Top Week 10 NFL Prop Bets (2025)
An active trade deadline has led to exciting NFL prop bets for Week 10. This weekend also features the second-to-last international game of the year, a Falcons vs. Colts matchup in Berlin.
Keep reading to see my top NFL prop wagers for Week 10. I highlight my favorite props and analyze why each wager is a good bet to win on Sunday.
Top NFL Player Props for Week 10
Lucky Rebel sportsbook offers dozens of props for every game. Here are my four favorite player props for Week 10.
Jonathan Taylor Over 114.5 Scrimmage Yards (-115)
Jonathan Taylor and the Colts dropped their second game of the season last week, falling 27-20 in Pittsburgh. The game was not as close as the final score suggests, with the Colts trailing by two scores for much of the game.
Indianapolis traded for Sauce Gardner after the loss to solidify their secondary. Now, the Colts head to Germany to face the Falcons, who also lost last week. Atlanta missed a PAT late, falling 24-23 in Foxborough.
Taylor managed just 57 scrimmage yards on 16 total touches last week, failing to cover his Week 9 props. It was Taylor’s worst game of the season by far. He needs to have a bounce-back performance this week for the Colts to get back in the win column.
Atlanta allows over 120 rushing YPG to opposing teams. With that in mind, I think Taylor can cover the over on 114.5 scrimmage yards this week.
Derrick Henry Anytime TD Scorer (-152)
The Ravens (3-5) kept their slim playoff hopes alive last week with a dominant win over the Dolphins on TNF. Baltimore is on the road again this week, taking on the Vikings (4-4) in Minnesota.
Derrick Henry had 121 scrimmage yards in the win, but he did not find the endzone. King Henry is listed at -152 to score this week in Minnesota.
The Vikings allow over 120 rushing YPG to opposing teams, but they have only allowed six rushing TDs. On the other hand, Minnesota held Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery to just 65 combined rushing yards on 20 carries.
Baltimore will be more committed to the run. Lamar Jackson is still recovering from a hamstring injury, so Henry should see a healthy workload and find the endzone at least once on Sunday.
Quinshon Judkins 1st Drive TD Scorer (+1000)
Another running back to target with your NFL player props in Week 10 is Browns rookie Quinshon Judkins. He hurt his shoulder in the team’s Week 8 loss, but Judkins had a bye last week to recover.
Judkins and the Browns head to MetLife to take on a Jets team that allows over 135 rushing YPG. New York’s already soft run defense should be even worse after the team traded DT Quinnen Williams to Dallas at the deadline.
Williams’ absence is great news for Judkins. The former Buckeye is in line for a heavy workload against the Jets on Sunday. He should get the ball early and often and is worth the increased risk of being a first drive TD scorer at +1000 odds.
Emeka Egbuka Over 71.5 Scrimmage Yards (-115)
Emeka Egbuka has put together an excellent case for Rookie of the Year so far this season. The rookie WR has 562 yards and five TDs on 34 receptions.
Egbuka and the Bucs had a bye last week, giving Tampa Bay extra time to prepare for an important cross-conference showdown with New England. The time off also gave Egbuka time to recover from a hamstring injury that he suffered in Week 6.
He averaged just 39 receiving YPG over the last three games. However, Egbuka’s drop in production was likely due to his injured hamstring.
Now that he is healthy, Egbuka should return to his highly productive ways. New England struggled to stop Drake London last week, and Egbuka should create similar issues. Egbuka will have over 71.5 scrimmage yards on Sunday.
Best Week 10 NFL Game Prop Bets
The top NFL betting sites are full of exciting game props as well. Here are my top four game props available in Week 10.
Buffalo Bills Win Both Halves (+121)
Buffalo upset the Chiefs last week, improving to 6-2 and keeping pace with the Patriots in the race for the AFC East division title. The Bills can earn another key win this weekend with a divisional matchup in Miami.
Josh Allen and company beat the Dolphins in Week 3, taking down Miami 31-21. The Dolphins kept it close early, taking a 14-14 tie into halftime.
It should be a different story this time around. Miami traded one of its best pass rushers, Jaelan Phillips, ahead of Tuesday’s deadline. The Dolphins have also suffered several key injuries, including losing WR Tyreek Hill for the season to a knee injury.
Those losses should give the Bills a major advantage in this regular-season rematch. Buffalo is a good bet to lead wire-to-wire and will win both halves on Sunday.
Jacksonville Jaguars Score 10 Points First (-125)
Another AFC divisional matchup to watch this week pits the Jaguars against the Texans in Houston. Jacksonville beat Houston 17-10 in Week 3. That loss dropped the Texans to 0-3, but they are 3-2 in their five games since then.
Unfortunately for the Texans, attempts to climb out of their 3-5 hole suffered a major setback in their loss to Denver last week. C.J. Stroud left the game against Denver with a concussion and has already been ruled out of this divisional matchup.
Houston’s offense will be significantly hindered with Davis Mills under center. With that in mind, the Jags are the better bet to score 10+ points first on Sunday.
The Texans struggled to score with Stroud in the lineup. Those issues will be even worse with Mills in the lineup. The Jags should cruise to a win and reach 10 points first in this AFC South matchup.
Carolina Panthers Over 2.5 TDs Scored (-101)
Carolina shocked Green Bay last week, taking down the Packers 16-13 in Lambeau. The Panthers return home this week to host the Saints (1-8) in their first of two divisional matchups.
New Orleans has lost three straight games by double digits, and that trend is unlikely to end this week. Carolina is 3-1 at home, and their three wins came by an average of 12 points. Carolina has also scored 27+ points in three of their four home games this season.
The Panthers are listed at -101 to have over 2.5 TDs scored on Sunday. New Orleans allows 27.0 PPG and gives up nearly 130 rushing YPG. Carolina’s rushing attack has been dominant at home, and they will score at least three TDs against the lowly Saints on Sunday.
Rams and 49ers Both Score in the 1st Quarter (+109)
The Week 5 Thursday Night Football matchup between the 49ers and Rams was one of the best TNF games of the season. San Francisco pulled off the upset, winning 26-23 in OT.
Los Angeles has a chance for revenge this week, and the Rams have plenty of momentum after their 34-10 win over New Orleans last week. The Rams also have a rest advantage, as the 49ers played at MetLife last week, while LA was home at SoFi.
The Rams offense has been rolling lately, putting up 34+ points in back-to-back weeks. San Francisco has stumbled, going just 2-2 since its win over LA, but the 49ers did score 34 points last week.
These teams know each other well, but that did not help the Rams stop the 49ers’ offense in their last meeting. I think that will continue this week, with the 49ers scoring at least once early in the game. LA’s offensive momentum also makes them a good bet to score in the first quarter.
Week 10 NFL Prop Betting Trends and Tips
The second half of the 2025 regular season kicks off this week. Here are two tips and trends to consider when making your prop bets this week.
Watch Out for “Trap” Games
Front offices tank, but players and coaches do not. As a result, there are surprises every year when “tanking” upsets a true contender in the final weeks of the season. Bettors and teams alike need to be wary of these “trap” games in the second half of the season.
Trades Affect Playing Time
Several well-known players were moved at this year’s trade deadline. Players can become stars in their new homes, but it takes time to learn a new playbook. This could limit playing time, especially for offensive players, in new spots.
On the flip side, vacancies left by trades allow for former backups to enjoy more playing time in newly expanded roles.
