With over 100 years of experience, Ladbrokes is one of the most familiar betting brands in the UK. It is one of the few companies that has moved to racecourse management by acquiring Lingfield Park in 1975 and one of the few that offers both fixed odds and betting exchange. It has managed to retain a top spot by combining the advantages of being an established High Street bookie, providing new technologies and keeping up with gamification trends. The sportsbook has proven its innovative spirit with the addition of features like the unique 5-A-Side service. In terms of safety and stability, Ladbrokes ticks all the boxes. Nevertheless, I would like to see some improvement in a couple of areas. First, the payout is below par even for the top sports like football and tennis. I would expect a bookmaker of this caliber to offer higher odds to players. Also, like other Entain brands, they tend to limit winning players quite fast. Finally, I would like to see them reopen to more countries in the near future. All in all, Ladbrokes guarantees an action-packed environment, no matter which sport you want to bet.

Something went wrong while I was trying to put a Bet on. It said Bet hadn’t been placed but it had, so more money went out of My Account than I wanted. Ladbrokes offers an expansive selection of more than 60 casino, sports, and poker promotions, among others. The lineup includes deposit matches, free spin offers, and game-specific deals, including blackjack, live dealer games, and drop & win games. These bonus promotions are far more plentiful than the average gambling website.
That said, browsing these offers on the Ladbrokes website is a tedious affair to say the least. The information is scattered across several pages, forcing you to click through multiple sections to see offers. The casino, poker, live dealer, and bingo bonuses at least have a dedicated menu to quickly go between them, but the sportsbook bonuses are completely separate. You need to go to the sportsbook before clicking on the “Promotions” link at the top of the page.
It’s no wonder why player and expert reviews complain about how hard it is to navigate the Ladbrokes site; a complaint I fully agree with.
Furthermore, most promotions feature a thumbnail image that tells you the name of the promotion: not the actual details of it. This means you need to click on each individual offer to learn more details, and even then per-bonus details can be scarce. And with over 60 promotions, it can all become a bit overwhelming.
So while I commend the Ladbroke bonus offerings, I’d love to see them presented in a much more intuitive manner.

My Experience at Ladbrokes
My experience exploring Ladbrokes for this review was more positive than negative. While the site’s gaming options were great, I have to say that the website itself could use some major upgrades. It is clunky and difficult to navigate, with broken links and scattered information throughout the whole thing.
The promotions are split up between several pages, and the site’s help section contains dozens of pages with vague information that isn’t helpful at all. And when I tried to contact live support to ask a banking question, I found a dead live chat button that didn’t do anything.
Website troubles aside, the games at Ladbrokes were fun to explore. There’s no shortage of games to choose from, as every page on the casino site has a near-overwhelming number of games. There’s slots, jackpot slots, table games, a full live casino, poker, bingo, and much more.
I particularly enjoyed the site’s Slingo section. Slingo is a combination of slots and bingo, and a game you rarely find at online casinos. After playing Red Hot Slingo for longer than I should have, I visited the live dealer section to play the site’s exclusive Ladbrokes Blackjack title.
I had to stop by the site’s live bingo section, and I’m glad I did, even though I lost a few quid on Deal or No Deal Bingo. From there I played slots and a few RNG table games before visiting the sportsbook to place a bet on the CONOCAF Leagues Cup.

You’ll find more than 45 betting markets and hundreds, if not thousands of individual bets. I enjoy the number of entertaining features here too, like price boosts, bet builders, and a unique offer that gives you a free spin in the casino for every EPL goal scored when you bet £20 on the match.
I placed £10 on the over (3.5 goals, +110) in the L.A. Galaxy vs. Pachuca CONOCAF Leagues Cup match, but unfortunately L.A. won by a score of only 2-1.
