I would never play here again. They have a craps game with a light blue background. It shows $1-$500 bet limits. They won’t let you play game for fun. I took a chance and deposited bitcoin. It turns out the max bet is $100. And, the payouts are all wrong. As an example a $1 buy bet on the 5 should pay $1.45. They pay $1.25. On the 6, it should be $1.16. They pay $1. Worse yet, under the 3 bars Rules area, the payouts aren’t listed. So, the only way to find out about the weird payouts is to play. I brought both of these issues up to their chat agent. They just don’t care and don’t think anything is unusual.

I requested my very first payout on 2/13. It took 7 days but was approved on 02/20 with a message saying 48 hours to receive. Here I am writing this on 02/28 and I still haven’t received anything

Been waiting 3 weeks for my payout and still have no clue when I’m going to get my money, I ask them for a bonus free play for the inconvenience and they said they can’t offer one, and the wafers for the casino bonus freeway are outrageous, so you can’t win anything, so they are not even losing anything! Trying to cash out the max is frustrating, you might as well cash out smaller amounts and pray to get paid, they blame it on technical difficulties!

Ive been waiting for a month to receive my payout. Keep getting different excuses from chat agents and the billing team. Its been 13 business days since my withdrawl was approved. 5 to 10 business days is there policy.

Betwhale has a good platform and nice bonus offers. Besides that, they are a total headache and a waste of money. The first issue I encountered was sports betting being limited. I went from being able to bet 0-$1000 easily when I first signed up. I was on a hot streak. I hit a $1000 bet and then that same day hit 2 $150-$200 NBA bets. The next day I couldn’t bet more than $50 unless it was -190 odds then my limit was raised to $120. With a 10x rollover for a $22500 wager only betting $50 a bet is a struggle. Either way, I did it and only lost maybe $400 worth of the sign-on bonus, no big deal. I go to withdraw after doing the account verification. The limit is advertised as a $2500 max. I decided to do $2000 and leave $500 in the account to play with at their casino games. Only $750 was approved out of my $2000. It took 10 days for me to receive the money as well, 72 hours after the promised time to receive it. They only sent the funds after contacting support over and over again and approving my next withdrawal of only $500 from the $2100 I requested. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for online sportsbook options after all the headaches. Don’t deposit money at all unless you wanna arbitrage it for a 1 hit wonder but you gotta get real lucky cause if it wins and you bet a lot, you won’t get any money back anytime soon.

Same criticisms as everyone else. 1) They give you a big bonus with huge rollover then severly limit your bets so you can never reach it to get a payout. This is followed by lame excuses on customer service that say your bet limits are related to not betting enough. 2) Super slow payouts that eventually get limited to $500 despite higher posted withdrawal limits. It took me 2 months to withdraw about $5500 in winnings. I’m finally able to get out! They do have a lot of bets with good lines… but if you are a sharp bettor they make it impossible to take advantage of them.

I made a $300 aud payment via Usdt and it’s been 8 hours since the payment was confirmed on the blockchain. Balance has not updated and staff continuously lie about the status of the payment. I have attempted to share payment receipts, confirmations and evidence but they ignore it. Have made no progress whatsoever despite contacting their online chat on 10 occasions.

I just started video casinos. Customer service is AWFUL and the bonuses mean nothing because you do not win. WARNING….STAY AWAY!!!!

Stay away at all costs. This site is close to a scam. They will approve you for a tenth of what you request. They will not even payout your average bet in the hopes that you get frustrated and lose everything. After requesting 2500 payouts three times I have been approved of 1250, 750, and 500. Let me add that I have also had over 10k in my acct when requesting these amounts. They hide behind their terms and conditions stating that they can pay out in smaller increments but it’s really so you keep betting and lose your balance. Customer service takes a week to respond and won’t tell you what you need to do to get to the higher cashout level. I put 100k in bets in and didn’t get approved to even cashout 2500??? After that they keep going down on your amounts no matter what you do. This site will be out of business in a year and you will never get your funds. By the way, you can deposit unlimited amounts but they decide how much you can withdrawal
