Promotions

Do they offer a welcome bonus? What are the terms?

They do, and it’s a pretty decent offer.

All Star Games will match your deposit 100% up to $200.

On top of that you’ll receive 20 free spins. They advertise the free spins are for the Starburst slot machine, but based on the ads I’ve seen from their sister sites, I get the impression that you can choose from a couple different machines.

What’s more is that you can use this offer for your 2nd and 3rd deposits, too. That means you can claim as much as $600 and 60 free spins.

Sounds good, yeah? But things are about to take a slight turn for the worst – let’s look at their terms for this offer.

The playthrough is 65x the deposit and bonus. This is SUPER HIGH. Keep in mind that this offer is for slots players only.

Important!
This applies to the money won from your free spins, too.

To put this into perspective, if you deposit $50 and collect $50 in bonus money, you’ll need to wager $6,500 before you can cash out.

But you won’t be able to cash all your winnings out – you’re limited to $500. This cap applies to all their additional offers mentioned in the next section, too. This, in my opinion, makes the 65x rollover even worse.

Last thing to keep in mind: you can’t play the following games to fulfill the wagering requirement: blackjack, roulette, any other casino style games, hi lo games, video poker, keno and progressive jackpot slots.

What additional promotions can you claim?

They have several offers, including a couple that doesn’t appear to be offered at some of their sister brands.

Let’s go over the details.

  • Mystery Thursday – If you make a deposit on Wednesday, you’ll be eligible for the Mystery Thursday promotion. The offer varies – you know, because it’s a mystery – but free spins and match bonuses are common. To see what the offer is, and to claim it, all you got to do is log into your account the following Thursday.
  • Pizza Club – Play slots on Sundays, and if you happen to be one of the 5 largest bettors, All Star Games will ship you a pizza e-voucher worth $15 the following Monday.
  • Super Saturday – Make at least 3 deposits of $10+ and you’ll receive 20 free spins, which will be automatically added to your account by 8am the following Sunday morning. All free spins winnings will be converted to bonus money, and will need to be rolled over before you can cash out.
  • Happy Hour – Make a deposit (starting) on Monday, and you’ll be eligible for 10 free spins between 3-7pm the following Wednesday. Other than the deposit, to claim this offer you MUST log into your account between the 3-7pm in order for the free spins to be added to your account. You’ll want to keep in mind that you’ll need to roll over any winnings you receive from the free spins.
  • Midnight Madness – Be one of the first 250 people to deposit $10 after midnight on Tuesday and you’ll receive 20 free spins. There’s no limit to how many times you can claim this offer. So long as there are batches of 10 free spins left, you can continue to deposit $10+ and claim them.
  • Trophies – Receive a trophy for completing different tasks. For every so many trophies you accumulate, you’ll be bumped up a level where you’ll receive free spins. The higher up you go, the more free spins you’ll get each time.

What’s more is that the first person to reach 75 trophies will receive $1,5000 cash. And don’t forget that’s on top of the 165 free spins – and any money you win – along the way.

  • Care to Share – Post a screenshot of your next big win – which they define as $100 or more – to their Facebook and they’ll give you 20 free spins.

That wraps it up for their offers. Now let’s wrap up the promotions section by taking a look at their VIP program.

Do they have a comps and/or VIP program?

They have a VIP program.

What Jumpman Gaming does differently is that every point is called a Kudos. You receive one Kudos for every dollar you deposit, as opposed to every $X you wager.

Like all VIP programs, though, the number of Kudos you accumulate determine your VIP status. The following chart shows the different levels and perks you can receive for hitting them.

Level Weekly Cashback Free Spins Birthday Bonus Kudos Req
Newbie No 0 Yes Up to 100 Kudos
Expert 1% 5 Yes 101 – 1,000
Pro 3% 10 Yes 1,001 – 2,500
VIP 5% 25 Yes 2501 – 5,000
Legend 10% 50 Yes 5,000+

Once you reach a level you’ll then need to spend so much to maintain it. Here’s how much you need to spend monthly for each level:

Legend
$20,000+ wagered per month
VIP
$5,000+ wagered per month
Pro
$1,000+ wagered per month
Expert
$100+ wagered per month

This is sort of odd in that – if I understand this all correctly – you only need to spend $5,001 to reach the highest VIP level, but you need to spend $20,000 every month to keep that status.

I’m not sure I’m a fan of that.

Especially considering that there aren’t many perks. The birthday bonus is cool, but only comes around once per year. And 50 free spins is nothing to get excited about, either.

The only thing that’s remotely exciting about this offer is the 10% cashback.

It’d be nice to see more opportunities to claim deposit bonuses, maybe even a comps-to-cashback program. Just a few more things to make the $20,000 (on the high end) worth spending to maintain your status.

Games

What software providers do they work with? What kinds of games can you play?

All Star Games works with several software providers to bring you more than 200 casinos games. Some of the companies they work with include:

  • NetEnt
  • Eyecon
  • Cozy Games
  • iSoftBet

All the standard options are available here – slots, keno, blackjack and video poker. However, slots absolutely dominate their library of games, which is a bit unfortunate.

What’s also sad is that, despite working with heavy hitters like NetEnt, All Star Games doesn’t offer live dealer games.

So, I think there’s a little work needed to make the casino top shelf. But it’s definitely possible considering who All Star works with.

What devices is their casino compatible with? Are they mobile compatible?

There’s no download – you play their games from your browser. As long as you can use an internet browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Fire Fox, you should be good to go.

Mobile users can also play here – namely those on Apple and Android phones and tablets. Blackberry and Windows mobile devices will be hit or miss.

What are some examples of games you can play?

Let’s look at some of the games you can play. We’ll start with the slots section since slots are what makes the bulk of their game library.

I think you’d have to be pretty picky not to be able to find a title or two here to play. And remember, there’s more where these came from.

All the basics appear to be covered. You’ll find slots with features like multipliers, wilds, cascading wilds, free spins and bonus rounds.

The common slot themes are offered here, too. For example, animals, music, fantasy, money, TV shows, celebrities, etc. That’s on top of the few licensed titles they offer.

Finally, All Star Games runs a weekly leaderboard contest called Spin-A-Thon. You receive points based on how much you wager each round.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Each $0.1 to $0.49 spin will award 1 Point.
  • Each $0.5 to $0.99 spin will award 2 Points.
  • Each $1 to $4.99 spin will award 4 Points.
  • Each $5 spin and up will award 20 Points.

The top 25 on the leaderboard each week will receive a piece of the $1,000 prize pool.

That wraps it up for their slots. The following shows you everything else you can play at All Star Games Casino.

Table Games

  • American Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Casino Hold’em
  • European Roulette
  • Punto Banco Pro
  • Roulette Master
  • Single Deck Blackjack
  • TXS Holdem Pro

Video Poker

  • Jacks or Better 1-Hand
  • Deuces Wild Double Up
  • Joker Wild Double Up

Misc. Games

  • Keno
  • Lucky Keno
  • Rio Bingo

You feeling a little underwhelmed? I understand the feeling.

The best part of this selection are the table games. For such a short list of games, there’s a good mix of variants. This is unlike many casinos who will have the same number of games, but they all consist of blackjack and roulette variants.

The most disappointing aspect are your video poker options. They cover the bare minimum with jacks or better and deuces wild. But there are at least 10+ unique video poker games they could have added – especially considering the software companies they work with.

So, adding video poker games would be the first thing I’d add to my wish list. Following that, it’d be nice to see a few live dealer games.

Banking

What payment methods do All Star Games accept?

I don’t know why, but none of the Jumpman Gaming casinos I’ve reviewed thus far have a banking page that shows what payment methods they accept, their limits and any fees they charge.

99% of all other online casinos do this. Why not them?

I found their banking options in their terms and conditions. I’d bet that most people don’t even read them, which means they’ll have no clue as to what you can use to make a deposit or cash out.

Good thing we’re here – here’s what we managed to dig up:

You can make a payment using:

  • Visa Debit
  • Visa Credit
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Paysafe Card
  • Pay by Mobile
  • PayPal

Their max deposit limits are:

  • $5,000 daily
  • $10,000 weekly
  • $20,000 monthly

What I like most about their payment methods is that they accept PayPal. But it makes me wonder why they don’t also accept other e-wallets, such as Skrill or Neteller.

What are your cash out options? Are there any limits or fees?

Your cash out options are limited to whatever you used for making your deposit (if available). The exception is Pay by Mobile, which isn’t available for cash outs.

The minimum withdrawal is $3. The max cash out limits are:

  • $1,000 daily
  • $3,000 weekly
  • $5,000 monthly

The $5,000 monthly cash out limit is real low, especially for an international casino. And their terms say nothing about making exceptions for progressive jackpot winners.

That’s a big mark against them in my book.

Company

Who owns and operates All Star Games? How long have they been in business?

All Star Games is owned and operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited. They launched in 2017, making them one of the newer casinos on the network.

We’ve reviewed several other casinos from Jumpman Gaming, such as Lucky Admiral, Big Rock Slots, Amazon Slots, Easy Slots and Slots Game Club.

Tip!

Every casino has been identical in nearly every way. So, if you already know you like or dislike one of the casinos mentioned above, you’ll feel the same way about this one.

They’re licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (’UKGC’) and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (’AGCC’).

How’s their reputation? What do others think of them?

They’re a brand-new casino, so they don’t have much of a reputation. That goes for most of their sister casinos, too. In fact, they’re all so new that few reviews exist (total) for the casinos on the network.

Based on what I HAVE seen, I’d say they have an average reputation. Nothing terribly exciting (yet), but at the same time I didn’t find anything our readers need to worry about.

Countries Accepted

What countries are prohibited from playing here?

Players from the following countries are prohibited from creating an account here:

  • Antigua
  • Albania
  • Armenia
  • Azerbaijan
  • Belarus
  • Belgium
  • Bosnia
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic

Conclusion

What do we think of All Star Games? Do we recommend them to our readers?

I’ve reviewed several of their casinos so far. If I look at them as a whole, I’d have to say I’m sort of bored of seeing the same exact casino. From the offers to the games to the layout, everything’s the same.

But let’s say you haven’t seen any of their casinos yet, and you only have plans to join one of them (and because they’re all the same, you can join any of them). Do we recommend them?

Let’s start with what I like least:

  • I’m not a fan of the 65x playthrough on the deposit and bonus. This is real high.
  • I don’t like the $500 (withdrawal) cap on promotions since you have to fulfill such a high playthrough.
  • The $5,000 monthly cash out limit sucks. Even more so since they don’t appear to make an exception for progressive jackpot winners.

That said, here are a few things I do like:

  • They have a nice variety of offers. I like how you can claim their welcome offer on your first 3 deposits. And it’s nice to see the unique offers – like the pizza voucher and Midnight Madness offer.
  • They have a big variety of slot machines. What’s more is their weekly slots leaderboard, which is pretty neat.
  • They accept PayPal. This is a hit or miss banking option at other casinos.

Overall, I think they’re an okay casino. They’re off to a good start considering how new they are. But I think they have a little work to do before they’re a top shelf casino.

There are better casinos out there, and I would prefer our readers have accounts at one or more of those before joining a casino like All Star Games.

That said, if you like what you see, and you don’t mind the bonus terms or lack of non-slot games – or plan to skip those things anyway – then I see no reason not to check out All Star Games.
