As I read some of people’s comments for this site, it is obvious that I am not the only one who has had horrible experiences here. I do not currently play here anymore and I don’t encourage anyone to continue playing here. They have a lot of problems that need to be taken care of. I first noticed the problem when I was waiting for a payment and never got it, at least, not until after a good month had gone by. That is completely unheard of and I thought maybe it had been some kind of fluke. So, I kept playing at the site in hopes that it would not happen again. However, to my disappointment, it did. I tried contacting customer support and constantly received little or no help from them. It was as if they had no time for me. I attempted numerous times to get in contact with them and was met with little in return. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone, they left me waiting, telling me they would get back to me and never. What they do here is totally unacceptable.

This is my favorite RTG casino. I have never tried to cash out, so I don’t know if they are good on that, but they have a nice selection of games and are pretty generous with winning.

I only play here when i need to kill some time. I haven’t deposited yet and I don’t know if I will after reading that they take a long time to pay out

They have great bonuses, but whenever I reach the playthrough requirement things go awry. I like the games. The customer service is adequate, but I’ve yet to see any return from my deposits. I doubt if I’ll keep playing there after reading some reviews on LCB.

one of my all time favorite places to play. i’ve had amazing experiences with planet 7 and never had to call their customer support line. it’s easy to maneuver here and will keep you entertained for days at a time.

Planet 7 is most frequently used/played casino by me out of all of them. I am only level 1 VIP. Perks-c/b, loyalty chip, 14 free spins w/deposit for 14 days. Customer service could be better….get answering machine a whole lot….something is wrong w/chat window…don’t know what…..when used it goes a lot faster than phone…..payout-recd. one bad check which was rectified w/LCB help/addressing it also along w/slow payout……at least a month’s wait……

This is the only casino that I have ever hit a random jackpot on. It is no doubt one of the worst casinos to be caught playing and depositing at. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere unless you just like giving it away. LCB has it at the bottom of the list for a reason

Just don’t even bother they Burned me like so many other for 2500… just a scam just steer clear seriously it’s a waste of time unless you plan on losing and don’t care

I’ve only made 1 deposit here. I used a bonus code before the deposit. Then a bonus code after the deposit. Then I used a 2nd bonus code after my deposit (therefore apparently voiding this 2nd bonus being possible to withdraw). Typically a site will just not allow you to use a bonus code back to back. Planet 7 allowed it but then got an error when trying to request a withdraw. After 2 long conversations with customer service, that was the final conclusion and response that I could not withdraw the money made on this 2nd bonus. Then the rep just ended the chat quickly

I used to play here frequently because they offer some generous no rules bonuses but after waiting several months for a withdrawal I started playing elsewhere. My account had already been verified (which also too FOREVER) when I requested the withdrawal. I began checking in with chat regarding the status around week number two and continually was told it would be any day now. I never saw the money but it was credited back to my account at the casino and I ended up playing it and losing it…. which is likely the goal in making people wait so long. I can not recommend this casino if you seek a positive playing experience.
