Poor customer service that is, in my opinion, only a scam. I opened an account because I would receive £30 in free bets if I did. They closed my account and categorically refused to give a reason, just like a great number of others on this site. I wish I had chosen one of the many other firms I might have chosen from. Nothing except stealing and deceptive advertising. My suggestion is to avoid.
