I got up to a couple thousand really easily during my first full experience at this site with a $45 deposit. My neighbor saw that and she tried herself and won $1900. It took a while to see her funds but she did get paid. They have symbols that indicate if games are hot or cold which is more of a heads up than most casinos will give you. Their consistent bonus offers are generous and the loyalty program adds a nice little plus to the deal. I did not sign up to be called for promos, but in case I did unintentionally- I asked for them to take me off the list when they were calling at random points of the day insisting I deposited for their match bonus. There was one representative that even had the nerve to say I won’t be sorry if I deposit my last 10$ in my pocket to play a specific game with a particular bid and that I’ll win big doing that. It strikes me odd that this rep (Chris) would tell me that, and being the superstitious person I am, I went ahead and did exactly what he instructed. I lost miserably within minutes and the next time I talked to customer service trying to promote me another match bonus, I mentioned that to them and they said a rep will never tell me that I’m going to win. I’m not sure what his deal was but he called from Africa while I reside in Canada in a completely different time zone and even after I was told I’ve been removed from the calling list, I still received phone calls recommending to deposit for a bonus 3-4 times after that until I bought a new phone and changed my number.

I want to know why the casinos takes away your match bonus after you make a withdrawal at there casinos and even at ones you haven’t won, at example, I won at jackpot city and.spin palance stopped paying me my match bonus as well

Joined jackpot city then I emailed them and told them I did not want any bonuses
They replyed that I did not have to accept any.

I then deposited $200and played it out when it got down the site automatically gave me a bonus which I didnt notice until I played some spins.

So I contacted support and told them I was told I didnt want any bonuses and that I had talked about bonuses earlier and they said it was auto generated and that since I played some of the bonus they couldnt do anything
So I was stuck with a ridiculous bonus wager requirement therefore I’ve never deposited there again
Its a ridiculous way of making you take bonus so you have to take wagering requirement

I love playing the games and the design is great. Navigating around the site is easy. When my wife and I started playing we had fun and would have a decent win occasionally. That didn’t last long and now we rarely win anything. But it’s our fault for continuing to deposit.The bonus matchups are nice but unfortunately, then you have less of a chance of withdrawing a win because it will take forever to meet the wagering limit. By that time you likely will have lost your winnings.Customer reps used to be able to add bonuses but now there is a “bonus wheel” that you can spin every few hours. We have spun the wheel hundreds of times now and only a handful of times landed on anything other than “no win” or “fast-forward”. The couple of times we landed on “free spins” the most won was $3.00!! My wife also landed on the gift and I believe it added $9 to account. 99 percent of the time it’s nothing. It’s apparently based on how much you play. We’ve spent thousands on the site so either it’s not working properly or that’s just how little you win. It’s extremely disappointing.

Simple design. Live casino is OK. Dealers are friendly but their English is often unclear. The chance of winning is good for the live casino and black jack. I looks like scam to me. The one thing I really admire about Jackpot city casino is the fact that they have been around for a long while now, and still hanging in there with the online gaming industry changing all around them. There’s a level of respect if not nothing else that should go to a casino that’s be around that long, they’re doing something right. But these days I’m not sure what that something is anymore. Then there is one incident that turned me off them completely. One day, same old email, but it was addressed to LuckyWaroftheGods, my user name has always been WaroftheGods at Jackpot city, and never anywhere ever has it been LuckyWaroftheGods. Live Chat kind of played dumb when I asked, so I didn’t even finish that conversation and logged out. These guys are getting shady at best, my advice to readers and players, find a different casino and leave this one alone.
