I think my issue is I am too nervous to put money in, especially when it comes to withdrawals.

Made a couple of deposits , used some of the free spins. Wasn’t impressed. I did better on free spins than I did with deposit. Redeemed bonus but was nit able to use second part of bonus. . Didn’t find any help on site and didn’t get answer from customer service . They have a long response time. I would consider making another deposit if I could figure out how their bonuses work

Since when does a “freeroll” into a poker tournament with 3K+ other players reward me for all the deposits I made? I used to play here a lot. The reward program was great, but it has been horrible over the past several months. I went to support after a few deposits and they told me I wasn’t eligible for any bonus. My last straw was when support failed to acknowledge that one of the slots I played, malfunctioned the moment I got the bonus round. So far, they seem to me to be just an average online casino. Not good and not bad. Nothing that makes them stand out from the others to me.
