I keep getting offers for free plays with Betus, but there is always some king of problem. Money is removed from my account, and I call they say they would fix it, then it’s never fixed. I had to keep calling, and calling and have to explain the situation all over again. The money was never returned to my account. This last experience was the worst, I played a horse race that won $1,1187, but was refused a payout, because the one website Betus was using for results had a mistake in the results, I even called that company, and they said there was a mistake in the results for that race. I emailed to Betus three other website’s results that showed my wager won, but the horse racing manager could not figure it out. To add more insult, I had the same exact wager on two other sites, and was paid out the $1,187, which I sent the manager those wagers, and payouts, and he still could not figure it out. Just avoid these guys at all costs. Don’t ever use the chat, because I was told those messages never get to the correct person. This site is a waste of time, and frustration. I have been wagering online for over 30 years, and I have never ever had problems like this with any other site. Avoid Betus at all costs, you will be much happier with a professional site, and not these armatures.
