So disappointed in the way Bovada handled a recent issue…was so sketchy the way they did it…changed the Bitcoin Exclusive Bonus…After the fact which in and of itself was sketchy but the way they handled a simple inquiry… was so blatantly low rent..I always held them to higher standard.. wish Now I hadn’t even inquired. It’s like being disappointed in one of your kids or somthing…lol

The only good thing about this casino is the refer a friend promotion. Other than that they have very few rewards as far as deposit bonuses and then the cash out minimums are high and they have very few cash out methods. I love the games they have on this site but other than that it’s very unappealing

Bovada is the standard in which I compare against others. Gameplay gets tight but they offer regular weekly bonus, loyalty rewards, quick cash outs, and good customer service

Update:What the heck is going on with them lately? You make qualifying deposits that you don’t get any bonuses or the free spins for.And what is this bullsh*t line they give you about how much you have won too much lately to get a bonus, when I haven’t withdrawn anything in months!?

Their blackjack games are harsh. I started off with a huge bonus and I still managed to lose my money. I had like a 500% bonus so when I lost my bankroll I was like is this game legit. I spoke to customer service to ask why I lost all my money so quickly. She said your gambling u suppose to lose money when you gamble. I was like o yeah your right lol.
