After completing my review, I gave Red Dog Casino 4 out of 5 stars. It is a newer casino site, only launching in 2019. Despite being online for three years, it is already showing a ton of promise. I liked the variety of slot games from top developers like RTG. Also, being able to favorite games makes it easy to find the titles you enjoyed playing. All in all, I would recommend Red Dog Casino, especially to slot fans, since there are over two dozen bonuses specifically geared toward slot players. However, I consistently found myself wanting more from Red Dog Casino. The casino has a good foundation, but I feel like it needs to expand a little more. A week passed, there was no payment, I wrote to support – they apologized and said that there would be a payment within the next 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, support itself wrote – the payment was made. I dislike everything else about them. Their customer service is terrible the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I HIGHLY do not recommend them to anyone. When I went to try and redeem the verification process didn’t work. It couldn’t verify my birthday that’s on my drivers license. It then couldn’t recognize my username stated “its to many characters to be a username”, but here’s the thing I created the account and username on their website so how it wasn’t correct I will never understand. I then had an issue making a deposit apparently there’s a fee for making a payment but they don’t know how much it is they just know if it declines that mean add more money but again they don’t know how much. I then still tried to rectify the situation was going to still make a payment until the customer service representative got completely argumentative why I don’t know because she called me the minute my payment didn’t clear. So I then escalated she refused that told me how she had more important customers to assist and that if I want to escalate on her oh well that’s my choice. Then disconnected the call. I called back got a different representative a man this time I told him from the beginning of the conversation he wouldn’t be able to help me I requested a manager again. He went on to tell me how he can’t offer me any credits or force my deposit to go through and no manager will be able to either. I stopped him right there because I never requested a credit nor did I request a forced deposit nor did I request anything other than a manager and rectification for the way the previous representative handled me. He refused told me he could help in any way a manager could because they’re ALL unavailable. But how could you help me when you don’t understand the situation. When I’m telling you I have no issue making the payment I want nothing except for understanding of how I was mistreated. I requested they review that call and then explain to me where I was wrong. He refused told me the other rep was trying her best to help me but she had an attitude and he was trying to help me but didn’t get the point of the escalation wasn’t for a credit but to bring light on the way a representative treated a paying customer. He hung up on me to and then they stopped answering my calls. So I reached out via messenger again and they still refused to review the call but were able to tell me I provoked the situation when I never had an attitude or issue from the beginning not even after they called me right after my payment failed. To sum it up the way they rectified the situation was by telling me I the customer was in the wrong and closed my account immediately oh and they left a note on my account for a manager to review my concerns. I am absolutely disgusted with these people I definitely think they are a scamming casino I urge all people that are considering doing business with them not to. I smile when I’m taking payments not get mad at the customer for trying to make a payment. That’s weird and unprofessional. After investigating further I ran across other reviews saying they were scammers. BE VERY CAREFUL!! Sincerely Someone y’all a never get another cent from oh and I’ve also reached out to the BBB in reference to this situation.

My Experience at Red Dog Casino

I had a lot of fun reviewing Red Dog Casino’s expansive gaming library of nearly 1,400 titles. The welcome bonuses and other promotions on offer are also impressive. I also appreciated the variety of deposit methods available, though the payouts left something to be desired.

Even so, if you’re looking for a vast selection of slots, table games, and video poker titles, Red Dog is worth exploring.

Bonuses Review

The bonuses at Red Dog are very appealing. New players can claim up to $2,450 on their first five deposits for up to a whopping $12,250 in potential welcome bonus money. There’s also a $2,000 plus 50 free spins on Night King welcome offer, which is valid five times as well.

These bonus offers have a 35x rollover requirement (deposit + bonus/free spin winnings) and are only valid on slots, keno, scratch-cards, and board games.

The casino has a straight up 120 free spins on Spell of Fire & Ice offer for deposits of $10 or more as well, which has a 30x rollover requirement (deposit + free spin winnings).

Crypto players can also take advantage of Slots and Cards bonuses too, for up to $2,750 in slot play and $2,300 for cards and table games.

Payment Methods Review

You can deposit with Visa and Mastercard ($30 min./$1,000 max.), as well as 11 crypto coins, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Dogecoin. Red Dog’s Casino is well organized for the most part. The table games, live dealer, and specialty game sections are all divided into subcategories for easy browsing. Still, I’d like to see the slots section filtered by categories like 3-reel, 5-reel, and various themes like pop culture or animal-themed games. As it stands, the entire slot section is 1,321 uncategorized games, which can get a little irksome to browse.

The site’s search bar is great for quickly locating specific games. However, if you don’t have a specific title in mind, it can become tedious to continuously scroll down row by row. That said, I enjoyed playing games from every category while reviewing Red Dog.

Slots

The Red Dog slots section featured a whopping 1,321 titles. There are also 37 jackpot slots offering even bigger winnings, such as the Slotfather, Rags to Witches, and Sherlock & the Mystic Compass—whose Mega Jackpot totaled nearly $83,000 at the time of this writing.

I particularly liked playing Miners are Wild by DiceLab. It is a five-reel, 20-payline progressive slot with an RTP rate of 96.23%. The game has a cartoonishly fun art style and runs smoothly both on desktop and mobile. My favorite part is that when a miner appears they convert nearby symbols into wilds. Miners are Wild features four jackpots too, which ranged from $220–$28,180 when I played.

To be honest, I was impressed with the quality of the slots on offer at Red Dog. The gambling site is absolutely worth the time of slot enthusiasts near and far.

Table Games

The site hosts nearly 70 table games, including 28 blackjack variations alone. There are also 19 American, European, Dragon, and Zoom roulette variations, and six baccarat variations—which is more than most competing online casinos carry.

I found Saucify’s European Roulette offering to be enjoyable. The straightforward art style makes it easy to select various chip denominations and place them on the board. It features a realistic roulette wheel that lined with an elegant-looking wood finish. I thought it also had nice sound effects that made it easy to get immersed in the game. 

I’d highly recommend Red Dog Casino if table games are to your taste.

Video Poker

Red Dog’s video poker offerings include an impressive 14 variations with classics such as Double Double Bonus Poker, Deuces Wild, and Jacks or Better. As a big fan of video poker, the casino’s selection delights me.

I sampled most of the titles in the video poker section. My favorite was Rival Gaming’s Jacks or Better, with its favorable pay table and player-friendly 99.54% RTP. Normally, I play at max bets. But the game features a wide range of bets, from $0.05 all the way up to $50 per hand; which could be a little high for some people (myself included).

If multi-hand poker is more up your alley, I recommend Deuces Wild Multi-hand, also by Rival. The bets are slightly higher since you can play up to five hands at once. A $0.25 bet wagers $1.25, for example ($0.25 x 5). I personally enjoy simultaneously playing multiple hands per round, as it adds a level of excitement and mystery that you just don’t find in single hand video poker games.

Live Dealer

Red Dog Casino features a fantastic live dealer section run by Visionary iGaming — a gaming software provider that is exclusively dedicated to live dealer games.

The live casino has standard games like blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, as well as less common games such as Dice Duel, Wheel of Fortune, and Football Grid. There are also four lottery games and six super 6 titles on offer.

The casino’s blackjack offering is particularly impressive, featuring 24 tables with bets ranging from $10–$20,000 per hand. While $10 per hand can feel a bit steep, particularly for beginners, this is a standard betting minimum when it comes to live dealer blackjack games online.

Having spent a lot of time on the site, my review of Red Dog Casino felt more like a labor of love than a chore. There is a lot to like about this one, but there is also room for improvement.

One thing that immediately springs to mind when I think of Red Dog is the RTG slots. There are plenty there to keep fans entertained. I also enjoyed claiming a few of the bonuses and using those funds to build up a decent bankroll.

But again, things can be worked on. I would like to see more roulette games offered in the table games/specialty games sections. Perhaps the site could also do with at least a couple of random number generated craps titles.

Also, $150 is a high minimum payout amount for any casino site.

In essence, Red Dog Casino is a fantastic place to play some top games. The live dealer options are excellent, and the site performs just as well as any other out there.
