I will say though to read the terms and conditions before depositing because it clearly states the method of deposit will also be the approved method of withdrawal, I found that out when I deposited with my debit card for the 1st time and had a little bit of a run around cause my bank didn’t accept international wire transfers luckily when I spoke to someone in payouts department they saw I usually deposit with crypto and approved my withdraw through bitcoin which I received about an hour after our conversation. Several areas need reworking or fine tuning in general. Still haven’t been able to cash out. I’ll keep you posted.

No honor among thieves. They won’t let me cashout a free chip after making it thru the playthrough. Saying I used 2 free chips back to back. Whenever I try to use a free chip after a free chip I always get a message saying this cannot be redeemed please contact support. Upon contacting support they tell me I can’t redeem due to a previous free chip and I must make a deposit. NOT RAGING BULL. They say they owe me nothing which is completely wrong. I’ve co acted support numerous times having their agents tell me try again tomorrow as they see nothing preventing me from withdrawing MY funds. All of a sudden I cant because they dug and dug and dug to come up with a bogus reason not to let me withdraw. I will not be playing here ever again. But best beleive I’m leaving that measly 100 dollars in their site in my account. I’m gonna a have them JUST LOOK AT IT cuz that’s the first thing they gotta do. It wouldn’t be so bad if they woulda told me I cant withdraw my funds BEFORE I sent them all the required B.S. they ask for to verify your identity.

This online casino is one of many similar. Rtg software, which is not my favorite but it isn’t the worst either. I have been going to this site for almost a year and have not gotten to cash out anything substantial. But the blame for that could be given to me. Bonuses are fair, the selection of games is similar to other rtg sites. Not a bad place to spend some time if you have the money.
