the casino pays out, but the speed of the process is a joke. sometimes I wait 3 days and sometimes 20. This is probably the worst paying casino. If someone doesn’t have enough patience, don’t deposit. My opinion will change if the pace of payouts increases and they pay out within at least the statutory 3 days

I played for a couple of days, but I don’t play anymore. When the slot game is at the winning end, a notification of an internal error appears and the balance in the game is €0, even though there was money in the game account. The balance was only visible when you left the game and came back, but there were no more wins.
The games, especially the live dealer ones, were incredibly engaging. However, the withdrawal process and fees were a letdown.
Tried closing account and they keep offering bonus money for you to keep account open, and they say they don’t accept players from United Kingdom it they still let you deposit.
