Pretty disappointed their bonus didn’t end up being no deposit. They haven’t given a no deposit in years and I’ve played thru so much money here. Also I don’t like how long cashout takes, for crypto they should be instand. That being said, I have won some huge wins here. And they have a lot of variety.

Have played at Bovada for 10+ years, and have only had one problem with them in that time. That one problem was eventually 100% resolved. Have never had a withdrawal issue, and their withdrawals are pretty quick. Their customer service is pretty slow to respond, and isn’t great with communicating beyond stock replies. They will, however, eventually get things taken care of. Some of the poker players are pretty slow.

I agree with what I’ve read on other comments, good poker option but there’s better options if you’re aren’t looking to play poker. The withdraw speed is this casinos main flaw, to go along with the fact they don’t have a license and I decided to play elsewhere!

this is a good site for poker but the casino is really just pretty weak – the games are ok but if you dont hit big they dont pay out forever – reccomended for poker but not casino you know what i mean guys?

They used to have Las Vegas phone support. They have good video feeds, but those are also available at Betonline. Betonline seems to care far more about their customers than Bovada.

worst support ever, takes several minutes for basic assistance, dont like giving bonuses, takes a bit to deposit should be faster with bitcoin, graphics are slow at times, menu for slots should be straight ford too many clicks to with games

Well Bovada screwed me bad. I deposited the exact amount they said to match the bonus and they didn’t match it at all. I tried to get my money back via bank transfer and come to find out you have to have a minimum amount to do that 👍 then I tried to even create a bitcoin in order to get my money back and it keeps denying the request. I know I’m not the only one who has had this problem, all I want is my money back and not one person has responded to me. I feel like a complete idiot, I guess I’m just at a pretty low point in life and this made it so much worse. Nobody at Brovada even cares, it’s sickening that they jus take from the poor and keep giving to the rich.

I like Bovada,, but I just wish they had some bonuses or free spins or something to offer.

Deposited over $1000 with this casino. Never withdrew a dime not even close to withdrawing anything lol. Stupid me for deposited after losing repeatedly. Oh well I wouldn’t recommend depositing with this casino.

Feel like they are speaking in terms of different promotions kinda should step it up in that area
