Have deposited over $4000 and still haven’t won enough to even try and withdraw. I call bs on this casino. They blow ????

Hi, they are making the withdrawal process very difficult for me also, like asking me to resend documents that weren’t perfectly scanned and being told it’s a 3-5 day process. We will see what happens.

This casino was good until they banned me for pretty much no reason. I wish they would reconsider my account but they won’t.

When I first signed up here when it was Rival I kept running into one problem after another and customer support was horrible. So that left a bad taste in my mouth. When it changed to the RTG software I was hesitent to play or make a deposit here. Finally I gave in and made a deposit without a bonus and it went fast. Customer support didn’t seem to get any better in my opinion. I don’t see anymore deposits being made at this casino for me.

Great customer service. I would give it more than 4 stars but other than customer service, it’s just another RTG. Especially now with so many of the rtg casinos offering no rules bonuses.

This is a great RTG casino with its cool games, awesome bonuses and tournaments (some free). I just think they could be slightly speedier with their withdrawals.

The verification process take between 3-5 business days in my case i asked all the question to be sure that the verification will be accepted but after 5 days they asked me to send the documents again and i asked how much time it will take and they asked 3-5 business days again. I was surprised that i asked to close my account and it was closed during the conversation with the agent, they never asked why i m managing to leave the casino. I spend also 300$ in bonus in few games but the RTP is low for an RTG casino. Overall bad experience for me.

Their games freeze up frequently and I’ve had trouble with their software. Their chat support hold time is lengthy and I feel they don’t offer the best service all the time. They do have good bonuses for new players, but not so many for existing and old players.

This is a casino I started at years ago but now I can’t seem to get any deposit bonuses from them so I pretty much steered the other way, overall a good RTG casino though

This is an average real time gaming casino. I have yet to win something big enough to try to cash out so I can’t speak on their cashout times and process. Their certainly are better casinos to play at though in this category including casino extreme and yabby casino.
