I like this casino a lot. Chat assistance is good. Sometimes though they will give you pre-written answers that do not answer your question. All you need to do is ask in a different way and let them know that their answer didn’t address the original question. The bonuses are great and the cashout is easy. It does say that it may take up to 10 business days to process a withdrawal. While this was my experience the first time due to needing to turn in my documents and such, it hasn’t been my experience since. The usual withdrawal time is about 2-3 working days.
