Bovada Casino does not allow players from Bosnia and Herzegovina, so I can’t give them more than 2.5 stars, site looks very good, I can see that they are offering very good welcome bonuses, they have huge selection of games, a lots of promotions, so solid, but nothing special…

Bovada and Ignition have removed keno from their site. I went back and forth with them the last 2 days trying to explain that keno was taking my money and not playing thru the game. It would freeze after i picked my numbers and hit play. They kept saying clear your cache, use a diff browser, etc. i knew it was their side that was messed up because i used multiple devices. I have asked them to refund my money and fix keno. Now it has been completely removed from the site. It would be nice if they communicated something to all of the keno players! Dealing with the customer service for bovada and all of their other sites is so frustrating! They all just seem to blow every problem off as being the players fault! They also are making a lot of bad changes in regards to rewards, cash back, and overall wins!

Update: What the heck is going on with them lately? You make qualifying deposits that you don’t get any bonuses or the free spins for. And what is this bullsh*t line they give you about how much you have won too much lately to get a bonus, when I haven’t withdrawn anything in months!?

I’ve read lots of reviews saying how difficult it is to win. I disagree. Maybe I’m just lucky. I play with the thought “bet big, win big” Example: Bess & Becky slots I’ll deposit $100 a play that game at $7.50 per spin bet if I’m up $300 I’ll change to $15 per spin. Of course several times I lose really fast. But overall thru out the years an years I’ve been playing. I think I’ve done well. Or again maybe I’m just lucky. If u play a bet $1.50 that’s a small bet so u can really expect to win BIG betting small……. Just saying

I will always have a fond memory of Bovada being my first win and withdrawal online casino. I had read that their games seemed the best chances for payout and that for the most part proved to be true. I like the slots they have. I did realize though, that their best selection for the 3 reels is offered on mobile only so I go back and forth between mobile and the laptop.
