BetUS at First Glance

The first thing you’ll notice when you go to www.BetUS.com is that it’s not a small, specialty sportsbook. BetUS means business when it comes to sports betting. You’d be hard-pressed to find a US-facing site that lists more or a wider variety of betting markets, prop bets, bonuses, and other wagering opportunities.

We’ll be circling back to the sheer volume of BetUS wagering options, as you can’t ignore them. Scroll to the bottom of the site, and the footer area is filled with listings for the sportsbook, casino, racebook, bonuses and promotions, and general information.

There’s a press room, a guide to blackjack, horse racing news, tournaments, live betting, the list goes on, and we’ll do our best to introduce you to all of the services in this review of BetUS.com.

Your BetUS Questions Answered

Whenever you’re considering using a new online sportsbook or casino, you probably have the same questions. Let’s get those answered before we continue with our BetUS review.

Is BetUS Legit?

Yes. BetUS has been around since 1994. However, it has recently changed hands.

New and loyal players are already experiencing a higher level of service without sacrificing the number and variety of betting markets, ways to bet, casino, and other games.

Does the BetUS.com Sportsbook Offer Live Betting?

BetUS allows for in-play betting.

There’s an entire section dedicated to it, accessible from the top menu.

Will I Find Horse Racing Betting at BetUS?

Horse racing enthusiasts who don’t participate in other sports betting flock to BetUS.com because of its sizeable racebook.

Not only will you find the best in American competitions, but races from the UK, Hong Kong, Australia, and Dubai.

Are There Casino Games Available at BetUS.com?

In addition to the sportsbook and racebook, BetUS has three small casinos, each with different slots.

Two out of three also host table games, video poker, bingo, and keno.

How do I Deposit Money at BetUS?

The easiest way to deposit is through credit cards and cryptocurrencies.

There are some other options, too.

Is BetUS Legal?

Yes.

BetUS is licensed and regulated through the Curaçao Gaming Authority. There’s a link to the license at the bottom of the homepage.

However, there are a few location restrictions. Residents of Canada, Costa Rica, Curaçao, France, Germany, the Philippines, and Panama are excluded and can’t use the online or mobile service.

Banking Menu is Short and Sweet

You’re not going to find e-wallets or creative ways to deposit to BetUS.com. Instead, the sportsbook sticks primarily to credit cards and cryptocurrencies. Note that we’re specifying credit, as debit cards aren’t on the accepted list.

Card transfers can be completed right from the website, or you can call in and authorize the transaction by phone. Cryptocurrency is a simple wallet to wallet move, and the instructions are detailed on www.BetUS.com.

If you’re not used to Bitcoin or other crypto methods, BetUS also gives you some tips to get started.

Deposit Options Minimum  -  Maximum
Visa Credit Card $50 - $2,499
Mastercard Credit Card $50 - $2,499
American Express Credit Card $50 - $2,499
Bitcoin $10 - $50,000
Bitcoin Cash $10 - $50,000
Bitcoin Lite $10 - $50,000
Ethereum $10 - $50,000
Cash Transfer TBD by customer service
Bank Wire TBD by customer service

As you can see, cash transfers and bank wires are possible, but there aren’t any well-defined parameters. If you want to send money via Moneygram or a bank wire, you’ll need to call customer service, and they’ll give you the full picture.

Bitcoin isn’t just the best for quick and easy transactions, but you also get a bonus perk when you use it to fund your BetUS account. Deposits with Bitcoin receive 25% more in bonus value.

Claiming Your Winnings

The menu tightens more when it’s payout time, as credit card deposits turn into check payouts. For a check request or cryptocurrency withdrawal, you don’t need anyone to help, as there are automatic payout options for registered users. But, for anything else, like wires or bank transfers, you’re back to calling in to make arrangements.

Withdrawal Options Minimum  -  Maximum
Checks $50 - $3,000
Bank wires $50 - $3,000
Bitcoin $50 - $5,000
Bitcoin Cash $50 - $5,000
Bitcoin Lite $50 - $5,000
Ethereum $50 - $5,000

Cashout transactions are typically processed on the same day.

Keep in mind that most gambling sites are willing to work with players to accommodate other transactions like bank transfers. So, if you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact BetUS’s customer service department.

Bonuses and Promotions for Everyone

Before we continue our BetUS review with the seemingly unlimited list of bonuses and promotions for sportsbook and casino players, let’s start with a tip.

Bonuses aren’t listed in just one area. If you scroll to the bottom of BetUS, you’ll see categories like promotions, sign up bonuses, crypto bonuses, casino bonuses, and they seem to overlap. However, each section has different opportunities. So, don’t look at one list and then call it a day, as there could be something you like better in another area.

Promotions Throughout the Website

Some of the promotions aren’t even on the list. Instead, you’ll see them on the betting pages, similar to advertising.

It would be more helpful to have a complete bonus section with different sub-menus, but that’s not the setup we saw in our review of BetUS.com.

You’ll also need a BetUS promo code for some of the rewards, like the primary welcome bonus combination that’s a two-parter for the sportsbook and bonus. But each promotion has its own requirement to participate.

You can find the details of the latest BetUS bonuses and bonus codes on the following page.

Featured and Free Contests

One of the best parts of BetUS’ promotional program is the schedule of contests.

You won’t just find a few one-offs here and there. Instead, there are consistent tournaments and competitions, and some are complimentary to BetUS players.

Here are some of the active contests we found during our BetUS review.

  • BetUS Survivor Pools: Buy-ins from $10 to $500; advance every time your team wins straight up each week
  • BetUS Parlay Challenge: $5 and $10 buy-ins for College and Pro Football, and UFC Fight Night. A $5 buy-in has a minimum $50 pot value
  • Pro Football $25,00 Pick’em: a free contest offered in the BetUS sportsbook; players use an official entry form to play for $1,000 in free play by picking the point spread winner for each Pro Football game
  • Ironman Prizes: Bet on any Pro or College game with a $5 minimum bet. The Ironman player with the most wins each month wins $500 in free play – no entry fee

Other contests and opportunities include the following.

  • Football squares
  • Basketball squares
  • School’s Out
  • Gridiron Guru
  • 12th Man

BetUS Loyalty Program

We’ve only scratched the surface of the bonuses, and other promotional opportunities offered to BetUS players. There’s also a six-level loyalty program.

It’s one of those simple comp point-related promotions where the more you bet; the more your points add up for free play cash and prizes.

The BetUS Sportsbook is One of the Best

BetUS sportsbook review

Yes, there’s a casino and racebook, but the crown jewel of the BetUS website is unarguably the sportsbook.

Let’s start our BetUS sportsbook review with the 20,000 betting markets, up to 400 prop bets, and 40 soccer (football) leagues. There are teasers, pleasers, 15-team parlays, action points, and buy points opportunities. Betting is available on top sports plus UFC, table tennis, motor sports, darts, volleyball, snooker, cycling, and tennis.

Props and Futures

You can scroll to the bottom of the betting page to find section after section of propositions and futures on the desktop version. It doesn’t matter if you want to predict the Super Bowl months in advance, or you’re looking for ice hockey, basketball, or soccer futures.

Pick a sport, and a new menu opens with all kinds of possibilities.

Live Betting and More

Live betting warrants its own section of the site, as does the racebook, esports, and Madden.

BetUS also promotes up to the minute betting lines, free picks, and betting tips. If you’re a new player, you’re supported by a customer service team and dedicated personal account managers.

The Locker Room and BetUS Unfiltered

Another thing that stands out about BetUS’s approach to online sports betting is that it’s striving to be a catch-all for sports enthusiasts. While there are certainly plenty of bet lines, we also found other resources posted on the website during our BetUS.com.pa review.

BetUS calls its virtual lounge the Locker Room. If you need some help with your picks, there are free picks, betting tips, blog posts, and other information in the Locker Room and throughout the site.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer and Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Sapp is not only the spokesperson for BetUS but the co-host of the sportsbook’s new podcast. Sapp has teamed up with former linebacker for the New Orleans Saints, Brian Jones, with BetUS Unfiltered.

Racebook, Esports, and More

It’s not unusual for an online bookmaker to include horse racing. But esports and, especially Madden Sims, are harder to find.

BetUS’ racebook features thoroughbred and harness racing. While you’ll get the best of US tracks, you can also bet on racing action from Hong Kong, the UK, Dubai, and Australia, more than 100 racecourses.

The current racebook promotion when we reviewed BetUS was the Breeders’ Cup Special. Punters get 10% back on net losses, plus a $25 casino chip as long as you deposit at least $100 into your BetUS account. It's likely the do similar for other major races.

Esports opportunities vary daily, depending on scheduled matches. Madden Sims picks up the slack, though, with consistent games. You’ll see a Madden icon in the top menu, so competitions are easy to review.

There’s also a $5 Free Play promotion for $20 betting on Madden Sims.

Review of BetUS Casinos

BetUS casino review

Casino gaming on BetUS isn’t nearly as impressive as the sportsbook, but it’ll do for players who want to supplement their straight bets and parlays with a little table gaming or slot play.

Instead of just one casino, though, BetUS has three. We mentioned this earlier in our BetUS review. BetUS is striving to host as many games and betting opportunities as possible on a single site or mobile play.

  • BetUS Casino
  • Classic Casino
  • Slots Zone

BetUS Casino

The BetUS casino's focus is on blackjack and other table games, instead of slots and video poker. While you’ll find a small assortment of slot games, you might appreciate the All-Star sports-themed slots. Minimum slot bets start at just 0.05.

You’ll pick a blackjack table based on the variation and the betting limits. For example, if you want to play Switch Blackjack, there’s a 1.00 to 50.00 table. But there’s also 10.00 to 200.00, and 50.00 to 500.00. Double Deck, Double Exposure, Spanish, Single-Hand, and Multi-Hand variations are also in the BetUS Casino.

If you prefer video poker, keno, or bingo, you’ve got a few options there as well. Video poker and bingo starts at 0.25, and keno has a 0.10 minimum.

Classic Casino

The Classic Casino doesn’t look much different. Many of the same tables are in both casinos. But slots go retro in the Classic Casino.

You’ll see a lot of the familiar fruit, bars, and sevens with classic slots. Some have minimum bets of only 0.05, while others start at 1.00.

Video poker is a bit more lively in the Classic Casino. There are even three progressive games – Aces and Eights, Jacks or Better, and Jokers Wild. Like table games, you’ll find a few higher limit video poker machines in the Classic Casino at BetUS.

Slots Zone

Forget about tables, video poker, keno, or bingo, as the Slots Zone sticks to what it does best.

These aren’t the familiar faces that you find in most US-facing casinos. They’re not RealTime Gaming (RTG) or Betsoft titles, so you’ve got some new games to claim as your favorites. You can even take advantage of penny slots, like City Animals, Boogey Man, Bounty Hunters, and Burlesque.

If you want to keep the sports theme active, the Slots Zone also offers Touchdown Frenzy, Sportfishing, Slot Madness, and All Star Slots.

Casino Tournaments

Like the sportsbook, the casino has its share of tournaments. It’s not often that you come across blackjack and video poker competitions, especially in sites that cater to Americans. We found a few during our review of BetUS, though. Most of them have $10 buys-ins, although you’ll find a $5 contest from time to time as well.

A list of tournaments and registration links are listed on the main casino page.

BetUS Mobile App

One of the most frequently asked questions regarding this particular online sportsbook is, “is there a BetUS mobile app?”

The answer is sort of, as there’s no official real money betting app in the Apple or Google Play stores. However, there’s an excellent mobile responsible site that’s almost as easy to use as the full desktop or laptop version.

To access the BetUS mobile book, all you have to do is search for it or type the URL into your mobile browser, and you’re good to go with everything you need. You can register, accept bonuses, conduct banking, and, of course, bet on your smartphone or tablet.

Concluding Our BetUS Review

BetUS has had its share of problems over the years. If you’ve come across some negative BetUS reviews, then you’re aware of its past issues.

Fortunately, this is a new BetUS review because the gambling site has changed hands. The new team is working to rectify any of the problems of the past with superior service. That means that everything players have appreciated about BetUS over the years, including the betting markets, hundreds of prop bets, and bonuses for every day and every game, remain.

Now, there are also an attentive customer service department, new live chat agents, same-day payout approvals, and reassurances of timely and accurate withdrawals.

Whether you’re looking for prop bets, contests, video poker tournaments, loyalty tournaments, penny slots, Madden Sims betting, horse racing, 15-team parlays, or VIP treatment for using Bitcoin, then you’ll want to turn your attention to BetUS. There’s a lot to like about the service, and Warren Sapp says it’s good enough for him!

Overall, our review of BetUS is a positive one. There are no perfect gambling sites, and BetUS is a shade below the very best. It's worth a look, though.
