Eclipse Casino Review for 2022

Welcome to our Eclipse Casino review!

This is the 3rd casino we’ve reviewed from Blue Media N.V. Casinos. If you’ve read the others – or if you have an account at Golden Lion or Supernova Casino – then, unless you’re bonus hunting, you don’t need to bother with Eclipse.

Because Eclipse offers less promotions than the other two casinos, and are otherwise the same.

But, if you’re not familiar with the other two casinos?

Then our review below will tell you all you need to know about Eclipse Casino, including their short company history, reputation, the payment methods they accept, promotions you can claim, and games you can play.

Basically, you’ll discover all the important things necessary to decide whether or not a casino is right for you.

About Their Company

Who owns and operates Eclipse Casino? How long have they been in business?

Eclipse is owned and operated by Blue Media N.V. Casinos. They also own/operate Golden Lion and Supernova Casino, both of which we’ve also reviewed here on All 3 casinos are licensed in Curacao.

Eclipse Casino launched in 2017, which makes them the youngest of the 3 casinos.

How’s their reputation? What do others think of them?

Eclipse Casino is brand new. So, don’t expect to find a ton of information or feedback about them online.

Here’s what I managed to find:

  • – 6.54/10 rating. They have 4 complaints – 2 are still pending, while the other 2 are resolved. There are 2 player reviews – one is average, while the other is bad.
  • – They have a 2.3/5 rating. Player reviews are below-average to average.

That’s the extent of what I could find from legit and trustworthy review portals.

I didn’t find any scam complaints, so that’s good news.

So, overall, it looks as if Eclipse Casino has an average reputation.

What payment methods does Eclipse accept?

The payment methods you can use at Eclipse Casino include:

Deposit Methods Min Amount Max Amount
Bank Wire $25 Unlimited
Visa $25 $1,000
MasterCard $25 $1,000
Neteller $25 $1,000
Skrill $25 $1,000
PaySafeCard $25 $1,000

The $1,000 minimum is a bit low, but they say nothing about a limit on the number of transactions you can make in a day, week or month. So, that could be a way around that.

They, apparently, accept bitcoin, too. This is based on what I read in the complaints section. But they say nothing about it on their banking page.

What are your cash out options? Are there any limits or fees?

You can cash out your winnings using:

Withdrawal Methods Min Amount Max Amount Per Week
Visa $150 $2000 1 P/Week
MasterCard $150 $2000 1 P/Week
Bank Wire $150 $2000 1 P/Week
Neteller $150 $2000 1 P/Week
Skrill $150 $2000 1 P/Week

I’ve mentioned this in their sister casino reviews, but the $150 min cash out is a tad high. I don’t like it because – like a brick and mortar casino – you should be able to cash out however much you want. Especially if they let you deposit something small, like $25.

At the same time, it makes sense since they offer fee-free banking. The higher cash out limits reduces the manpower needed to process a bunch of smaller cashouts. So, it’s a tradeoff.

You’ll have to decide if that tradeoff is worthwhile.

Other than that, keep in mind that it can take up to 7 business days to process cashouts. And for first time players, it can take as long as 2 weeks to get everything done.

As for limits, they pay as much as $2,000 per week, which is pretty standard. They say that payments can be higher for VIP players. Other than that, they say they reserve the right to make installment payments, in which case the amount and time frame would be partly based on that person’s deposit and gaming history.

Deals You Can Claim

Do they offer a welcome bonus? What are the terms?

Eclipse does, yeah. They offer two different welcome bonuses, in fact.

  • The first one is a 300% match bonus up to $3,000 on your first 3 deposits. This offer is for slots players.

They don’t make it clear whether this is spread out over your first 3 deposits, or if you can claim that amount on each of your first 3 deposits. Their terms don’t say anything about it, either.

  • The second offer is a 150% match bonus up to $1,500. This is for people who want to play blackjack, video poker, or any soft casino game (slots, scratch, bingo, etc.).

Both of these offers have no max cash out once you fulfill the playthrough requirements. The playthrough on the slots offer is 40x the deposit and bonus. And for the second offer, the playthrough is 45x the deposit and bonus.

It’s interesting – the playthrough for slots players is pretty high. I reviewed a casino the other day where the playthrough was about half that.

That said, the playthrough for the card game bonus is relatively low. Most casinos who let you play card games to clear their bonuses typically set the playthrough at 5-10x the slots playthrough, or about 200-400x.

They don’t say anything below either of these offers about how different games may contribute different amounts towards the playthrough.

But their welcome bonus terms and conditions do say they have terms that are “applicable to all bonuses.” And those include handicapped contribution amounts for each game.

What I’m getting at, is that it makes sense to assume the worst-case-scenario - especially when it comes to bonuses. Which, in this case, would mean that I’m wrong and that you’d actually need to playthrough blackjack or video poker at 180x, instead of the 45x I originally thought.

When in doubt, though, ask support.

What additional promotions can you claim?

They have their Monthly Rewards, which is similar to what Supernova Casino offers. There are offers for both slots and card game players.

Here’s what those offers look like:

  • Deposit $25+ and get a 130% match bonus
  • Deposit $50+ and get a 150% match bonus
  • Deposit $100+ and get a 200% match bonus

  • Deposit $25+ and get a 90% match bonus
  • Deposit $50+ and get a 110% match bonus
  • Deposit $100+ and get a 120% match bonus

The playthroughs on both these offers are the same as the welcome bonus above.

And that’s it.

Overall, they have a few decent offers. Like their sister casinos, I wish they provided more details about each offer – that they weren’t so vague.

For example, I don’t think I’d be the only one confused about their $3,000 welcome bonus. It’s not clear as to whether you get that once over your first 3 deposits, or get to claim the entire thing 3 times.

I also came across the same 400% match bonus I talked about in the other two reviews. I found the offer only on their mobile site, and it’s not mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions.

It’d be nice if they were clearer about their offers because you shouldn’t have to send them an email to clarify every little thing you find on their website. It should be simple to understand.

Eclipse – like their other casinos – mentions having other kinds of offers in their terms and conditions. For example, different VIP perks or comp points programs.

Their comp point program gives you 1 point for every $10 you spend. Every 1,000 points you earn you’ll receive $1 in cash back.

There are other offers, too, but since they’re not published on their site, it’s tough to say what’s available and what isn’t – until they ship you an email or message to tell you.

Do they have a comps and/or VIP program?

It looks like they have a multi-tier program. They don’t say much about it, other than their perks include things like bonuses, faster cash outs, a dedicated VIP manager, faster points accumulation, and more.

Casino Games You Can Play

What software providers do they work with? What kinds of games can you play?

I combed through their games and it looks like they only work with Rival Gaming. Supernova is the same way, whereas Golden Lion works with both Rival Gaming and BetSoft.

There’s nothing wrong with only working with Rival, though. You’ll have a decent selection of classic, video and progressive slots, video poker machines, table and specialty games.

The biggest downside to working only with Rival is that you won’t find any live dealer games here.

What devices is their casino compatible with? Are they mobile compatible?

Unlike Supernova Casino, I didn’t find a download when I logged into my account. I didn’t check the real money version, so there’s a slight chance it’s there. But I sort of doubt it.

So, I’d assume it’s not, and just be pleasantly surprised if there is …and for some reason you want to use it.

I think it’s much better to use their instant play casino instead, which is lightweight and requires little commitment. And it’s compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.

They do have a mobile-compatible casino, too. You play games from your browser, just like you would your desktop.

I checked them out from a newer iPhone and, while the design leaves something to be desired, they do have an okay selection of games.

They only offer 3 table games, though – blackjack and 2 versions of roulette – which sort of sucks. But that’s much better than what video poker players get, which is absolutely nothing.

That’d probably be the first thing I’d improve, followed by adding a couple more table games.

What are some examples of games you can play?

The following are some examples of games you’ll find at Eclipse Casino. We categorized them the same way you’ll find them on Eclipse Casino, too.

Overall Thoughts

They have a pretty well-rounded casino overall. The only thing that’s really missing are a few live dealer games.

Here are a few specific thoughts I have about each section:

  • Slots – One machine that caught my eye is the World of Oz. It’s not going to be the same as the Wizard of Oz slots found at international online casinos, or in brick and mortar casinos. But I bet it’ll still be fun given the theme.

I also recommend you check out their i-slots. These are story-based slots exclusive to Rival Gaming. The story changes based on the outcome of each spin, as well as your choices during bonus rounds.

  • Table Games – This is a solid variety of games. If you’re a fan of Real Time Gaming software, and their 7+ blackjack variants and 7-10+ other table games, this selection will probably pale in comparison. But if you’re just into the basics, this will suit you just fine.
  • Video Poker – They cover just the basics here, which is okay, I think. I only wish they offered a few of these to mobile players. And, like my table game comments, if you’re coming from RTG-powered casinos, you might feel underwhelmed here.

And …that’s about it.

They have a nice filter setup for the games that need it. Not only can you drill down by game type, but you can also filter games based on whether it has multipliers, bonus rounds, free spins, etc.

I think they did a pretty good job overall.

What do we think of Eclipse Casino? Do we recommend them to our readers?

Yeah, I think so..

I really wish they were more transparent about their promotions and banking options. It should be real simple to see what the terms for each offer is, what games apply, how much they apply, and so on.

It seems like all 3 casinos hide a 400% up to $15,000 bonus on their mobile page. But all they say to do is contact support with any questions or to request it. But they say nothing about it in their terms.

This is crazy!

Then I read that they might offer bitcoin on a complaints page on a completely different website, yet there’s nothing about it on their banking or FAQ page.

This stuff shouldn’t be a surprise. If it’s a surprise to me – someone who’s been reviewing casinos for 8+ years – someone with less experience might overlook these things entirely – until it’s too late.

That said, I didn’t see anything overly negative or scandalous. Nothing that should stop you from playing here.

Though, I don’t think you need to have an account here if you already have one at Supernova or Golden Lion. They’re basically the same other than the promotions they offer – and both Supernova and Golden Lion have more/better offers than Eclipse.

For everyone else, feel free to check them out.

Thank you for your review. At the moment I am a new player at Eclipse casino and won 900 dollars and want to cash out. I can’t believe the hoops I have to jump through to get my winnings. It takes 2 minutes to deposit the money and almost a month to get it out. I just don’t get it.
