A Closer Look Inside of Ignition Casino

Running an online casino is a daunting task. When players win, it often guarantees repeat business but also threatens to put a dent in your profit margin. When they lose, there’s the distinct chance that they’ll leave in frustration and never return. The trick is to find a middle ground between the two, paying out enough to keep players happy while also ensuring their continue patronage.

Because of this delicate balancing act, I’ve always held a certain admiration for anyone willing to bite the bullet and open a virtual gaming establishment. Many have tried and failed over the years, while others have enjoyed success and become legendary in the process.

Ignition Casino is one of the more recent sites to try their luck at the dual task of pleasing customers and making a profit. In the interest of promoting their efforts and informing the gaming public about their existence, I humbly present this review.

Ignition Casino is full certified and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which is located in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, Canada. This regulatory body first appeared in 1996, although their regulation regarding Internet gambling weren’t enacted until 1999.

The Commission currently issues licenses for over 250 gaming websites and 50 operators. Their right to do so has never been challenged by the Canadian government, and they’ve worked hard to establish a solid reputation within the gaming industry. A notable example came in 2009 after Ultimate Bet was found to have cheated players; they were fined $1.5 million by the Commission and ordered to refund $22 million to players.

Some readers might wonder what this has to do with the actual site, but the regulating body happens to be a lynchpin when it comes to ensuring a fair and consistent level of service. If the regulator takes their responsibilities seriously, then it gives customers somewhere to turn if they don’t receive satisfaction from the casino on a legitimate complaint. Crooked casinos try to avoid such oversight, so it’s a strong indication that Ignition isn’t trying to scam players.

Ignition Casino was launched by Betting Partners, the same people who maintain a close relationship with:

Bovada Logo Bodog Logo Slots.lv LogoCafe Casino Official Logo Downtown Bingo Official Logo Joe Fortune Official Logo

All of these sites are licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, and each is similar in regard to deposit and withdrawal limits. Their site design is almost identical, allowing anyone who’s familiar with one of the sites to easily navigate the others.

The affiliation with Bodog and Bovada is a major plus in my book, as these casinos have garnered a solid reputation during their years in business. This is especially important for those who seek to avoid slow-pay or no-pay gaming establishments, which is akin to kryptonite for the serious online gambler.

As of this writing, Ignition Casino only accepts players from the United States. This is something of an anomaly in the world of gambling, as most casinos either accept players from around the globe or at the very least shy away from the U.S. market. Still, it’s welcome news for all the American players who’ve struggled to find reliable virtual casinos following the passage of the UIGEA (which led some of the biggest gaming sites to refuse service to U.S. customers).

Ignition is in the business of making money, which is why they want the process of opening an account to be as simple as possible.

When you click on the “Join” button, you’ll be asked to provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Address (including street, city, town, and zip code)
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Password
  • City of Birth
  • Mother’s Maiden Name

Once you’ve provided the above info, all you have to do is click on the “Open Account” button. Assuming you’re over 18 and have entered all fields correctly, you should have an Ignition account within a matter of seconds.

In order to maintain security, Ignition may ask their clients to verify their accounts from time to time. If this occurs, you’ll need to make one of the following available:

At the top corner of the page, click on the balance amount. Or, if you prefer, you can achieve the same results by going to the dashboard page and clicking on “Make a Deposit.”
Use the drop-down menu to select one of the two available deposit methods.
Once you’ve picked your desired method, enter the amount of money you want to deposit and all the necessary account details. At this point, all that’s left to do is click the “Deposit” button.

This kind of request shouldn’t come up often, and it takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to complete the verification process. I assume you might be asked to provide the information if there was a possible security breach or the player is requesting a large withdrawal, but otherwise you should be able to avoid such hassles.

When it comes to opening an account, Ignition is right in line with the competition. The entire process should only take a matter of minutes, allowing you to enjoy some online gaming action as soon as possible. The possibility of having to later verify your account is something of a hassle, but this is once again fairly common throughout the industry.

In order to make a deposit at Ignition, you’ll need to follow three easy steps after logging into your account. These include the following:

At the top corner of the page, click on the balance amount. Or, if you prefer, you can achieve the same results by going to the dashboard page and clicking on “Make a Deposit.”
Use the drop-down menu to select one of the two available deposit methods.
Once you’ve picked your desired method, enter the amount of money you want to deposit and all the necessary account details. At this point, all that’s left to do is click the “Deposit” button.

Ignition currently offers two methods of deposit. This is one area where they lag behind their competitors, as the leading sites often offer a dozen or more options. I’ve listed the two methods below, as well as minimum and maximum deposit requirements.

Credit Cards – This is limited to Visa and Mastercard, so users of American Express or Diner’s Club are out of luck. The minimum deposit for this option is $20, while the maximum is capped at $1,000.
Bitcoin – This form of virtual currency is becoming more widely accepted at casinos, although those who aren’t tech savvy are likely to be confused by the entire concept. The minimum deposit requirement for this method is $20, while the maximum is $5,000.

At the moment, there are no additional fees for deposits made to Ignition Casino. This is standard for most casinos, however, so it’s not as if they’re doing anything special on that front. If you encounter any problems, a toll-free customer service number (1-855-682-5857) is available to walk you through the process.

While the process of making a deposit with Ignition is simple enough, I am disappointed with their lack of choices. Most casinos allow deposits to be made via services such as Western Union, but even this commonplace option isn’t available. While the inclusion of Bitcoin is great for those who know their way around a computer, it’s likely to only confuse those who grew up without the Internet.

The biggest advantage of Bitcoin is that it allows customers in the United States to send and receive money without worrying about the pesky Unlawful Internet Gambling Act of 2006. This law prohibited the transfer of money for the purposes of online gambling, but Bitcoin still falls into a legal gray area that American players can take advantage of (assuming they can figure out how to use it).

Also keep in mind that credit cards are supported by a variety of banks, and some are more hesitant about online gambling than others. For this reason, there’s always the possibility that your credit card deposit request is denied. That’s why I prefer to have additional options such as Western Union or a debit card.

Deposit Now and Receive a 100% up to $1,000 Bonus

The online casino business features a relentless level of competition, with each establishment pulling out all the stops in order to steer potential customers away from their rivals. This is often accomplished by offering a more pleasing design or superior selection of games, as well as bonuses and promotions to put extra money into a player’s account.

When I examined their website for this article, Ignition offered the following bonuses and promotions to their customers:

Welcome Bonus

When you first join Ignition and open an account, you’ll receive a 100% matching bonus up to $2,000 ($1,000 in the casino and $1,000 in poker bonuses). This amount is granted instantly, so the player doesn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops in order to collect it. This bonus can only be collected once, and players are subject to a 25x playthrough requirement before the deposit, bonus amount, and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. If the playthrough requirement isn’t met within six months, then the bonus and all associated funds are forfeited. The following games aren’t eligible for meeting the playthrough: craps, roulette, baccarat, sic bo, single deck blackjack, and double deck blackjack. Slots, scratch cards, and specialty games such as keno count 100%, while table games count 60%.

Tell a Friend Bonus

For each friend that you refer, you’ll receive 200% of their first deposit (up to $100). There’s no limit to the number of friends that can be referred this way, and Ignition doesn’t care if you spread the word via social media, email, or through a direct link on your blog. A 25x rollover is required before the money can be withdrawn, and the following games do not count: sic bo, craps, roulette, double deck blackjack, and single deck blackjack. Table games only count 60% towards meeting the requirement, while slots, scratch cards, and specialty games are worth 100%.

Weekly Boost

Each week, Ignition offers 100% match bonuses up to $100. This takes the form of a bonus code that’s issued on a weekly basis, and customers can redeem it once per day during a seven-day period. A new bonus code appears each Monday, and playthrough requirements must be met before the complimentary money can be withdrawn. As with the other bonus offers, table games only count 60% towards playthrough, while slots, specialty games, and scratch cards count 100%. Games such craps, roulette, sic bo, and single and double deck blackjack don’t count towards the rollover amount.

At the moment, Ignition offers a sign-up bonus worth up to $1,000, a refer-a-friend bonus with no upper limit, and a weekly series of seven bonuses worth a maximum of $700. While there’s nothing wrong with these bonuses, older casinos tend to offer a few more options for specific games such as poker or blackjack. I expect the overall number of bonuses offered by Ignition Casino to grow over time. For the moment, however, they offer just enough free cash to entice customers to sign up and fund an account (which is the entire point).

While the bonuses offered by Ignition and competing casinos initially sound like a great deal, please keep in mind that the phrase “free cash” isn’t entirely true. If you receive $1,000 in bonus money with a 25x wager requirement, you’ll have to risk a minimum of $25,000 before you’ll be eligible to withdraw the initial amount (or any of the winnings you’ve picked up along the way). You may also have to meet the requirements within a specified period of time, forcing some customers to wager far more than they’re comfortable with.

There’s one other issue regarding bonuses that I want to discuss. The following can be found on the site’s terms and conditions page:

“Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered, in our sole discretion, to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked and be subject to further sanctions. Bonus abuse may be defined as (but not restricted to) clients cashing out for the purpose of redepositing, or referring new accounts that they are using themselves. Sanctions may be in the form of increased rollover requirements or loss of bonus privileges altogether for the offending Account as well as any linked Accounts. We reserve the right to restrict eligibility for special offers and bonuses when necessary. This includes (but is not limited to) placing geographic restrictions on match bonuses due to bonus abuse.”

While the above section regarding bonus abuse is commonplace on most sites, the early part that deals with “professional players” is a bit troubling. This sounds like an especially vague definition, possibly allowing the site to label anyone as a “professional” and thereby invalidating their winnings. That’s probably not the case, but such odd language inserted into a section that most customers never read is still a slight cause for concern.

In the old days of online gambling, a casino would receive all their games from a single developer. This resulted in a number of establishments offering a similar selection of games, but this linear way of thinking has begun to change in recent years.

At Ignition, they shy away from the outmoded thinking of “one casino, one software developer.” Instead, they take an approach that’s more like a modern buffet or salad bar, choosing what looks the most appetizing and leaving the rest. As a result, this casino offers a hybrid suite of gaming options from developers such as Betsoft, Rival, Genesis Gaming, and Realtime Gaming. The latter appears to provide the bulk of the games, but there’s enough variety present to provide the customer with a unique online experience.

I give Ignition high marks for this decision, as I’ve been complaining for years about all the casinos that wind up looking almost identical and offering the same selection. This provides the customer with a more customizable experience, and there’s a strong chance that they’ll be exposed to games that were previously unknown to them.

Casinos, both virtual and land-based, usually offer a wide range of bells and whistles to impress their customers. However, when the sign-up bonus has been spent and the dazzling graphics no longer dazzle, the true test of a casino always comes down to the selection of available games.

The following casino games are currently available from Ignition:

Slot Machines

There are over 160 slots to choose from, and these are broken up into the following categories:

  • Rival
  • i-Slots
  • Progressives
  • Real Series
  • Five Reels
  • Three Reels
  • Video Slots

There’s a tremendous variety of slots to choose from, and Ignition has made the decision to draw their games from a number of different software designers. You’ll find longtime favorites such as Cleopatra’s Gold and Aztec’s Treasure, as well as more offbeat titles like Zombies vs Cheerleaders.

A lot of sites show the title of the game and nothing else, especially for those who haven’t created an account. That’s not the case at Ignition, as each slot has a detailed page listing rules, features, bonuses, progressives, and all other pertinent details. I always like to know as much about a game as possible, so this is a welcome addition that’s rare within the industry.

Blackjack Games

The site offers six blackjack games as of this writing, and they include the following:

  • Blackjack – The standard version of the game that’s played with six decks. The dealer hits on a soft 17, and insurance is available.
  • Double Deck Blackjack – Only two decks are used in this game, giving the player a higher theoretical return that with the traditional six deck version.
  • European Blackjack – In this version, the player completes all their moves before the dealer receives their second card. The dealer must also stand on a soft 17, which is different from the more popular American version.
  • Perfect Pairs – In addition to the usual game, players can also place a side wager that pays up to 25 to 1 if the initial two cards are a pair.
  • Single Deck Blackjack – This version of the game offers players the highest theoretical return. The dealer hits on a soft 17, and blackjack pays 3 to 2.
  • Zappit Blackjack – This variant offers players a chance to discard unwanted hands and replace them with new cards.
Table Games

Ignition offers players 11 table games to choose from. Here’s a complete list:

  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Caribbean Hold’em
  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • Craps
  • European Roulette
  • Let ‘Em Ride
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Roulette
  • Tri Card Poker
  • Vegas Three Card Rummy
Video Poker

17 different types of video poker are available at this time. I’ve listed all of the titles below for your convenience.

  • Bonus Deuces Wild 1 Hand
  • Bonus Poker 1 Hand
  • Bonus Poker Deluxe 1 Hand
  • Deuces Wild
  • Double Bonus Poker 1 Hand
  • Double Double Bonus Poker 1 Hand
  • Double Double Jackpot Poker 1 Hand
  • Double Jackpot Poker 1 Hand
  • Jacks or Better 1 Hand
  • Jacks or Better 10 Hands
  • Jacks or Better 3 Hands
  • Jacks or Better 52 Hands
  • Joker Poker 1 Hand
  • Joker Poker 10 Hands
  • Joker Poker 3 Hands
  • Joker Poker 52 Hands
  • Loose Deuces 1 Hand
Specialty Games

These games are broken into the following three categories:

  • Rival
  • Bingo
  • Scratch Cards

There are a total of 14 games at the moment, with bingo and scratch cards being the most common.

Ignition Casino has also recently purchased Bovada Poker and now offers a poker room of their own. You can read all about it at our complete review of Ignition Casino Poker.

Frequent customers to Ignition can look forward to their reward points program. One point is earned for every $1 wagered on a slot machine or every $4 bet on any other casino game. This is an excellent program for those who gamble with some degree of regularity, and high rollers can truly rack up some major perks.

Here are the reward levels you can aspire to, along with a few notable features for each:

Access to monthly bonuses and promotions. Open to anyone who makes a deposit.
25% casino reload bonuses. Requires 2,000 reward points to qualify.
$50 casino free chip bonus. Requires 5,000 reward points to qualify.
5% weekly cash back on losses. Requires 15,000 reward points to qualify.
10% weekly cash back bonus. Requires 40,000 reward points to qualify.
$300 free chip bonus and a birthday bonus. Requires 100,000 points and a minimum lifetime deposit of $10,000.
Expedited withdrawals and 15% weekly cash back on losses. Requires 250,000 points and a minimum lifetime deposit of $25,000.
100% casino reload bonuses and 25% cash back bonus. Access to this level is by invitation only.

If you’re fortunate enough to amass some winnings at Ignition, you’ll eventually want to use their withdrawal option. This is a simple matter that incurs no additional fees, and it takes no longer than 48 hours to process if all preauthorized and pending deposits have been taken care of. It should be noted, however, that payment providers may charge an additional fee, so always pay attention when choosing which method to use.

As of this writing, players can choose from a pair of withdrawal options. These include the following, along with their minimums and maximums:

Check by Courier – The minimum withdrawal amount is $100, while the maximum is capped at $3,000.
Bitcoin – The minimum withdrawal is $20, while the maximum is $3,000. These withdrawals are processed once every three days.

If you wish to cancel a withdrawal (something casinos are always in favor of), you can do so from the site’s dashboard. You can also cancel a withdrawal request that’s already been processed, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.

Players are limited to one withdrawal per method during each seven day period. That means a player withdrawing money via courier has to wait a full week before making the same request (although they can also request a payout via Bitcoin during this time).

I’m less than thrilled by Ignition’s restrictions in this area. For example, let’s say that a player was fortunate enough to win $300,000 during a slots session. In order to get all their money, they would have to wait over two years if they used a single withdrawal option. If they used both, the time would be reduced to slightly more than a year.

This slow-but-steady rate of payment is bound to cause hard feelings among players who don’t bother to fully read the details of the site before signing up. Since Ignition is still growing, however, I suppose a cautious approach to payouts can be expected. As their overall coffers continue to swell over time, I’m hopeful that the payment and withdrawal limits are going to increase.

In fairness, though, it should be noted that these limits are in line with a number of other online casinos, including Bovada. While players would no doubt prefer to receive their winnings in a lump sum amount, it may simply be the case that all casinos prefer not to suffer a massive hit during a single month.

In a perfect world, you’d never need to contact customer service. Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong, whether it’s a misplaced password or a question regarding bonus payouts. When these matters arise, it’s important that customer service representatives respond in a fast and efficient manner.

The Ignition Casino customer service department can be reached via three methods including the following:

By Phone – If you want to talk to a living being, you can call Ignition directly at 1-855-370-0600. The number is toll free for customers, so you don’t have to worry about racking up a big phone bill while getting your casino questions answered. The most recent customer service rep I talked to was friendly and easy to understand, and I was told that several other languages are also available. Nothing to complain about on this front.
By Contact Form – The standard method of contact for most sites, this form asks the customer to provide their name, email, and a brief message. You’ll also be asked to choose the type of problem, with the options including the following: general customer service, forgot account number/password, casino inquiry, and other. I sent a test submission for the purposes of this review, and I received a reply within five minutes informing me that my question would be answered within four hours. An hour later, I got the answer I was looking for. While those numbers aren’t terrible, I’d like to see 30 minutes shaved off their overall response time.
By Email – The final way to contact them is via email at service@ignitioncasino.eu. They have representatives standing by 24/7, 365 days to assist, so you can count on a response whether it’s Halloween, Easter, or Christmas. I sent them a test email when writing this article, and I received a reply in 12 minutes. I consider that a reasonably fast response time, and you should be able to expect a similar level of service.

Overall, I give Ignition high marks for their customer service. Reps are available every hour of the day, and the three methods of contact provide players with a decent range of options. I wish a live chat feature would also be included, but it may still become available as the site continues to grow.

While the site is still in its infancy, Ignition Casino has all the makings of a quality online gambling establishment. Their overall selection of games is impressive and features titles from a number of leading software creators, and their loyalty program offers solid returns for frequent customers. Their bonuses are decent enough for a site that’s just starting out, and their exclusive commitment to U.S. gamblers provides them with a large potential client base.

My only real complaint comes in the deposit and withdrawal department, as just a pair of options are available for each. This might change in the future, however, so it may not even be an issue by the time you read this Ignition Casino review.

Since the site is new, it’s too early to judge Ignition by customer reviews and complaints. This is always a major indication of the overall quality of a casino, but, until evidence says otherwise, I’m more than willing to give them a recommendation.

I've played in the WSOP, since I was 44, I'm 63 now and have been on line poker with Poker Stars and many of the ones since then. This site is a fraud, no one can loose top pairs to 9/3 or 7/4 or 8/6 as many times as I've seen it's impossible. The best advice I can give people is to play it for entertainment only. Do not expect to win money on this site PEOPLE YOU WILL NOT WIN HERE.

I just starting playing blackjack and by no means am I a so called expert. However, with limited expertise and tongue in cheek, I was able to anticipate the dealer’s next card verbally, since it followed a set pattern. The random factor seems not to be right, the dealer seems to hit blackjack and 21 too many times. With six decks and shuffling after each hand, you’d expect some low and high wins with these decks. Again, this is just a feeling and I’ve played back to a neutral position where the loss of money became mute. You can apply all the statistical math you want, but how many times have you moved on a gamble based on feel. That is what I am trying to convey. Just my opinion, but all the table games are a game of chance and their dealer has removed this aspect out of the game.

Wow. People are crying so much on here about losing lol. Thats why its called gambling people!! If you go to the regular casino near you, you wouldnt walk out calling the a fraud and telling them they need investigated and such.. Ive had no problems with ignition. I deposited $25 (U.S.), got the match bonus of $25 with a 25x playthrough. Played blackjack the entire time and walked out with $800 (U.S.).. Got my check in less than 2 weeks... i dont see what all the fuss is about... as far as poker goes, people only want to see other peoples names because they want to know if they are playing against someone better so they can find a table of amateurs to beat. Step your game up and stop being a little girl. Good luck everyone.

ATTN: American Online Gamblers; Please tell me one online gambling site that's not full of shit. I've tried and fed them all. They charge you a fee to deposit. They charge a ridiculous fee to cash out. They send you a rubber check you try to deposit into your bank and piss the bank off resulting in additional fees and charges, as a result of trying to negotiate a non-negotiable instrument. As far as Ignition casino is concerned, I would take heed to all negative comments regarding this site.

I have played with Ignition casino for a long time, while I have read all comments and understand all complaints and concerns, IGNITION IS THE FASTEST TO PAY WHEN A WITHDRAW IS REQUESTED THROUGH BITCOIN! I have withdrawn winnings through bitcoin with Ignition several times and they have always sent money in less than 48 hours. Most other casinos take any where from 7 to 20 days just to review your withdrawal request.

This site is a total joke. No ability to track the other players names so one really has to question whether or not they're playing a real person. Customer service line is almost always down. Emails take forever to respond to. But the real bull is in the rigged system itself. As many have pointed out, premium hands are cracked way too much to be statistically possible. I have personally seen quads busted by a straight flush or better 4 times in an hour. If you play quality hands, no matter how well you play them, you will most likely lose. I have seen AA all in called by crap like 9-3 and lose so many times it is ridiculous. I can't vouch as to what the payout system is like because I haven't won a dime since they switched from Bovada to Ignition. With Bovada, and and rl casinos, I would frequently cash out. But because of the crappy RNG as pointed out above I can't collect a dime. EVERY TIME a person gets on a streak, no matter how much you are up, it will wipe you out. The bonus system is a total joke. What kind of ripoff site rewards poker players with casino money? And then IF you are dumb enough to play in the casino, you have to play even MORE to collect your winnings. So in order to collect your "bonus" you have to win at not only poker, but the casino as well. Complete scam. Whoever wrote this obviously didn't play much or they would have noted these defects. Do yourself a real favor... stay off of this site.

BJ is too streaky. Too often. And the runs are rediculous. Every time dealer shows an ace and doesn't have BJ (which is 50%) they have a 9. They have a 9 almost as often as BJ. Also DO NOT DOUBLE. DO NOT SPLIT. You will win sometimes, and they do pay, but eventually you will hit a losing streak that reaches biblical proportions.

So I have been playing on Bovada, Bodog and Ignition for years. Within the past two days, I have been receiving a "you are associated with a player at the table" message at over a dozen tables all the way up to .5/1. Completely agree with all previous comments about the poker software. F*ck this site, f*ck the people that run it, may they all choke on a f*cking buffet of dicks.
gary b | 7 Apr 2017 Reply:
Exactly!! Three emails to 'Customer Service' about this problem... not one of them answered! I'm just a small-stakes player. But when the poker site says I am 'associated' and blocks entry to a table, it is time to leave!! And @Michael, my last (and final) email to Ignition said "Fuck off, Ignition!!" I have been 'rivered' so many times by hands that needed a 'statistical miracle' (I'm a math major) to beat me that I doubt the legitimacy of Ignition. So again I say: "Fuck off, Ignition!!"

I'm new to this site. I wish I had read these comments before entering. I did some research but didn't come across this. I have definitely noticed the weird winning sequences in poker. I notice if I only play top hands I lose but if I play Q/4 or similar I flop two pair regularly. It caused me to start playing inferior hands that would then lose to other inferior hands.while the person playing A/K or high pocket pair loses. I then switched to the Casino side where I won a decent amount and I'm currently awaiting a Bank Wire withdrawal. It's been 48 hours since my request with no update. I pray this doesn't become an issue.

Never gamble on ignition, the blackjack is the most ridiclous bs ive ever played, I played heads up against th dealer just one hand never 2 or 3 hands at a time. In a 3 hour time span the dealer was dealt blackjack 132 times to my 23!!!!! And thats not to mention all the times the house made 21, lost all my double downs, such a f joke. The poker is even worse, been playing live poker for years and make a decent profit because I play discplined tight poker, on ignition you simply cant win, such a rigged site! Dont waste your money please.

I play a good game. Semi tight. I cash out frequently. But there have been times that no matter what I do or how I play. It's not possible to win. Sooo. Don't know what's going on.

I have played since june of 2016. I took a two month hiatus from Dec 16 to Feb 16. Back on the site, I find the same results. Ignition Casino is run by nothing but thieves. I have only deposited $50., however through tight play I have kept about $30. The past 5 months EVERY good hand I have has been beaten; often by shit hands. I just lost the wheel to a straight 10-A. I have never seen that in any poker game. If I have KKK, someone will have a str8; maybe 45678. Doesn't matter, If I shove any winning hand it will be taken away from me. Ignition is a bogus poker site being run by thieves.

You can definitely tell that there is some shit going on in the poker side of this site. I watch streams constantly and I do (about to be did) play on this site. So many coolers its not even funny. I cannot tell you how many times I have flopped a set with someone else flopping a better one and miraculously the board runs out dry as fuck to keep the action alive. Or when you have KQ and flop comes KJK only for my opponent to have JJ. (6-max zone by the way) HAHA. no you troll commenting people im not mad over one hand. This happens ALL the time. Even in tourneys and regular cash. Don't believe me...I dare you to deposit money on here or watch some streams on twitch. You will see the sickest hands ever. FUCK IGNITION. IM CASHING THE FUCK OUT. ACR HERE I COME.

What is ACR? I want to get out of Ignition too. I just cashed out $100 dollars via check by courier and it came back as to my bank as frozen funds. I tried to cash out another $100 today via the same process and the site said it was going to be a $75 fee. I'm not looking to get rich off of online gambling sites. I'm a small time wager that likes to have fun.

I noticed that all these reviews are all made in Jan of 2017 that is a bit strange and something that needa to be investigated like Carlos that left a comment or if you about not receiving his check I'm going to the same issue and I've been told for the last month that my check was in the mail still haven't received a reference number I'm not understanding what the problem is you need to see if this site is ripped off and fraud
Carlos | 28 Jan 2017
They've been telling me for a month now that my "check is in the mail." I've been gaming with bodog/bovada for 5 years without an issue. Do not trust ingition. They will not pay off if you win.

You're a moron! Dare you to deposit money on this site, lmao and see for yourself. 4 of a kind losing to higher 4 of a kind 2 times in one session! Lmao, almost impossible! Or Nut flush losing to boat on the river 3 times in one two hour session, lmao. Yes bad beats happen in poker all the time, but not to this consistent level. Like I said, deposit your money on ignition and see for yourself! Moron

I played over 400,000 games of texas holden. I am not a bad player. when i enrolled 12/29/16 i started with 50.00 they gave me free 50.00. I never won at all i place more in account until I lost 450.00 in a month. When you get ace king in your hand go out 99.9 times you will not win aces no luck either. This sight is a FRAUD !!!!!!!! PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE AND YOUR FAMILIES SAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY MIGHT LET U WIN A COUPLE OF HANDS BUT THEN LOOK OUT . THE COMPUTER WILL TAKE IT ALL WITH ZONE POKER. AND THAT FREE MONEY THEY GIVE U FOR THE CASINIO U WILL LOSE THAT TOO. tHEY WANT U TO GET HOOKED WITH THAT CASINO FREE MONEY SO U CAN DEPOSIT MORE MONEY. CALL ME A LOSER BECAUSE THAT HOW YOU WILL FEEL.

I have played Blackjack for thousands of hours on several sites and I agree with a previous comment. This Casino's software needs an investigation.

I recently enrolled in this casino, 11/16, and I have to tell you that this is one of the top three worst gaming sites for poker. They have a ridiculous bonus system whereby they give you casino credit, not poker $ credit. Then, you have to meet the ridiculous requirement of playing 25X the total of your deposit plus your bonus, before any money from winnings can be released to your account. Second, their customer service is in Manila, Philipines. The staff there is not fluent in English, even though they have been convinced by somebody that they do, and it is torturous to resolve issues. Third, the software and server are obviously manipulated in that too many "premium hands" get cracked too frequently within an hour session and the fact that the winning hands is determined by a sequence regardless of the two cards one holds. The software has a built in code that is punitive to the player. It will crack any two cards including AA, KK, JJ, QQ, AK suited/unsuited, AQ suited.unsuited, KQ suited/unsuited, etc. for a minimum of two rounds if the player does not play 10.5 unsuited, 4,7 suited/unsuited, 7,3 suited/unsuited when the server's sequence for the winning hand is not accepted/played by the player. Other issues abound that necessitates for this site to be investigated by the gaming commission and other pertinent authorities in Canada.

Poker play does not show names, just seat numbers. This is not good for poker, where it is important sometimes to know your player!

Ignition casino is FRAUD!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY. I was playing casino slots at the time and I kept getting a sever error. Logged back on to only find out all my money was gone!! Over $3000 of winnings and hundreds I put it in all for nothing! Customer service said it was all done on my IP address and there's nothing they could do. I'm beyond anger and just going to advise others not to use the site, as that's all I can do now. F-ING pissed!!!
