this casino is a scam. they double charged my account about 6x before i noticed. WATCH OUT

The graphics are wonderful, and the site is easy to navigate. Have played about $70K (not one bonus ever utilized) between Bovada and their sister casino, Ignition Casino, since October 2017. Started out decent, now you barely hit anything worth cashing out. I may be incorrect, however, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re no longer regulated/certified. There have been multiple overcharges on deposits, and unfortunately, it’s no longer interesting, nor fun to play at either sites.

They are very good at taking your deposit and signing you up! Terrible graphics on games, the Aladdin slot Princess looks like the gypsy woman from a 1960’s horror movie. It may be me, bad odds on the machines. The server is very glitchy and kept timing out during play. 4.5% charge on credit card deposits. Others are better and cheaper!

I love the games here but hate they have no free chip to even try them out ,i deposited once ,they have that old mine game that has the miner guy that blows up the mines double mine i believe its called was very old rtg game ,i love that game but no luck and went so fast ,no bonuses ..wasnt very happy dont waste your money!

I reted 2.9 because this casino has a bad customer service ( to me i guess) they dont offer a lots bonus plus when i contacted customer support they answered me not nice at all. I been played at this casino and deposited a lots but never asked for a free bonus but 1st time i asked for bonus they answered me “no, if u want a deposit match ….blah blah blah” . Im not happy with this casino but i do like the games, they has a lots different kind of games .

Interface is nice. I enjoyed their sports book and single deck blackjack.Customer service is polite.Account security is not good. They don’t have two factor authentication or device registration with mobile authentication. Their level of protection is well below information security industry standards, particularly for companies dealing with financial assets. I will not be doing business with Bovada again as their account security just isn’t sufficient given the amount of money they handle.
