Promotions

Do they offer a welcome bonus?

Slots Gold offers a pretty decent welcome bonus – especially if you’re on a smaller budget.

What they’re offering new customers is a 100% match bonus up to $200. On top of that you’ll receive 20 free spins you can use on slot machines such as:

  • Fluffy Favourites
  • Fluffy Too
  • Foxin’ Wins
  • Irish Eyes
  • Sharknado
  • Asteroids
  • Starburst
  • Guns N Roses
  • Jimi Hendrix
  • Twin Spin
But that’s not all.

They make the deal a little sweeter by allowing you to claim this bonus on your 2nd and 3rd deposit, too!

This means you can claim as much as $600 and 60 free spins.

What additional promotions can you claim?

There are a few neat promotions here. Let’s go over each one.

  • Happy Hour – For this promotion you’ll receive 10 free spins every time you log into your account on Wednesdays between 3-7pm. To be eligible for this offer you’ll need to have made a deposit since the last Monday.
  • Super Saturday – Make 3+ deposits of $10+ and you’ll receive 20 free spins by 8am the following morning.
  • Mystery Thursday – Log into your account on Thursdays and you may have a ‘mystery’ offer waiting for you. It could be free spins, a deposit bonus …anything, really. All you need to do to prequalify for this offer is make a deposit the Wednesday before. Then log in on Thursday to see what Slots Gold sent you.
  • Midnight Madness – Every Tuesday after midnight Slots Gold is giving out 250 batches of 10 free spins. All you got to do to get your free spins is make a deposit of $10+ after midnight. The cool thing about this promotion is that you can claim this over and over again until all 250 batches of spins are gone.
  • Pizza Club – This offer is exclusive to VIP members. Play slots on Sundays and, if you’re one of the top 5 bettors, you’ll receive a pizza e-voucher the following Monday worth $15.
  • Trophies – Complete tasks to receive trophies. Every so many trophies you accumulate will bump you up a level. Every level pays out free spins – the higher up the level, the more free spins you’ll receive.

Not only that, but the first person to accumulate 75 trophies will receive $1,500 cash.

What are their offer terms?

The following are the terms that apply to most of their offers. However, it’s a good idea to read their terms before you claim an offer (even if just to double check that nothing’s changed).

Examples
  • Playthrough Req.: The playthrough is 65x the deposit plus bonus. For example, if you deposit $50 and get a $50 bonus, you’ll need to wager $6,500 (($50+$50)*65) before you can cash out.
  • Game Restrictions: Most of the offers I checked were only for slots players. This means that any bets on blackjack, roulette, any other casino style games, hi lo games, video poker, keno and progressive jackpot slots will NOT count towards your playthrough.
  • Max Cash Out: The max winnings you can cash out from any offer is $500.
  • Free Spins: Any money won from free spins will need to be rolled over before you can cash out.
  • Min Deposit: Most offers have a min $10 threshold to qualify. In some cases you need to make multiple $10+ deposits to qualify.

The playthrough req. is definitely on the higher end of bonus playthroughs. You really have to want a bonus to agree to wagering $6,500 – on slot machines – for every $50 in free money the casino gives you.

These will apply to most of their offers. But you can double check the terms for any offer in their terms and conditions.

Do they have a comps and/or VIP program?

Slots Gold has a VIP program. There are a couple of things they do differently than other loyalty programs.

For one thing, all points are called Kudos. And instead of receiving points for every dollar or ten spent in their casino, they give you a Kudos for every $1 you deposit.

The Kudos you accumulate will determine your status, which will thus determine the perks you’re eligible for. Here’s a chart that shows you how this all works:

Level Weekly Cashback Free Spins Birthday Bonus Kudos Req
Newbie No 0 Yes Up to 100 Kudos
Expert 1% 5 Yes 101 – 1,000
Pro 3% 10 Yes 1,001 – 2,500
VIP 5% 25 Yes 2501 – 5,000
Legend 10% 50 Yes 5,000+

What’s interesting about this program is that you can buy your way to the top status. All you got to do is deposit $5,001+ and you’ll be a Legend. But once you buy your way in, you’ll need to spend so much money in their casino each month in order to maintain your status.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Legend: $20,000+ wagered per month
  • VIP: $5,000+ wagered per month
  • Pro: $1,000+ wagered per month
  • Expert: $100+ wagered per month

So, you buy your way to Legend status with $5,001, yet you need to wager $20,000 per month in order to keep it.

This sort of feels bait and switch-y to me.

But let’s pretend for a second there’s no malicious intent to this – and there’s a good chance there’s not. This program might almost be worthwhile then …IF the perks were better …or if there were more of them.

The only perk on this chart worth talking about is the 10% cashback. The free spins are nothing to get excited about, I think, and your birthday (bonus) only comes once per year.

With that in mind, I think this program could go from ‘meh’ to ‘yay’ by simply adding a deposit bonus or three, higher cash out limits (because the default sucks, as you’ll soon see), expedited cash outs, points to cash back, or all of the above.

They’re a newer casino, so fingers crossed they’ve already beaten us to the punch and have this on their to-do list.

Games

What software providers do they work with? What kinds of games can you play?

Slots Gold works with several software providers.

For example:

  • NetEnt
  • Eyecon
  • Cozy Games
  • iSoftBet

There are more than 200 casino games, though the majority of them are slot machines. But there are a few table, video poker and misc. games mixed in.

We’ll look at a few examples of what you can play in just a second.

What devices is their casino compatible with? Are they mobile compatible?

Slots Gold offers an instant play browser casino. There’s no download – you access their casino and play all their games from your browser. So, as long as you can use Google Chrome, Fire Fox, Safari or Internet Explorer, you should be good to go.

Their casino is mobile-friendly, too. Apple and Android phones and tablets will be no problem, while Blackberry and Windows devices may be hit or miss.

What are some examples of games you can play?

Let’s start with their slots selection since that’s the big draw here.

  • 1 Can 2 Can
  • 99 Time
  • Ambience
  • Aloha!

  • Mad Mad Monkey
  • Lucky Spell
  • Ninja Chef
  • Pandamania
  • Owl Eyes
  • Musketeer
  • Quest For The Grail
  • Reel Rush
  • Secret Garden 2

The coolest thing, to me, about the software companies they work with are the licensed slot machines you can play. Those are the slots with themes revolving around pop culture, movies, TV shows, celebrities and so on.

A few examples include:

  • Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters
  • Guns N Roses
  • Jimi Hendrix
  • Sharknado
  • 24
  • Beverly Hills 90210

But there are plenty of generic slot machines, too, if licensed slots aren’t your thing.

They also have a weekly leaderboard contest. It’s called Spin-A-Thon, and it has a $1,000 prize pool they divvy out to the top 25 points finishers.

You earn points based on the amount you spend every spin. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Each £0.1 to £0.49 spin will award 1 Point.
  • Each £0.5 to £0.99 spin will award 2 Points.
  • Each £1 to £4.99 spin will award 4 Points.
  • Each £5 spin and up will award 20 Points.

The more you spend, the more points you’ll receive and the faster you’ll accrue them. And the more points you have at the end of the week, the greater your chances of collecting a piece of that $1,000.

That wraps up their slots section. Now let’s look at the other games you can play here.

Table Games

  • American Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Casino Hold’em
  • European Roulette
  • Punto Banco Pro
  • Roulette Master
  • Single Deck Blackjack
  • TXS Holdem Pro

Misc. Games

  • Keno
  • Lucky Keno
  • Rio Bingo

Video Poker

  • Jacks or Better 1-Hand
  • Deuces Wild Double Up
  • Joker Wild Double Up

In past reviews (of Slots Gold’s sister brands), I’ve knocked them for having so few table and video poker games. Especially when you consider the software companies they work with.

But that might be a bit harsh.

If Slots Gold – or any other casino on the network – chooses to focus on slots players, then it doesn’t make much sense for them to have dozens of video poker games, or 5 blackjack variants.

The fact that they have any at all is a bonus.

I guess it depends on what you want to play. If you’re a slots player, but like to get a little crazy once a week with a few hands of casino hold’em or jacks or better, then you’ll be just fine here.

However, if you want to play baccarat – which, surprisingly, isn’t an option – European blackjack, multi-ball roulette, or whatever else tickles your fancy, then you’ll want to find a different casino.

Banking

What payment methods do Slots Gold Casino accept?

Before I get to their payment options and limits, I first want to point out that they don’t have your standard banking page like most other casinos do.

It sucks, but what can you do?

All their banking information is tucked away in their terms and conditions. So, if you need to double check something, that’s where you need to go.

Anyway, here are the payment options Slots Gold accepts:

  • Visa debit/credit
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Paysafe Card
  • Pay by Mobile
  • PayPal

Their deposit limits are:

  • $10 minimum
  • $5,000 per day
  • $10,000 per week
  • $20,000 per month.

Pretty standard stuff. I like that they accept PayPal. But, as I’ve mentioned in other reviews, I’m sort of surprised they don’t accept Skrill or Neteller.

What are your cash out options? Are there any limits or fees?

You can use the same option to cash out as you did to make your payment. The exception is Pay By Mobile, which is not available for cashing out.

Their cash out limits are:

  • $30 minimum
  • $1,000 daily
  • $3,000 weekly
  • $5,000 monthly

Everything looks pretty good until you get to their monthly cash out limit. $5,000 is small compared to other international casinos. More than that, I’ve found nothing that excludes progressive winners from these limits in their terms and conditions.

Customer Support

How do you contact Slots Gold Casino? When are they available?

You can contact them using:

Envelope
LIVE CHAT
WhatsApp: 07911 765080

They’re available Monday thru Friday from 9:30 to 6pm. That applies to the live chat and WhatsApp options.

One option they don’t have, that some of their sister brands do, is the option to contact them through Facebook Messenger.

Company

Who owns and operates Slots Gold? How long have they been in business?

Slots Gold is owned and operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited. They own a network of casinos that includes Lucky Admiral, Big Rock Slots, Easy Slots, Slots Game Club, All Star Games, and several bingo properties.

Slots Gold is one of many of their casinos that launched in 2017.

They are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (’UKGC’) and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (’AGCC’). You can see their license information on their website.

How’s their reputation? What do others think of them?

They’re a brand-new casino, so they don’t have a reputation.

That goes for most of their sister brands, too. Most have launched within the past 6-12 months, and haven’t been around long enough or have gained enough traction to accrue compliments or complaints.

That goes for other casino reviews, too. They’re so new that only a few reviews exist TOTAL for all the casinos on the Jumpman Gaming network.

As I’ve said for their other casinos – based on what information I have, I’d say Slots Gold’s reputation is average. We’ll update this review if/when that changes.

What countries are prohibited from playing here?

  • Albania
  • Armenia
  • Azerbaijan
  • Belarus
  • Belgium
  • Bosnia
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic

Conclusion

What do we think of Slots Gold? Do we recommend them to our readers?

I think they’re okay.

I’m not a fan of their 65x playthrough. That’s definitely on the high side, and it certainly dampers any excitement I have about clearing even the smallest of deposit bonuses.

Which, unfortunately, is one of the neat things about them – the 100% match up to $200 welcome bonus. The fact that you can claim with each of your first 3 deposits, and that you get 20 free spins with each one, just makes this a neat little offer …if the playthrough was a little lower.

Their monthly max cash out limit is too low, too. It’s even worse if you win a progressive. Could you imagine trying to cash out a $100,000 – or WORSE – a $1 million jackpot, in $5,000 (monthly) increments?!

The bottom line – they got a little work to do before they’re on the same level as a casino like Bet365, Bodog, Will Hill, 888, etc. These casinos usually have better offers and offer terms, and most will have more games to choose from – including slots.

That’s why I’ve recommended having an account at one of those casinos first, before coming to a Jumpman Gaming casino.

Once you’ve done that, then I see no reason not to check these guys out.

For now, anyway.
