Like most gambling sites that are not governed by a strict gambling license company, BetPhoenix leaves it up to the gamblers to make sure that it is legal to play in their country.

We asked their customer service team for a list of the banned countries and we were told that this was “internal information” which we did not have permission to access.

This is the first time we have seen this happen, since most sites will simply list this information in their terms and conditions page.

After persistence, their customer service team sent back this message:

We asked who they were referring to when they said “they” and we were unable to get an answer. We had a 25 minute conversation with them and they were not helpful at all. They kept changing there answers.

They also said:

One minute they would say there are no restricted countries, then the next they would say they are not allowed to give us the list of restricted countries.

We were rather disappointed with their customer service team as they kept avoiding our questions, kept changing their answer and were not helpful overall.

While the casino on BetPhoenix is relatively small compared to other gambling sites with just 36 games, it is important to remember that the casino is just one-third of their entire operation.

However, they managed to get in a lot of the basic casino games that people love to play, including blackjack, which has four different variations. This is the first time that we have ever seen a site that has almost as many card games as it does slot games, which is a breath of fresh air.

The main strength of the casino on BetPhoenix is the fact that they are well rounded. No one category is going to wow you with their list of games, but they manage to have a nice list from which everyone should be able to pick a game or two that they enjoy playing.

Normally, online casinos will have a table games section, but BetPhoenix chose to put all of the card games in one section and separate them from other table games. There are only seven of these card games listed in the “Card Games” section, which is not particularly impressive.

This is a small list, but it is commendable that they bothered to have any at all. These are three of the most basic games that players love to gamble on, and you will be able to communicate with the live dealer via webcam while they deal the cards or spin the wheel for you!

This is quite an impressive list of betting markets, with an obvious focus on every game of soccer that is ever played anywhere on planet Earth.
