Thrills Casino Review for 2024

We were thrilled to review Thrills Casino.

(Ha! You see what we did there?)

We were excited to review them because we’ve already reviewed their sister casinos, Super Lenny and Kaboo, and liked them both. Kaboo has an interesting theme, while Super Lenny is more of a brand. Lenny’s mascot is a man with a head of a deer who happens to be the most interesting man in online gaming.

So, imagine our disappointment when we landed on Thrills.com and didn’t see any of that. No theme or brand to speak of. No funny messages or “about” page. No songs sung or funny commercials.

It’s a bummer.

The good news is that Thrills is still owned by the same reputable parent company. This means you’ll get to play lots of games from the industry’s best developers at a casino you can trust.

Besides, there are many things we like about Thrills, brand or not. We’ll cover what those are in the review…as well as a few things we think they can improve. Because no one’s perfect.

The goal is to give you all the unbiased information you need to determine if Thrills Casino is a good fit for you. We want our players to be happy with the casinos they choose to do business with.

Is Thrills Casino that casino for you?

The only way to know for sure is to read the review below.

Thrills Casino Basic Information

Thrills.com is owned and operated by BetIt Operations Ltd. If that sounds familiar, it’s because they also operate Super Lenny and Kaboo Casino.

This means they have the same licenses, too. Thrills is licensed through the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

Both Thrills and their parent company have been in business since 2013. When we looked at BetIt’s background, one thing stood out to us.

Their growth. BetIt has grown 3 gaming brands to generate $3 million in gross revenue. They accomplished that in 4-5 years, which is fast.

Granted, that’s a drop in the bucket when you compare BetIt to their parent company, Gaming Innovation Group (GiG). GiG reported $80+ million in annual revenues in September 2016. Though, they do have a couple of advantages.

They have a few extra years under their belt, for one thing. They also have gaming brands they’ve acquired along the way (including Guts.com and Rizk.com) that bring in revenue.

Give BetIt a few more years and we may see a similar story. Especially considering how well they’ve done up until now.

Restricted Countries – Who Can Play

Thrills doesn’t do a good job listing what countries aren’t allowed to play here. You’ll see what we mean if you look through their terms and conditions (which you should do). The list has several hundred countries listed.

There aren’t that many countries in the world.

We thought this might confuse our readers, so we found a list from a different source that covers the more common prohibited countries. Use this as a guide only. If you have any questions or concerns, you might want to check out their terms for yourself. You can also reach out to their support.

The Casino

Now for the truly important stuff – the games you’ll find at Thrills Casino.

They offer more than 900 casino games from the industry’s top software developers. For example, you’ll find games from the following:

  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Betsoft
  • NYX Interactive
  • Play’n GO
  • IGT (WagerWorks)
  • WMS (Williams Interactive)
  • NextGen Gaming
  • Quickspin
  • Yggdrasil Gaming
  • Thunderkick
  • Elk Studios
  • Lightning Box
  • Red Tiger Gaming
  • Just for the Win

What this means for you is that you’ll find a little bit of everything here. You’ll get to play table and card games, slots, video poker, and even live casino games.

Now, we didn’t like everything about their casino. We’ll talk more about the good stuff we found, as well as what we think Thrills can improve, in the following sections.

Table Games

Thrills Casino offers more than 25 table and card games to choose from. Some of your options will include those listed below.

  • 3 Wheel Roulette
  • Spanish Blackjack
  • Premier Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • French Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • Beat Me
  • Multi Wheel Roulette
  • Triple Bonus Spin Roulette
  • European Blackjack
  • Red Dog
  • Keno3
  • Premier Roulette
  • English Roulette
  • Double Bonus Spin Roulette

Your other choices include Gold Series variants and duplicate titles from other software providers.

Roulette fans will be plenty happy here; the majority of games in this section are roulette variants. A couple of them are variants you won’t often find elsewhere. That’s pretty cool.

Table and card game players might be a little disappointed, though. There are a few blackjack games, and then a couple other games like Red Dog and Beat Me. But where’s the Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, or Caribbean Stud? These are all casino staples, yet you won’t find them in this section.

We also didn’t like that they keep some of their video poker games in this section. You’ll also find their poker games in the Other section. This makes things unorganized and confusing for players.

That’s the extent of our complaints, though.

While there, we checked out one of their single-deck blackjack games. The graphics were good and the game worked as it should. We also found a neat option that allowed you to play up to 4 games simultaneously.

The stakes offered were £1 to £100. For their Spanish Blackjack game, the stakes were £1 to £200. The roulette game we opened offered stakes from £1 to £500.

Overall, their table game section is average. If they added a few unique card games, it would make a major difference.

Video Poker

You’ll find more than 10 video poker games at Thrills Casino. Some of them will be in the table game section, while the rest will be in their Other and classic slots section.

Here are some of the titles you can play.

  • Aces & Eights Poker
  • Aces & Faces Poker
  • Double Bonus Poker
  • Deuces Wild Poker
  • All Aces Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • Bonus Poker
  • Poker Pursuit
  • Triple Play Draw Poker
  • Tens or Better Power Poker
  • Bonus Poker Deluxe

There are a couple of duplicate titles, but this is the extent of what you’ll find here.

It’s not the largest selection of video poker games out there. But it is diverse. There are different titles to choose from.

As far as graphics go, it varies from machine to machine. For example, we opened up a Jacks or Better machine from NetEnt and it had realistic graphics. It had a first-person perspective. You sit in front of the machine that’s located in the middle of a casino.

We also checked out a machine from Microgaming Quickfire. It looked basic, like a video poker game you’d find in a brick-and-mortar casino. As we said, graphics vary.

Regarding stakes, we found machines that let you bet as little as £0.25 to as much as £100 per round. This will vary, too. Keep in mind that you’ll be able to bet a little higher (per round) on multi-hand machines.

Overall, their video poker selection is pretty good. It’d be great if they were all in one section, and if that section was called video poker.

But that’s a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things.

Slots

Thrills Casino has 3 slots sections – video slots, jackpots, and classic slots. Here’s a taste of what you’ll find here.

  • Universal Monsters: The Phantom’s Curse
  • Mega Moolah
  • Ozwin’s Jackpots
  • Wild Toro
  • Jurassic Park
  • Big Blox
  • Secrets of Atlantis
  • Rocket Men
  • Cleo’s Wish
  • FL: Hansel & Gretel
  • Universal Monsters: The Invisible Man
  • Jack Hammer
  • Universal Monsters: Dracula
  • Tarzan
  • Holmes and the Stolen Stones
  • Hall of Gods
  • Mega Fortune
  • Cosmic Fortune
  • The Dark Joker Rizes
  • Lucky Diamonds
  • Fruit Bonanza
  • Sweet 27
  • Fruit Shop
  • Hook’s Heroes
  • Game of Thrones
  • Not Enough Kittens
  • Snow Wild and the 7 Features
  • Hansel & Gretel Treasure Trail
  • Tetris Super Jackpots
  • The Phantom of the Opera
  • Planet of the Apes
  • Dead or Alive
  • Jurassic World
  • Oink Country Love
  • Beauty & the Beast
  • Mono. Bring the House Down
  • Wins of Fortune
  • The Wizard of Oz
  • Big Bad Wolf
  • And more!

There are more than 750 machines in the video slots section and more than 800 slot machines total.

That’s far too many machines to weed through, so here are a few of the machines we’d play first. Maybe it’ll help you out if you’re undecided.

  • Jurassic Park – We’ve played this live and it was loads of fun. Make sure you stick around long enough to play a bonus round.
  • Judge Dredd – We’d play this because both the original movie and remake were fun.
  • The Wizard of Oz – We’ve never played a Wizard of Oz machine in Vegas we didn’t like. We even won $130 when we got a piece of Dorothy and 4 wild reels.
  • The Universal Monster themed slots — Who doesn’t like Frankenstein and Dracula?
  • The Fairytale Legends themed slots — Again, because who doesn’t like Hansel and Gretel or Red Riding Hood?
  • Batman – Because Batman.

That should keep you busy for a while.

If those don’t do it for you, that’s okay. You’ll find slots that revolve around tons of themes. For example, you can play slots based on the following:

  • Animals
  • Movies
  • TV Shows
  • Comic Book Characters
  • Money
  • Travel
  • Music
  • Celebrities
  • Aliens
  • Zombies
  • And more!

Our favorite slots are the licensed machines based on actual movies, TV shows, and video games. Licensed machines are based on properties or mediums that you consume outside the casino. These are special slots that give fans the chance to enjoy two pastimes at one time. You won’t find these slots at just any casino.

The other kind of slots we think you should check out are their progressive jackpot machines. The most popular machine is, without a doubt, Mega Moolah. It’s paid out millions in prize money since its inception. It paid out £56 million in 2017, and the most recent winner won a bit more than £3.5 million in January 2018.

Stakes vary too much to give you a concrete number – especially since there are 800+ machines to choose from. But we know you can play for as little as £0.01 per line. On the high side, we found machines that let you play as much as £200 per round. One example is The Phantom’s Curse.

There you have it. Slots players will be “thrilled” with Thrills’ slot section. This is their strongest section, hands down.

Live Dealer Games

We found 45+ live dealer games at Thrills Casino. They come from NetEnt and Evolution Gaming.

Here are some of the live games you can play.

  • Dream Catcher
  • Exclusive Blackjack Paris
  • Rocket Roulette
  • Blackjack Party
  • Immersive Roulette
  • London Roulette
  • Auto Roulette
  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • Auto Roulette La Partage
  • Baccarat
  • Ultimate Texas Hold’em
  • Blackjack Platinum VIP
  • Common Draw Blackjack
  • French Roulette
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Baccarat Squeeze
  • And more!

This is a solid selection of live casino games from the best two live dealer software developers currently out there. The remaining 30-ish games will be variants of the titles above. You’ll find extra blackjack tables, VIP tables, tables where the dealers speak different languages, and more.

You’ll also find baccarat and a couple baccarat variants here. While we’d still like to see a virtual (RNG) baccarat game, at least you know you can find them in this section.

The stakes will vary wildly depending on the game, table, and software provider. To give you a bird’s-eye view, though, you’ll find games as low as £0.75 to £1 to as high as £5,000 for table games and £75,000 for roulette.

Thrills has done a good job here. It’s second only to their slots section. Live casino players will enjoy it.

Banking Options

The following are details about banking at Thrills Casino. You’ll learn about the payment methods you can use, their limits, fees, and how to cash out your winnings.

Deposits

Your payment options include those listed below:

  • Visa – £10-£1,500
  • MasterCard – £10-£1,500
  • Maestro – £10-£1,500
  • Trustly – £10-£8,000
  • Skrill – £10-£4,000
  • Neteller – £10-£4,000
  • Paysafecard – £10-£200

Thrills Casino doesn’t charge any fees on deposits.

Withdrawals

This is the only option and detail we were given for cashing out.

  • Bank Transfer – £20-£20,000

However, we know from past experiences with their sister casinos that there are other options. We found out that you can also use Neteller, Visa, Skrill, and Trustly. Their terms say they’ll cash you out using the same method you used to deposit (if possible).

There are no fees, even for the bank wire. Which is impressive, because 99.99% of all other online casinos do charge fees. That said, Thrills reserves the right to charge a 5% fee if you request a cash-out before turning your deposit over at least one time.

The max you can cash out in a 24-hour period is £50,000. You won’t find that at many casinos, either.

What’s more is that progressive jackpots are paid out right away. If you win more than £200,000, they do reserve the right to validate it first. This can take as long as 30 days. But that beats the £10,000-per-month installment plan you’ll find at most casinos.

Bonus Promotions

Thrills Casino has a couple offers for both new and existing players. Here are the details behind each one.

Welcome Bonus

This offer is exclusive to slots players. It’s a 100% match bonus up to £100. You’ll also receive 50 free spins to use on the Spinions Beach Party slot machine. You’ll receive the spins 10 at a time over 5 days.

The minimum deposit to claim this offer is £20. It has a 40x playthrough requirement before you can cash out.

Midweek Madness

This is a daily leaderboard race. You’ll receive 1 point for every £10 you bet. The more points you earn, the higher up you’ll place on the leaderboard. The top spots earn a piece of their daily cash prize. You can view the current standings and the prizes on their leaderboards page.

Lightening League

This is another leaderboard race. You’ll earn points, which will be used to determine your place on their leaderboard. The higher up you place, the better the prize. The first-place prize when we were there was £100 worth of spins.

Sunday Funday

Play their qualifying games on Sunday between 11-15:00 BST and you’ll earn double the points for every £10 you spend.

Freebies Vault

You’ll receive freebies for every game you play, promotion you claim, or by participating in their Bonus-O-Meter promotion. For example, you could receive up to 8 freebies if you win a bonus round on one of the qualifying slot machines.

And that’s it.

Overall, their promotions are average. We spoke to their support and they say their welcome bonus is the largest of all their offers. That’s not impressive when compared to other casinos.

On the bright side, their support did say they offer additional deals from time to time. These deals can be for deposit bonuses or free spins. For that reason, it’d make sense to subscribe to their social media pages and email newsletter to ensure you receive updates.

Mobile Friendliness

Thrills Casino is an instant-play casino. This means you’ll play their games from your browser. That goes for both computer and mobile players.

We asked their support about a mobile app. They said they do not have one and that most of their games are available via their mobile casino.

Almost all devices are supported, too.

Customer Support

You can reach out to support using the following options:

Envelope
PHONE: +448000119572
LIVE CHAT

The fact that they offer phone support is a big deal. How many gambling sites can you think of that place a phone number on their website? It’s far and few between, that much we know for sure.

As for their email support, other sources say they’ve received responses in as quick as 25 minutes and as long as 2 ½ hours. We sent them 2 emails, one to ask about their promotions and another to ask about their mobile casino.

We received responses to both our questions in less than 30 minutes. Considering the time difference, we think that’s an excellent response time.

Our only complaint here is that the person who responded to our email referred to themselves as Super Lenny. This leads us to believe that they use the same staff to support all their casinos.

There’s nothing wrong with this. However, it can create some confusion for players. It might also freak them out if they’re not familiar with how online casinos and casino networks work.

Conclusion – Thrills Casino

There you have it. That’s our Thrills Casino review.

Our biggest gripe is their promotions. They have one welcome offer…and that’s pretty much it. The rest of their “deals” are incentives based on volume. This isn’t an ideal way to incentivize players. Not everyone will be able to play loads of volume due to money and time constraints.

But a casino’s promotions are only one of the many things to consider before joining a casino. It’s not even the most important thing.

Besides, Thrills covers the other bases pretty well.

For example, they’ve done an excellent job in their casino. They have more than 800 slot machines and more than 900 games overall. While there are a few games missing from their table game section, you’ll find some of them in their live casino.

Then there’s their excellent reputation. That’s important, too.

The bottom line – there are far more reasons to check them out than not.

Do yourself a favor and head over there now to see for yourself.
