Chanz Casino Review for 2022

Let’s talk about Chanz Casino.

Reviewing their casino was the first time we’d heard of them. And we found them a little unique compared to other online casinos we’ve reviewed in the past.

For one thing, they’re available to an extremely limited number of countries

And, in addition to their casino selection – which we think you’ll agree is top-notch – they offer a limited number of betting pools (which you can create and/or participate in) and a couple of multiplayer card games.

Chanz is an interesting casino, that much is for sure.

But are they the right casino for you?

The only way to know for sure is to read our review from start to finish. It starts in the next section.

They’re owned and operated by Dreambox Games, a company based in Estonia. They have been in business since 2014-15.

How’s their reputation? What do others think of them?

There’s not a TON of information about them online. What we did find is pretty positive, though.

For example:

  • They have a “Trusted” 8.59/10 rating on, with only 2 complaints (both resolved).
  • The doesn’t endorse them, but does speak favorably of Chanz.
  • They have a 4.2/5 rating on Other than the user experience – which we complain about in the games section – they say nothing bad about them.

They have a solid reputation overall.

Customer Support

How do I contact Chanz? When are they available?

You can contact Chanz Casino using one of the following options:

Banking Options

What payment methods does Chanz Casino accept?

The banking options you can use include:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Skrill
  • Maestro
  • iDeal
  • Trustly Euteller
  • AMRO
  • SNS Bank
  • Rabobank
  • ING
  • BankLink

The minimum deposit varies from $5-$10.

We’ve seen different banking options mentioned on each review site we used for research. And we couldn’t check their options out ourselves as we used a VPN to review their site and were unable to verify our account.

We mention this to point out that you should expect their banking options to vary from this list, depending on where you’re playing from.

What are their cash out options? Are there any limits or fees?

Your cash out options:

  • Skrill
  • Direct bank transfer

Payouts are made within 1-2 days, following a 24-hour pending period.

There are no cash out limits. This is pretty crazy considering all the progressive jackpots they offer – not to mention how large some of them get.

That said, the minimum cash out is $20.

Does Chanz offer a welcome bonus? What are the terms?

They do offer a welcome bonus. In fact, they’re offering a welcome “package.”

You can claim this entire offer over your first four deposits. Here’s how it works:

  • 1st Deposit – 100% match up to $100 + 50 spins on Aloha
  • 2nd Deposit – Receive 50 spins for Esqueleto Explosivo
  • 3rd Deposit – Receive 50 spins for The Rift
  • 4th Deposit – Receive 150 spins for Starburst

Though the bonus money isn’t a lot, we still think this is a neat offer. And we like how you get 300 free spins, though we wish there was more freedom in choosing the machines you use them on.

You’ll want to keep in mind that the min. deposit for each offer above is $10-$20. Also, the bonus will need to be wagered 35x within 30 days before you can cash out your bonus, deposit, or winnings.

It doesn’t apply to this offer, but their wager requirements go up to 40x on 150% match bonuses, and 45x on 200% match bonuses.

The good news is that there’s no playthrough on any winnings received from the free spins. However, you will need to fulfill the playthrough requirements on the bonus before you can cash out any winnings from your free spins.

This offer is for slots only – no table or card games. But there are a few slot machines you cannot play. You can see what those are, as well as the rest of this offer’s terms on their site.

What additional promotions can I claim?

Most of their additional offers appear to be slots tournaments.

That said, Chanz does offer a refer-a-friend program. Once your friend deposits $25 or more, you’ll receive a $25 bonus. This bonus will have a 35x playthrough.

Do they have a comps and/or VIP program?

We didn’t see one, nor did we see details for one on other review sites.

What software providers do they work with? What kinds of games can I play?

They work with several software providers – even a few that experts say are the best in the industry.

The software providers Chanz works with include:

  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • Thunderkick
  • AllWilds
  • Magnet Gaming

We hadn’t heard of the last two before, so it’ll be neat to potentially see some new games. But Microgaming and NetEnt are obvious favorites, and just those two alone will give you plenty of slots, table, card, and live dealer games, as well as video poker and scratch tickets, to choose from.

We’ll look at some specific examples of games you can play here in a minute.

What devices is their casino compatible with? Are they mobile compatible?

We weren’t able to check them out from a phone.

That said, at the bottom of their footer, they say that they support all devices – computers, laptops, tablets, and phones.

So we expect the biggest issue some people will run into is whether their specific device or generation will work.

The only way to know for sure is to test it for yourself.

What are some examples of games I can play?

Let’s look at a few examples of games you can play. But first, a quick heads up:

We’re going to categorize the examples below into normal categories such as slots, table games, etc., and not at all like how Chanz does it.

We’ll explain why after the examples.

  • Lucky Witch
  • Zombies
  • Halloweenies
  • Creature from the Black Lagoon
  • Lost Vegas
  • Haunted House
  • Halloween
  • Beautiful Bones
  • Immortal Romance
  • Mystic Woods
  • Blood Suckers
  • Monster Wheels
  • Planet of the Apes
  • Esqueleto Explosive
  • Dracula
  • Blood Suckers II
  • Frankenstein
  • Ghost Pirates
  • Mega Moolah
  • Major Millions
  • Twin Spin
  • Inspector
  • Safari
  • Monkey Keno
  • Oink Country Love
  • Full Moon Romance
  • Flame Busters
  • Camelot Legends
  • Jurassic World
  • Castle Builder Fairytale Legends Hansel & Gretel
  • Copy Cats
  • Forbidden Throne
  • Wild Wild West
  • Jungle Spirit
  • Well of Wonders
  • Dragonz
  • Golden Pyramid
  • Fairytale Legends Red Riding Hood

  • Flowers
  • Drive Multiplier Mayhem
  • Rabbit in the Hat
  • Arcader
  • Thunderstruck II
  • Guns N Roses
  • Wild Orient
  • Flux
  • Big Bad Wolf
  • Frog Grog

There are tons of slots to choose from. We barely scratched the surface with the examples above.

You can expect a little bit of something for everyone. You’ll have no problem finding slots with features, progressive jackpots, bonus rounds, and more.

There are several licensed titles here, too, if that’s your thing. Several of which we have personally seen and/or played in a Las Vegas casino.

Live Dealer

  • Roulette
  • Automatic Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • VIP Blackjack
  • Common Draw Blackjack

This isn’t the biggest selection of live dealer games. Where’s the casino hold’em or baccarat?

But this selection will satisfy most people, we think.

Video Poker

  • Jacks or Better
  • Deuces Wild
  • All American
  • Double Feature
  • Bonus Deuces Wild

We got this selection from Wizard of Odds, plus added a couple that we found on Chanz Casino.

This selection pales to what they COULD have. It’s possible they have a few more, but that they’re just incredibly difficult to find.

Either way, something needs to be fixed.

Table/Card/Other Games

  • Baccarat (Net Entertainment)
  • Blackjack (Net Entertainment)
  • Caribbean Stud Poker (Net Entertainment)
  • Red Dog (Net Entertainment)
  • Roulette (Net Entertainment)
  • Scratch Cards (Net Entertainment)
  • Casino Hold’em (Net Entertainment)
  • Bingo (Net Entertainment)
  • Golden Derby (Net Entertainment)
  • Bonus Keno (Net Entertainment)
  • Oasis Poker (Net Entertainment)
  • TXS Hold’em (Net Entertainment)
  • Baccarat (Microgaming)
  • Blackjack (Microgaming)
  • Red Dog (Microgaming)
  • Roulette (Microgaming)
  • 3 Card Poker (Microgaming)
  • Craps (Microgaming)
  • Pai Gow Poker (Microgaming)
  • Keno (Microgaming)
  • Sic Bo (Microgaming)
  • Crown and Anchor (Microgaming)
  • Cyberstud Poker (Microgaming)
  • Double Exposure (Microgaming)
  • Poker Pursuit (Microgaming)
  • Spanish Blackjack(Microgaming)
  • Spingo (Microgaming)
  • Three Wheeler (Microgaming)
  • Other Games (Microgaming)
  • Ballistic Bingo (Microgaming)
  • Microgaming Casinos(Microgaming)
  • Bingo (Microgaming)

Again, we grabbed these from, as Chanz Casino’s organization sucks something awful. It’s impossible to find anything (quickly).

That said, they have a solid selection of card and table games – especially when combined with their live dealer selection above.

Overall Thoughts

That should give you a pretty good idea of the types of games you’ll find here. If you’ve read any other review where the casino works with Microgaming and/or NetEnt, then you can expect to find a similar, if not identical, selection here at Chanz.

What’s unique is that they offer a couple card games – Trick13 and Mexis – community and/or multiplayer games. And, if you don’t have a ‘friend’ to play with, you can choose to play with a ‘stranger’ instead.

Then there’s their betting pool section, where it looks like you can create a pool, which involves choosing a soccer league and selecting the outcome for whatever teams you want. Then people can place bets on it. You can also view and participate in pools other people have created.

Neither of these things would be a big draw for us, but it’s neat that they’re there. You won’t find these options at other online casinos unless they also run a sportsbook (like 888 or Bet365).

Ultimately, Chanz offers a top-notch casino, evident by the software providers they work with.

Our biggest qualm is their organization – it sucks. It shouldn’t be hard to find a “video poker” or “table game.” Yet we found it easier to find the games they offered on a different website.

What they do now is unconventional – they list games under headings like “popular,” “Halloween,” “a bit of magic,” “biggest wins lately,” and so on. You can probably see how it’d be difficult to find a specific game – such as Jacks or Better or blackjack — quickly with this type of organization.

Barring that, though, it’s a solid casino.

What do you think of Chanz Casino? Do you recommend them to your readers?

They look pretty good.

Our biggest problem is the way their casino is laid out. We think it’s incredibly difficult to use as is. It’s hard to see what games they have or don’t have – which is important if you’re trying to decide if a casino is right for you.

Other than that, a few additional offers would be nice. It’s not a deal breaker, but a VIP program or reload bonus wouldn’t hurt.

That’s the extent of our complaints, though.

The bottom line is that Chanz offers a unique product that mixes a little bit of a community aspect with their casino, card games, and betting pools.

If that sounds good to you – and you’re in one of the few countries that can actually play here – then we recommend you check them out.
