I contacted JacksPay customer support through live chat to ask if the free casino chips that come with the welcome bonus have rollover requirements. At first, I was greeted by a chatbot, but after asking to speak to a human, I was immediately connected to an agent named Louis. A lot of online casino live chat agents make you re-ask your question once you’re talking to a live agent, but Louis checked what I had asked the bot, and I liked that I didn’t have to ask my question again.
