Absolute scam! Won over $2,200 fair and square from Planet 7. Withdrawal was approved by a manager and deducted from my account. Then over a month later they deny it because of some convenient chip rule. Would take them to court but I’m sure it would be a waste of my time and money.

I used to have positive things to say about planet 7 and raging bull. Planet 7 has always been notoriously slow on payouts but after 3 months or so, I would get my money. Yes, it’s true. The payout time at Planet 7 SUCKS. It takes forever. But if you follow the fine print and jump through all the hoops with giving them I.D. and bank account info for wire transfer (the best way… and fyi Santander is the best bank for U.S. players to use, a lot of other banks are ineligible). They WILL pay you eventually. It may take 3 months or longer… but they do pay. Check back EVERY WEEK with the chat function when they owe you a payout, and just ask “do you see any movement on my long-pending withdrawal” — and listen to the excuses week after week for a month or two — but you will eventually get paid.
