I placed a bitcoin deposit, but the bonus did not credit to my account. The website states they have customer service available 24/7, but there is no live chat, so I sent an email asking about having my bonus credited. I received an automated reply with a case number to reference on all future correspondence. That is the ONLY reply I have ever received. I have sent 4 other emails, but not a single reply.

Was not impressed, seems like some slots are missing from the line up. Just in general i guess nothing bad, just not for me. Lost small(est) deposit, dont know about the cashout.

wild casino was an regular place to try, they offer betsoft as my known provider, i enjoyed slots and played a while with my tiny deposit included with the welcome bonus, didn’t experience much luck tried there mobile version which worked good, customer support wasn’t even able to open chat but i guess its oke, promotions are fair but way too high wager on welcome or deposit bonuses.

Bonus system is horrid, didn’t get bonus even though I used the correct code at deposit. There is no phone number for customer service nor live chat. Emails is only way to contact and they are not responsive. I have emailed repeatedly in regards to the missing bonus…still nothing. Do not deposit here!!
