I have deposited several times due to the reputation of their sister sites…HUGE MISTAKE! last deposit I made was for around 200 dollars And I hit a few good wins and upped my bet to 15+ dollars a spin playing the Nucleus gaming version of greedy goblins (exact copy of Betsoft’s greedy goblins..only with blue goblins replacing the green ones present in the original)and I’m dong ok… playing at around even and I hit the Book of Secrets BONUS betting $15 a spin! Anyone who’s played this game knows that could be a huge hit!!! $1000+ at least…so I’m waiting for the screen to change.. .and NOTHING. NO BONUS! NO WIN…NOTHING! So I contact support immediately and tell them to look at my history and ask them to please credit my account with the money from the bonus that I was entitled to. That’s alot of money to just throw away! They claim they are escalating the issue and it will be fixed within 24 hours and they thank me for my patience. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO! no response. I email. No nothing. I have emailed them and live chatted them a dozen times. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING! this is the third casino in a row that has screwed me over..m Thanks wild casino! It is a tragedy that this is what has become of such a well respected casino group! Respect is earned. So is trust. Wild casino has earned neither from me. They have no phone number either…wonder why???

Nothing special about this casino. I also recall reaching out to support about a bonus and them not having anything really great to offer. The games were fun kind of, and there’s tournaments but I’ve never managed to get a cash out.

I love playing here but I wish they had more deposit bonuses codes or at least one that can be used any day. Cashback on no bonus deposits would be nice

This is, by far, 1 of the best online casinos operating today. Typically in forums such as this, complaints are predominant. If someone likes a casino, and/or has success at a casino, they don’t spend time to post positive information. My only complaint is that Wild Casino doesn’t market themselves enough. They should send out surveys to their customers, then post THOSE results. This casino is so legit that they deserve that recognition. The deserve to be heard by their entire clientele, rather than just a few dozen. I’ve won here, lost here, deposited easily, and have made withdrawals multiple times in less than 72 hours. These guys are a 10 out of 10 in my book, and they should def market themselves abit more, b/c they are absolutely a leader of the pack in the online casino industry.

Every single time I have played at this casino it has confused the crap out of me. The bonuses are extremely confusing to redeem and limits you to the games you can play on the bonus. I really really dislike the bonus money system at this place. I have never even got close to winning anything at all the couple of times i regrettably deposited here. i do not recommend this casino at all, the mobile site for this casino is also HORRIBLE!

I honestly JUST signed up to this casino. I was liking it at first, made a 50$ deposit, claimed no bonus. Decided to deposit 35 dollars a little bit later. I look at my account, and it’s “overdrawn”??? by 12$… And the bonus funds were my deposit. I contacted live chat and they told me my deposit didn’t go through. Then they closed my account, saying it wasn’t verified… WOW…. Hopefully my money goes back in my account 😣! Hard NO on this place….

I could not get the bonus to work with this site…SHAME too. This site looked promising. good graphics, alluring advertisements…I really hope to try it out soon. I just don’t like to trifle with sites that give me a hard time in the beginning…I like my experience to be as painless and easy as possible.
