Planet 7 overall fairness is good like most online casinos. They’re withdrawal credibility is better than most online casinos but it does take a while to get your money. I love they’re variety of games especially how Planet 7 let you claim bonuses pretty often. Support does respond fairly quick but I believe that some support team members doesn’t know much English but they manage.

I agree that with other reviews here. It is very difficult to get a withdrawal with all of the red tape that seems to be in place. Don’t waste your time putting money into the site you will regret it.

I know this was a while ago. But I have same concern as you. Trying to actually get free money is one thing. But now they have documents and access to everything. Identify theft an who knows what else. Feb. 2022 now. I just joined planet 7, and with me not asking. A “manager” named Jerry calling and leavening me voicemails…
I dont think that’s to benefit me. Seems scammy to me.

hi! Planet 7 owes me money since mid-Jan…..they sent me bad check!!! Almost got charged $35 for bounced check!!! Sent numerous emails to payments dept. along w/chat feature. No help!!! I am furious…..
They really just took my money upon Request of withdrawal!!!!! They lead you on. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. They cut off right in middle conversation.
Just tried to login with a winning balance of over $50,000, received notice from Inclave that US residents are not allowed to play on Planet 7. Kind of disgusting I had this balance and it’s all gone. I had just logged in Thursday night.
My account balance was over $50K and now I can’t login, it doesn’t recognize my user ID. Live chat isn’t working and on-line customer service isn’t answering me back. This is ridiculous!
