I played the free bonus and i did deposit. I like this casino so far but only time will tell. Desert nights was a little out dated looking but the new casino Uptown Aces is a lot more flashy. If i manage a withdraw i will know if i will continue to play here it really depends on how smooth everything goes.

I signed up with a no deposit bonus and played through it fast meaning it didn’t last long. About a month after I signed up I went back and made a deposit with a bonus and I got decent playtime but not so many wins on the different slots I was playing. Customer support here is good compared to most I come across. More than likely I will deposit here again sometime in the future but not anytime soon.

Uptown Aces, not only did not fix my issue, the woman who asked me to private message me, never responded to my private message. I then got yet another email, that was nuts. Some one said, when security, sent you a verify email? you emailed back security, that is your problem……..if you want help> email security…….holy moly, I am so very upset now……..I am hoping that SOMEONE FROM UPTOWN ACES WILL FINALLY PUSH THE BUTTON AND TRANSFER MY WINNINGS, VIA BITCOIN AS REQUESTED OVER A WEEK AGO……….repeatedly. I kept reversing and asking because they NEVER DID WHAT THEY SAID IN THE 24 TO 48 HOUR WINDOW. Does anyone have any suggestions? and notice, tania, who asked me over 8 hours ago to send her a message? used my user name and asked me to send her my user name…………what am I missing here? I’ve been verified here for a long time with many easy deposits and withdrawals. I was a little nervous after winning my first jackpot ever and starting the process to receive my $3000, having read horror stories about other sites. But, the only inconvenient part of the process was having to wait another week or so after getting the foreign check for it to credit to my account. Staff is always friendly as you can find & wait time for support has improved tremendously in the past year or so. The big downside now however, is that because of my one big win a year ago, I’m still not eligible for bonuses most others are, despite my ap. 50 deposits since.
