I do not understand how this site has a 7.2 rating with you guys. I started playing at Planet 7 around Christmas and won $2500. They took so long to pay that it was all payed back, fine. I recently played the ESCAPE POD promo and looked on the site, it offers a free chip according to number of times redeemed. Right before the promo cut off, the free chip was at $500. The day came and went when it was supposed to be credited to my account. I never got it. I used the chat option and was told that because they gave me a cash back promo i no longer qualified for the free chip. After calling they said chat was wrong and only offered me a $300 chip. Fast forward to last week, I used the promo again and was up $700. I requested a payout. I went to check status and they took my winnings and gave me a $100 credit. When I asked why I was told it was because I played Tri card poker, but it was after the terms of the promo were paid back. No email, no notification at all they just took my winnings. Right now on the escape pod site it shows the free chip is at $500 and I know they will come up with a reason to not apply. This casino is horrible. Do not play here, its better to just throw your money in the trash!!!

Planet 7 overall fairness is good like most online casinos. They’re withdrawal credibility is better than most online casinos but it does take a while to get your money. I love they’re variety of games especially how Planet 7 let you claim bonuses pretty often. Support does respond fairly quick but I believe that some support team members doesn’t know much English but they manage.

Always loads fast hardly glitches great games great customer service fast payment processes all around good.

I agree that with other reviews here. It is very difficult to get a withdrawal with all of the red tape that seems to be in place. Don’t waste your time putting money into the site you will regret it.

I know this was a while ago. But I have same concern as you. Trying to actually get free money is one thing. But now they have documents and access to everything. Identify theft an who knows what else. Feb. 2022 now. I just joined planet 7, and with me not asking. A “manager” named Jerry calling and leavening me voicemails…
I dont think that’s to benefit me. Seems scammy to me.

hi! Planet 7 owes me money since mid-Jan…..they sent me bad check!!! Almost got charged $35 for bounced check!!! Sent numerous emails to payments dept. along w/chat feature. No help!!! I am furious…..

They really just took my money upon Request of withdrawal!!!!! They lead you on. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. They cut off right in middle conversation.

Just tried to login with a winning balance of over $50,000, received notice from Inclave that US residents are not allowed to play on Planet 7. Kind of disgusting I had this balance and it’s all gone. I had just logged in Thursday night.

My account balance was over $50K and now I can’t login, it doesn’t recognize my user ID. Live chat isn’t working and on-line customer service isn’t answering me back. This is ridiculous!
