I reted 2.9 because this casino has a bad customer service ( to me i guess) they dont offer a lots bonus plus when i contacted customer support they answered me not nice at all. I been played at this casino and deposited a lots but never asked for a free bonus but 1st time i asked for bonus they answered me

Their level of protection is well below information security industry standards, particularly for companies dealing with financial assets. This is one of the best online casinos, I have won and got paid remarkably quicky using bitcoin as a withdrawal method. One of the harder things to find these days are places to play which actually pay when you hit and win which makes them worth spending your time and money with. While I have read good and bad things about Bovada, I have to say that all of my experiences have had fine, when there was issue customer service was friendly and helpful with getting what was needed resolving quickly. I didn’t give them much money. I don’t have anything nice to say. Pretty much impossible to get money out. All winnings go to locked funds, and when I requested a withdrawal my account was locked. Probably the worst customer service I have ever worked with. Not helpful or respectful. Doing business with them was a mistake.

Hi, I think that all Casinos including BOVADA, need to have a place on the pay table or next to balance to see where you are for your playthrough, because out of now where they take it and leaving you with almost noting… SNEEKY… but that is just my thoughts

At one time they had all of the newest games, but that is no longer the case. It is also a hassle that they do not accept mastercard and they charge a small fee for accepting visa. It isn’t a lot, but it is really unnecessary. I have literally deposited there at least 30 to 40 times and I have NEVER come close to being able to cash out. In fact my money usually goes very quickly which is why I have only played there a handful of times the past year. Finally, they are incredibly cheap with the bonuses and I believe I have only ever gotten one free chip there. Come one guy….you at least need to throw people a bone every once in a while.

Good games and nice sport betting system. The only good thing about it is its really organized and you can find where you want to go and what you want to do on the system very easily. Verification takes forever, it has been well over a week and still no response.. its been way over the 24-48 hour process. Also customer service seems to be helpful but honestly its not that helpful at all since they cannot even solve their problem within the time frame that they give.
