I had a big win here recently with my own deposit. I deposited $50 and walked away with a little over $500. I have no problems with the odds here as far as the win ratio. But I will say, if you cash out with this casino, go for the wire transfer instead of the check. They do 1 free check a month and the wire transfer is $45. It’s worth it to pay the $45 out of your winnings!! It has been very difficult to get my check cashed. My bank has a lot of restrictions and most check cashing facilities other than banks, won’t touch international checks. With depositing my check in my bank account, I have to wait for a week hold on it to go through before I can touch any of my winnings. So I guess, know your bank regulations and what regulations for check cashing are in your area. After going through what I did, I’d definitely say, GO WITH THE WIRE!!! So much less fuss!

I requested a $3,000 payout on 09/15/2015. It was approved on 09/18/2015 and I still haven’t received the funds. I received an e-mail on 08/25/2015 indicating my payment had been processed. So I asked them if that meant I would have to wait another 4-7 business days and they said no. It’s been 12 days and 8 business days. Custmer service keeps telling me that their payout times posted on the site are only an estimation and they will investigate if I don’t get my funds by tomorrow but I’m skeptical. Oh and the max cashout using this method is $2,500 which they didn’t tell me until I recieved the email on 09/25/15 and the additional $500 would be processed in another week and would cost $50. Payout times should be consistent. I withdrew $2,000 using the same method a few months and my request was approved on a Saturday and i received my funds the following Thurs. Why am I having problems now????
