Company

Who’s behind Vegas Paradise Casino? How long have they been in business?

Vegas Paradise is owned and operated by Progress Play Limited. They were founded in 2012, so they’ve been in business for about 5 years now.

Progress Play owns a network of casinos, none of which I’ve heard of before. But some of their other casinos include Lucks, Jackpot Paradise, Sin Spins, Cool Play and Aston Casino.

Have they had any problems or been involved in any scams?

Not that I could find. I performed Google searches for scam, scandal and complaint-related phrases, and came up with very little other than a few complaints on AskGamblers.com.

There are 11 total complaints on AskGamblers.com. All of them have been resolved. I checked the oldest and most recent comment, and noticed that Vegas Paradise responded to both.

Overall – I don’t see any glaring problems or issues you need to be aware of.

Who can or can’t play at Vegas Paradise?

Players from the following countries cannot play at Vegas Paradise:

  • Belgium
  • Belize
  • British Virgin Islands
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Cyprus
  • Denmark
  • France
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Israel
  • Italy
  • Lithuania
  • Luxembourg
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Serbia
  • Slovenia
  • Spain
  • Turkey
  • United States of America

Promotions

What offer’s available to new customers?

Vegas Paradise is offering a 100% match bonus. This is good up to a max of $200.

The playthrough is 50x the bonus, which is average. But if you choose to play games other than slots, you might need to wager more. Here are the contribution percentages for their other games:

  • 5% of bets placed on all versions of video poker and/or power video poker shall be counted toward wagering requirements.
  • 10% of bets placed on all versions of Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Jackpot, and/or poker table games shall be counted toward wagering requirements.

While these are far from the worst contribution percentages I’ve seen – when coupled with the default playthrough – completing the bonus playing any kind of video poker or table game (listed above) probably isn’t the best use of your time or money.

But if you do choose to accept the bonus, you’ll have 90 days to complete the rollover. The bonus itself isn’t cashable, though – you’ll only be able to cash out your winnings.

Are there any additional offers for existing customers?

There are a few other offers. Here are the details.

Monday Madness

Check your email. Vegas Paradise will send you offers tailored to your playing style and history.

Weekly Surprise

This is a bonus given to you at random based on your deposit and playing history. You qualify if you made a deposit within the past 14 days and have played within the past 8 days. This bonus will have a 50x playthrough.

Game of the Day

Every Wednesday Vegas Paradise will send you an email telling you what the game of the day is. All you have to do is login and you’ll get free spins for that game. You qualify for this offer if you made a deposit in the past week. All winnings will need to be rolled over 50x before you can cash them out.

Live Dealer Cashback

Play live dealer roulette during the weekends. You’ll receive 30% of your aggregated losses up to $300, paid to you the following Monday.

Roulette Promo

Play roulette during the weekend and you’ll receive 25% cashback on your aggregated losses the following Monday.

Happy Hour

Make a deposit on Sundays between 12pm and 12am and you’ll receive a 20% match up to $100. The bonus has a 50x playthrough.

Those are all their evergreen promotions. What’s interesting about these is they aren’t all your standard reload deposit offers. It’s a variety of different offers ranging from cashback to bonuses to random surprises – which is real neat.

The amounts aren’t MASSIVE, either. They’re small enough that you can clear them in a short enough time frame so that you can cash out some winnings if you want, or claim another offer.

Does Vegas Paradise Casino have a comps and/or VIP program?

They have a VIP Program. This program has 5 tiers, which include: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Everyone starts off at Bronze, then moves up when they earn enough points.

The perks include:

  • VIP Room Status
  • Convert points to cash
  • Birthday presents
  • VIP Support Hotline
  • Personal Account Manager
  • Personalized Gifts

And more.

I’m feeling pretty uninspired by this program. It seems like your common, everyday program. There’s nothing too special or unique about it that I can see.

Games

What software providers does Vegas Paradise work with?

Their software comes from Microgaming, NetEnt, Progress Play (proprietary) and Nyx Interactive.

How many games do they have? What devices can you play them on?

There are more than 225 games. They don’t have a download – you’ll play their games using their instant play casino, or using their mobile casino where about half the games are available.

What are some examples of games you can play here?

Their games are neatly organized into the following categories:

  • Featured Games
  • Slots
  • Jackpots
  • Scratch
  • Casino & Live
  • Mobile

Here are some examples of games you can play from the slots, scratch and casino & live sections.

  • Guns N Roses
  • Spinata Grande
  • Terminator 2
  • Panda Pow!
  • Wild Wild West
  • Jurassic Park
  • Judge Dredd
  • Game Of Thrones
  • Gorilla Go Wild
  • Avalon II
  • Big Bad Wolf
  • Cosmic Cat
  • Football Star
  • Dr Watts Up
  • Dolphin Quest
  • Foxin Wins
  • Germinator
  • Racing for Pinks

  • Slots O Gold
  • Starburst
  • Great Wild Elk
  • Sparta
  • When Pigs Fly
  • Robyn
  • Blazing Goddess
  • Robin Hood
  • Alice In Wonderland
  • Jimi Hendrix

I like the mix of run-of-the-mill slot themes with licensed titles and familiar titles like Robin Hood and Alice in Wonderland. There’s plenty of variety.

Scratch

  • Bunny Boiler
  • Big Break
  • Crypt Crusade
  • Dawn Of The Bread
  • Four By Four
  • Doctor Love
  • Deck The Halls
  • Emperor’s Garden
  • Foamy Fortune

  • Golden Ghouls
  • Plunder The Seas
  • Sassy Bingo
  • Spingo
  • Space Evader Gold
  • Slam Funk
  • Whack A Jackpot
  • Wheel Of Plenty
  • Wild Champions

Casino & Live

This list is a mix of your standard casino and live dealer table games.

  • Single Hand Blackjack Pro
  • Multihand Blackjack Pro
  • Club Roulette
  • Standard Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Live Roulette
  • Live Blackjack Common Draw High Roller
  • Blackjack Player’s Choice
  • Classic Blackjack
  • Deuces Wild (Video Poker)
  • Double Bonus Poker (Video Poker)
  • Keno
  • Jacks Or Better (Video Poker)
  • French Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • Live Multiplayer Baccarat
  • Live Multiplayer Blackjack
  • Multiplayer Roulette
  • Premier Roulette
  • Spanish Blackjack
  • Vegas Strip Blackjack

This selection doesn’t look as good as it can given the software providers Vegas Paradise works with. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a good selection; and you can’t complain considering they have live dealer games. But they don’t have the variety other casinos do, specifically when it comes to their regular table and video poker games.

Mobile

Here are some of the games you can play from your mobile device.

  • Fairytale Legends
  • Scruffy Duck
  • Turning Totems
  • Hong Kong Tower
  • Jungle Spirit
  • Snowflakes
  • James Dean
  • Steamtower
  • Piggy Riches
  • Mythic Maiden
  • Magic Portals
  • Koi Princess
  • King Of Slots
  • Fruit Shop
  • Fisticuffs
  • Disco Spins
  • Jack Hammer
  • Rugby Star
  • Big Bang
  • Bridesmaids
  • Ariana
  • Psycho
  • Wild West
  • The Spin Lab

And many, many others.

Overall, this is a good selection of games. I think just about anybody will be happy here, unless you have a specific title, table or video poker game you’re after. You can’t beat the software, either.

You can play most of their games for free, too. And you won’t need an account first (that I noticed), either.

Banking

How do you fund your account? Are there any limits or fees?

The deposit options they accept include:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Pay by phone – Up to $30.
  • Neteller – You can deposit up to $25,000 once you confirm your bank details.
  • iDeal
  • GiroPay – Up to $5,000.
  • Paysafecard – Up to $700.
  • Trustly – Up to $700.
  • Qiwi – Up to $5,000.
  • Instadebit – Up to $5,000.
  • WebMoney – Up to $5,000.
  • Euteller – Up to $5,000.

Most min deposits are $20.

How do you cash out your winnings? Are there any limits or fees?

You can cash out your winnings using one of these options:

  • Visa – Min $20
  • MasterCard – Min $20
  • Maestro – Min $20
  • Neteller – Min $20
  • Paysafecard – Min $20
  • Skrill – Min $20
  • Bank Transfer – Min $50
  • Trustly – Min $50
  • Euteller – Min $20
  • Qiwi – Min $20
  • Fast Bank Transfer – Min $50
  • WebMoney – Min $20

Most cash outs will take about 1 business day to process, and up to 10 days to transfer, depending on the option you use.

One thing bothers me, though:

The maximum withdrawal amount per account is $3,000 per week, and $6,000 per month, except in the case of progressive jackpot winnings. VegasParadise may, at its sole discretion, increase these limits to its valued members

.

If there must be limits, $3,000 per week is reasonable. However, $6,000 per month is RIDICULOUS – especially for an international (non-US) casino. I’m really surprised, and real disappointed, that the monthly limit is that low.

The good news is that it sounds as if this doesn’t include jackpot winnings. That’d be an absolute nightmare to deal with (and worry about) at $6,000 per month.

If you have any questions, or run into any problems, how do you get in touch with Vegas Paradise Casino?

Conclusion

What do we like least about Vegas Paradise?

  • Their $6,000 monthly cash out limit. It’s crazy. Forget jackpots or anything like that. Even small to medium stakes players can have that sort of money in their account. Guys playing $5+ per hand can have that in their account. Then you have high stakes players. They do say they may increase limits to valued members. But I think they need to increase the limits they have first – then worry about their more ‘valued members.’
  • Larger selection of table and video poker games. I didn’t see a lot of the standard table games you can play at other casinos, nor did I see nearly as many video poker titles other casinos have. This strikes me as odd considering that Microgaming is one of the software providers. They cover the basics, which will likely be enough for most people. But table and video poker enthusiasts will be left wanting more.
  • The playthrough is average at best, maybe even a touch high. It’s definitely high if you have to use the contribution chart for playing non-slot games.
  • There’s nothing particularly special about their VIP program. It looks like everyone else’s.

What do we like most about them?

Here are the things I like most:

  • They offer a modest – some may say small – welcome bonus. It’s within anyone’s grasp. And even though the playthrough is a bit high, the smaller bonus amount means a smaller playthrough (and commitment).
  • The variety of promotions. They have a nice mix of reload bonuses, cash back, free spins and random surprises. I really like how they tailor offers to you based on your deposit and playing history.
  • They have a solid mobile game selection. The last casino I reviewed is powered by Microgaming, but they have half the mobile games Vegas Paradise does. You shouldn’t have a problem finding a game you like with more than 120 to choose from.

Do we recommend Vegas Paradise Casino to our readers?

Yeah, I think so.

They’re far from the best casino. There are other options that are arguably better, though it depends on what you’re in the market for. I think table and video poker players will have the least variants to choose from and, in extreme cases, may want to look elsewhere.

But overall, this is a solid casino for people wanting more offers to clear, a change of pace, or are just getting into this online gambling thing for the first time. The bottom line – I think they’re worth checking out.
