I was even stupid enough to keep depositing thinking maybe they will be like"yeah she’s playing alot still, let’s get this issue resolved a.s.a.p" or something thinking maybe they care about customers and loyalty. The agents working for this casino do their best to help but there are not able to do so as the policy of the casino is not focused on providing support but hope people leave their unpaid withdraw and leave the casino after playing for real money. They have changed the monthly loyalty bonus. They simply decided they aren’t giving it any more and never told the players. I only found out because I went to live chat to find out where my monthly loyalty bonus was. It was a “management” decision. Yet they advertise the giver the wager the more points you earn. Seems a bit of false advertising to me.

The game Vegas flush, it gives good win if you play it right. I have betted 70 dollars per line and had won 10,000. I had actually quite a large amount on Vegas flush a few times. 30,000 was. Sometimes the 120 % bonus has let me down. I have claimed it, deposit but I did not receive the 120 % extra bonus. Also when you withdraw it takes too long to receive the funds into your bank account which means you get tempted to play the winning and end up putting it back into the casino. All up I have lost 200,000 dollars to the casino.
