Bovada has very real techinical problems. There slots start to slow down and just stop in the middle of playing. They are always putting messages that they will be doing technical work (usually in the early morning hours), but it keeps getting worse and worse. There customer service used to be good, but now you have to wait a long time just to get someone on chat and the first 2 to 3 responses are just auto generated, so you have to wait too long to get a real customer service person. Overall, the experience has gotten worse in the last year. I am a “Hall of Fame” member that has earned over 6,500,000 points and they never give anything in free play for my loyalty. Becoming very dissatisfied with them!!

I play the games if the week but need see a points for it I get the notice my points are here..other than that bovaba has been honest and fair..always payed me when I won wish I could see a few points for that.. youare a dam good casino.

if Bovada would just add the RTG/Spinlogic library of games, id give it 5 stars. Still though, gotta give the casino props for fast payouts and for its sportsbook option.
