I requestd a withdrawal back on 2-19-2025 for $2500 minus 100 transaction fee. When I did not receive it in the 15 day time. I contacted them, they said they sent it. Since that date I have sent my bank account as proof that I did not get the $2400. I sent it no less than 5 times as a pdf file as they requested and sent a copy to myself, so I know they received it. They said that it was blank or it was a word doc, and other excuses to delay. I went on a chat with them and sent it again. I was told it would be resoved within 24 Hours. That was 4 weks ago. Every time I call, (30) times or e-mail (14 times)or chat (5 times) its the same excuse “it has been accelerated and you will get a response in 24 hours” Its now April 10th and the call today get me the same answer. It would be nice to get your winnings rather than have ignition casino just continue to stall day after day. Did they send it to the wrong account, I don’t know but that is not my problem. Where is my money Ignition???
