Slotocash is a great casino, maybe the FIRST RTG casino i played. They send you each 2 months or monthly the sloto magazine, with great bonuses, one time, i had a big win with one of that bonuses, then they taked almost 2 months to pay, doesnt have any intention of pay me, i needed to push them to pay cuz they cant avoid the bonus, they told me that will be void, i cant remember the reason, but it wasnt, i talked with a superior and she asked for a very strange verification, selfie with my federal ID, and was annoyed, it took 2 weeks to transfer my cash to the bank account, after that experience, i had never open the website again, but, i liked a lot this casino, maybe one of the best in the RTG.

another great casino site to play at . I have been a long time member and never had a problem with this site they have very nice customer service and a lot of bonuses and they offer tournaments daily including freerolss so I going to rate a 3 star good luck everyone

They are clear on their bonuses and often times when making a deposit even after claiming a bonus – tour deposit doesn’t reflect. Than you have to reach it to support which has extremely long waiting times.

I dont understand the logic with these guys, i won over 30k in 1 night here wagered almost 100k and all i got for it was stripped of good bonuses. Plus im not vip material? Idk, ive won way more here than anywhere else but am very unappreciated for doing so. Is that bad or good? Its annoying is what is.

Sloto is a great casino with great bonuses and you can definitly win here only thing i dont like are long wait times and they stop giving you bonuses once you actually win which sucks

I’ve had a few support run-ins with SlotoCash in regards to support leaving me feel they are terrible lacklustre. When using coupons and deposit bonuses, the rule of thumb, is always check with live support and have all your questions answered and saving a copy of the chat transcript. In one particular instance, the CSR not only told me a certain game was allowed for play, but expressly informed me she double-checked the information. Having done my own research, I was virtually certain she was wrong. As it turns out, she was. Had I followed her advice, I would have played a game that potentially would have voided my winnings. What is to SlotoCash’s great benefit, however, is having Georgina on board. She’s polite, knowledgeable, and accessible. Frankly, without her, I’d have given the casino a wide berth. As it stands, I’m fence-sitting, balancing a great manager and a good reputation vs sloppy support. Should they better train their CSRs, I’ll give them their due recognition at that time.

I have played at my fair share of online casinos and this one I would not ever recommend. They are not clear on their bonuses and if you win you are lucky if you ever see any of it but most likely they will send you an email telling you that it was disapproved for some reason or another.

Have had multiple issues with the software loading and game action. In addition, Waited long time on hold and in chat. Email took over 24 hours to respond and then the issue was NOT addressed.

Have been playing in SLOTOCASH for awhile and never even really had a problem. Most recently the slots will freeze up and spin and spin for minutes on end. So I would really look into playing until the problem is solved.
