keno variations. The virtual racebook isn’t something every casino offers, either.

And that wraps up their casino games.

You can play their games for fun, and without having to create an account. The exception is their live dealer games, which you can’t play for free. But that’s the norm at most casinos.

Their casino is mobile responsive, too – no download or app needed. I checked it out on my iPhone and their casino (games) looked good. AND it looked like all their games were available.

Conclusion

So, what do we think of MyBookie.ag?Well, we haven’t read any terrible reviews – from customers or websites. Everything is pretty standard on that from – a few complaints here and there. But our sources indicate these are taken care of quickly.

And, they have a C on Sportsbook Review (SBR).

We like most of what we’ve seen, too. Their sportsbook is average, but they do have unique prop bets you won’t find anywhere else. It’s also neat you can request bets, and that they have unlimited betting limits if you make your bets over the phone.

Their casino is strong, too. They have a HUGE and DIVERSE selection of fun casino table games, slots and video poker machines. Unless you’re hell-bent on playing scratch tickets, you’ll have no problem finding something to play.

That all being said …there are a few things we don’t like about MyBookie.ag.

For one thing, I’m not a fan of their banking fees or bonus rollovers. Not only are they a bit high compared to other (US) sites, they’re not flat amounts, either. They operate on a sliding scale, which punishes you for cashing out or depositing large sums.

Then there’s the fact that they work with BetSoft, a company with great games, but apparently not the best ethics.

And last, there’s their ties to Bet On Sports, a rogue company who has stiffed players for millions of dollars.

Those last two things are our biggest sticking points.

I could get over the fees, bonus rollover and other stiff promotion terms. But it’s hard to look past a company who is related to a shady company, works with a shady company, or worse yet, all of the above.

For those reasons, I don’t think I can recommend them. There are far better and less riskier gambling sites you can join – Bovada, Bookmaker, 5Dimes and Ignition Casino all come to mind.

That said, your mileage may vary. And if your moral compass doesn’t have the problems we do with their background or who MyBookie.ag works with, then by all means, give them a shot.

All we suggest you do is tread carefully.

I called to make sure the only thing I had to do with it is to make cash bets in the amount specified from my bonus. Once I started making the bets, they said the lesser of the risked amount and the one amount counts towards rollover. They were directly misleading on the phone when I spoke and hid this critical piece of information. Now my money will be locked up with them for much longer than I anticipated. Please be aware of their dishonest practices before giving them any money.

This site is the absolute worst there is! Customer Service is the worst I have seen. I had an issue playing roulette where the ball fell in a slot and the number that the machine said it was were completely different. I contacted them and it took over a month to get an answer!!!!! They kept telling me they would call me back and never would. Not only that but they said they said they would only give me half my money back! They tried to lie and say nothing was wrong as well until I sent them screen shots of the issue for instance the ball would be in #2 but the screen would say #24 and they still tried to say sorry we are not giving you your money back. I have played in casinos and on line all over the world and have never ben treated so poorly in my life. Never play this site as myself and my friends will never play again!!!!!!!!!!!!

They owe me over $16000 of which I’ve gotten paid only $8,500 because of the “glitch” in the system while playing LIVE BLACKJACK. Beware.

  4. Justin March 4, 2020 at 2:39 pm

Do not use this site. I like bet on live action. I built my account my account to over $1300 and wanted to withdraw $1000. They declined my payout saying I need to contact them about my wager habits. I finally got a hold someone after almost a week. They told me about their 50/50 rule. I had to bet over 8000 of straight action because all I was doing was betting on live action. I told them I’ve never heard of a sports book telling me how I had to bet and I find it really funny that when I try to withdraw money you guys decline it. I will never use that site again. I ended up losing all my money because I don’t bet on the stuff they wanted me to bet. I like to bet on live games. You know they are shady sports book when they are telling what you have to bet on

I deposited some Bitcoin at their casino and won $35,000 playing their slots. I send my ID and address proofs in which were accepted and made a withdrawal. They have low withdrawal limits at $2,000 per week. Over the following months they paid around $12,000 in instalments. One day I received an email saying that my account was under investigation. They asked me to upload a selfie with my ID which I did. Some days later I received an email saying that my account had been closed and that I would not receive any further payments. They did not give any reasons. I never broke a single term of theirs. They just did not want to pay because it was a large amount. So I hope you do not make the same mistake I did and play at this site which is managed by bums who are all too ready to accept bets but do not have the guts or character to pay when they take a hit. Avoid at all costs. Especially for large deposits Your money is at very high risk.

  6. David Harris February 20, 2020 at 7:24 pm

Yeah they are a rip. I’ve got video of the chips disappearing and side bets not rebeting when the live tables start hitting them. They owe me over $4k and I’ve submitted the video proof but they deny my request siting lagging issues when it’s clearly the GUI not working properly. Or their system knows when rummy is gonna hit and doesn’t place the bet. 🤷‍♂️ Customer service has done nothin but talk circles and just when you corner a manager about it and leave them no room to lie….they pass you off and it starts over. I don’t care losing money when gambling but having bets taken off when it’s gonna hit and meaning payouts up (even once they create themselves) to the point it takes forever to get your money. The higher my account balance got the more problems I had. Basically keeping that money locked in your account hoping you’ll eventually gamble it away. And if you don’t they simply won’t pay you out

  7. Patrick lutz January 21, 2020 at 10:22 pm

I got referred to this website by @sportsbetexpert. At first my first deposit was hard to do with the bank being overpretected whole time thought I was getting ripped off but sure enough I contacted mybookie # they helped me get set up and I also talked to a real friendly employer!! This is the only site I trust now 100%

stingy stingy stingy. first time there today 12/13/19 and i signed up and it added free bonus play on it’s own. i deposit $200 and lose in casino. fine, then i see $50 let in free play so i move it over to sports book. i deposit another $100 to play casino and I win over $1800. when i try to withdrawl…nope says i have a rollover balance but they dont show you what it is. i sent email chat few times and no response at all. I call them to explain that I won all my casino winnings on my own without casino bonus, and i did put $50 over to sportsbook. they told me I had to wager $1500 of my own funds I won from casino in the sports book to meet rollover. I said, what if I lose the $50 then can i get my money? no, you still have to play the $1500 rollover! they said its in the information section of the website and I should read it before wagering. Ive played over 20 online sites and this is the first and a load of shit. They could not even cancel the damn bonus for me cuz that would have been the right thing to do but they could not. I went and blew the money and that’s some bogus stuff. the information on the 50% bonus I got says 10x rollover on sportbook so I went off that, so they tell me it’s $1500 I still have to play so their information was not correct and the only way to know your rollover…you have to call them cuz they dont put it on their site so you can’t see. all cuz i thought these were seperate funds for the bonus rollover just wow. then the rep on the phone was blaming me for not knowing their fucked up rules.

Great site until you want to cash out anything over$1000,MyBookie.ag has stolen my money, many others, and you will get wrecked too if you ever want to withdraw. This is a deposit scam only business

  10. Brian Patrick October 29, 2019 at 11:16 pm

DO NOT TRUST Mybookie … the site is very beatable offers good lines props live bets but then will decline your payouts and leave this note.please speak to us about your current wagering habits.” Read the rules that u have to make even number of pregame bets and live wagers and props. They will total up $ On each play leading to their conclusion of u being a sharp bettor and force u to bet on what they want in order to get paid. Their live wagering juice is high and they are looking for ways to not pay you and get away with shutting your account down leaving you with no way to get your winnings. STAY AWAY
