I am happy to see that this site has given them a honest rating. Initially I thought they were great. Everything seemed to be true. Easy deposit, good bonus, and a on time easy withdraw process. And then…… I am not going to get into my story as I have not made a official complaint yet. I broke no rules as I combed through the terms and conditions like I would be tested on them. They do not have the rules that will get you suspended in the terms and condition bulletpoints. They are hidden with others that do not really concern players. Sports you can only bet 50% of your deposit if you take a Bonus. Casino is 20% of your deposit and you can not switch games. If you win money in Blackjack and take it to the slots you violate those terms. If you increase your bet and then drop it down to less then half of your last winning bet you violate terms. With the edge already in there favor and maxed out at 20% you just play to your money is gone. Its literally impossible with those rules. So stick to the sports or do not take a Bonus. The other thing is they throw out a major incentive in Bonus money for friend referrals. They use the trust you have between your friends as bait to fund there sportsbook. Then they suspend every account regardless. Don’t matter if your friends won or lost. Other major red flags – You can not speak to a supervisor in reference to any suspension which lets you know how often they do this. The only option on there phone line in which you can speak to someone is the deposit help line. And the best of them all is how well trained there Live Chat agents are. They are so friendly and polite that you almost feel bad by the the time they ask you to give the chat a rating.

Bovada’s live betting feature is top-notch. I was able to cash out my bet on the Lakers game just before they lost the lead, saving me some money.

I hate when casino are quick to take your money but take for evverrrrr to cash you out or find some rule or excuse why they voided your withdrawal and this is one of them

a decent casino in my humble and honest opinion. i dont play with them all the time but when i do i always enjoy myself and have fun. customer service is a little lacking but what are you going to do about that. i find that the more i play with them the more i lose my money, but thats the nature of the beast i guess so why complain.

Ok first off I just want to  say how horrible the customer service is here …it’s unbelievable that  these agents get paid to do what they do ….this site seems like it’s being ran by a bunch of teenagers with no clear leadership.  Now I had joined and  referred multiple people…the first first I referred I receive the bonus right away and then the 75 for them using bitcoin. 2 hours later…..the next two I referred I got initial bonus and the 75 never came…I go into forums and see they state if it’s not added within 24 to go into chat to have it manually added….So I do and I get told  they can’t do thst even though there were multipe people stating they can and providing proof of them doing it.but still I get told I gotta wait the 72 hours …which fine whatever I’ll wait ….but then I received notice that I would be leaving for deployment literally st the time the bonus would be added…So I got back into chat and explained and asked if there was any way for it to be added earlier so I could at least play it …got told no have wait so basically got told suck for you ..your not getting shit …..I’ve asks to speak with a supervisor and got denied multiple times and they even ended chat on me….this company absolutely doesn’t value.  There customer especially if that’s how they trest someone who has broug them multiple customers to spend money with them ….I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life…And not just one and agent….they are all like this…this site in my opinion needs to be shut down on that alone….I would hate to see how they treat someone who actually has a bigger issue….because good luck talking to a supervisor or getting it worked out in your favor….I would highly recommend everyone stay as far away from this site as possible….there is plenty better options and ones where they actually value the customers who spend there hard earned ,money with them
