All was well when I received a no deposit bonus and then proceeded to win a large sum of money (Compared to the Bonus). I then deposited over $20, so that I may be able to withdraw my winnings. When it came time to withdraw, there was problem after problem (not with me or my information), but with LC and their requirements. They had me verify my identity, then wait over a week…..Then send in my bank verification info, then wait another week………. then I had to send my bank wire transfer info (which could have been requested with my bank verification info, but wasn’t)…………of course then I had to wait yet ANOTHER week!!!!……….Then I was told that the only bank accounts at my bank that they will wire the money to, is a Platinum checking account, which upon my checking with my bank, requires that you maintain a $50,000.00 MINIMUM account balance! This was ONLY told to me, after waiting almost a whole month for my winnings, and to this day, I still have not been able to get my deposit. I imagine I never will, as that is how they avoid paying out their winning balances, Very misleading and outright dishonest. They are scam artist through and through.

Absolutely horrible I receive nonstop emails from this group pertaining free spins with bonus codes or FreePlay money I attempt to use the code it doesn’t work I respond to the email stating that code doesn’t work and please stop emailing me yet I always receive a response from a higher up representative telling me that whatever FreePlay was issued is now in my account and to play my own free will. I happened to win on one of these and attempted to withdraw submitted all my verification documents and received an email stating that I had violated the terms and conditions by using multiple free please yeah I’m baited in by the nonstop emails telling me to come and play! Why after I have corresponded and stated to please stop sending me the emails because a I don’t like their establishments and I’m not comfortable with depositing but yet they keep sending me FreePlay and then I happen to win and they take it away from me.

I have been a member of the Genesys Group practically since they became available to play in the US. However, I am no more. I almost exclusively play Saucify/BetOnSoft casinos, which radically limits my playing field, I know. I had never had an issue with Genesys until, ironically enough, I started actually depositing money with them One would think that, as your investment in an organization increases, your benefits would increase as well. NOT HERE. It seemed like the more I deposited, the fewer nd bonuses and free spins I was eligible for. Finally i came to the casino after a particularly horrible day and asked for some free spins. I knew I wasn’t

Reccomend! Fun and so many bonuses!

same as all its sister casinos . Great games awsome bonuses easy withdrawal process but lacks in its support speed and accuracy of answers.

One of the very first casinos have her deposited at. I crushed on the bonus absolutely murdered the playthrough and and had a little over 5K. I was very new to online casinos and had no idea how some of the stuff works but it lucky creek the associated properties like mandarin palace black lotus and a few others you can transfer funds from one casino to the other so I registered at all the associated casinos transferred I think $400 to for other ones leaving me about 3 1/2 K. Played on it for days really racking up loyalty points I just beside myself thinking I had a great balance at all these other casinos in addition to this so I had whittled it down to about 2750 and decided I would cash out. imagine my surprise when I heard the term Max cash out for the first time….

I just started playing here, Its been great so far.. I love there bonuses love the games and I am looking forward to the Tournaments

Another fun casino well designed out. All of these casinos under this brand group are pretty much carbon copies. From Lotus Asia to Jackpot Wheel your not going to find much variance in games bonuses or design. Still they are a decent casinos.

Very polished layout and graphically impressive selections – certainly a refreshing change from the cookie-cutter formats we’ve all become far too accustomed to seeing!
