Ran into an issue with a deposit not showing. I was actually surprised, as nothing like it had happened with me at robocat before. It got sorted, but I had to wait a bit in queue. Would be better if they had live chat running faster!!

After trying out a few other places, Robocat feels like a true step up. The classics like Gates, Bonanza, and my favourite Fire Joker are sharp, and the payments are consistent so far. Great experience!

The game variety is top notch, no question there. The robocat interface just feels a bit clunky when switching between sections (my friend also noticed that, so I know what I’m talking about.) Despite that, I’d still recommend them, just a little cleanup needed.

I’ve had a mixed experience here. The Robocat offers amazing games and I have collected several substantial prizes. The payment process took longer than usual during my last transaction. The service staff was polite but the waiting period caused frustration. I am content with the range of games and the mobile app services overall. Although I will continue playing the games I remain hopeful that withdrawing funds becomes faster.

There have been instances where the Robocat site undergoes maintenance during busy hours, and it’s just frustrating for those who want to have a good experience… Scheduling maintenance during off-peak times would be better in my opinion…

While the vast portfolio available at Robocat is impressive, indeed, I’ve also noticed that a few titles take longer to load than others here, and I checked across 4 different devices here, so don’t think it’s an issue on my end. It’s a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning.
