Week 7 NFL prop bets graphic featuring a New England Patriots player and the GamblingSites.com logo.

One of the season’s best Thursday Night Football matchups, Patriots (4-2) vs. Bears (4-2), headlines my Week 7 NFL prop bets. I am also targeting the first-ever NFL game in Paris and Monday’s NFC East showdown between the Cowboys and the Eagles.

Read the football betting guide below for a closer look at my top Week 7 NFL prop bets. Also, I highlight tips and trends to watch that can help you make the right wagers this weekend.

Best TNF Prop Bet: Rhamondre Stevenson 10+ Rushing Attempts (-170)

New England and Chicago meet in a 4-2 battle on TNF. The Patriots are road underdogs, but Drake Maye and company have enough firepower to hang with a Bears team likely missing RB Kyle Monangai (turf toe).

Controlling the clock will help keep New England’s defense fresh and able to shut down the Bears’ league-leading rushing attack.

The easiest way to do that is for the Pats to run the ball. Lucky Rebel lists Rhamondre Stevenson at -170 odds to get 10+ rushing attempts this week in the Windy City.

Stevenson has hit double-digit rush attempts in four of six games this season. Chicago has a great run defense, holding teams to 90.5 rushing yards per game, but establishing the run will keep pressure off of Maye in a short week.

TreVeyon Henderson is also playing through an ankle sprain, which limited him to eight total touches in Week 6. With Henderson likely on a snap count again, Stevenson will get most of the rushing attempts this week. He will get at least 10 attempts against the Bears.

Top NFL Player Props for Week 7

Here are three more player props I recommend taking at top NFL betting sites this week.

Alvin Kamara 20+ Rushing Yards (+120)

Travis Etienne is on IR for at least another week, so Alvin Kamara should start at RB in the Saints’ first-ever NFL game in Paris. Kamara is available at +120 odds to have 20+ rushing yards on Sunday.

Pittsburgh ranks 14th in the NFL, allowing 103.2 rushing YPG, and has given up 4.0 yards per carry this year.

Kamara has 23+ rushing yards in three of his five games played this year. He had 34 rushing yards on just seven carries in Week 6.

New Orleans has struggled to run the ball this season, gaining just 97.3 rushing YPG. However, running the ball will simplify the game plan after their long-distance travel and could help slow down the Steelers’ pass rush, which has already recorded 16 sacks this season.

Denzel Boston Over 50.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Rookie WR Denzel Boston has been a key part of the Browns’ surprising start to the 2026 season. He leads the team with 345 receiving yards and is averaging 57.5 YPG. Boston also leads all qualified receivers with 20.3 yards per reception.

Oddsmakers have Boston listed at over/under 50.5 receiving yards for Sunday’s matchup against Tennessee.

The Titans have allowed 220.5 passing YPG, which ranks 17th in the league. However, they are allowing 7.5 YPR, tied with the Lions for the 10th-most.

With RB Quinshon Judkins in danger of missing another week, the Browns may need to lean on Boston again. He should cover the over on this prop.

Bijan Robinson Over 112.5 Scrimmage Yards (-117)

Bijan Robinson is coming off his worst game of the season so far, totaling just 53 scrimmage yards on 11 touches in Atlanta’s loss to the Bears. For comparison, Robinson had topped 118+ scrimmage yards in four of his first five games this season.

Robinson is listed at over/under 112.5 scrimmage yards for Sunday’s matchup against the 49ers.

San Francisco is on a short week after playing Monday night. The 49ers also have to travel across the country for this early afternoon kickoff.

A jet-lagged defense on shortened rest is great news for Robinson. San Fran has held RBs to fewer than 80 rushing YPG this season. However, they have struggled against pass-catching backs, including giving up 112 receiving yards to Denver’s running backs.

Bijan’s work as a receiver will help him cover the total in this Week 7 player prop.

Best Week 7 NFL Game Prop Bets

Game props are another fun way to bet on Week 7’s top matchups. Here are my four favorite game props for this week’s games.

Rams vs. Raiders: Both Teams Score 21+ (+140)

The Rams (2-4) visit the Raiders (3-3) on Sunday, and both teams need a win to end their losing streaks. This could be a high-scoring game, as LA averages 22.5 PPG, while Las Vegas is sixth in the NFL at 27.0 PPG.

Both defenses give up a lot of points, too. The Rams have allowed 23.0 PPG, and the Raiders have given up 27.0 PPG. Las Vegas has scored 162 total points, while also allowing 162 points this season.

Lucky Rebel lists the odds at +140 for both teams to hit 21+ points on Sunday. Desperate teams with high-scoring offenses and porous scoring defense should lead to a high-scoring matchup where both teams hit 21 points.

Green Bay Packers Win Both Halves (+475)

Green Bay is a road underdog in the latest Week 7 odds for the Packers divisional matchup with the Lions. Not only do I think the Packers will win, but I also believe they will win both halves (+475) on Sunday.

Detroit had a bye last week, but extra rest will not magically improve the Lions’ defense. They allowed 404.4 YPG in the first five weeks, the most in the NFL. Their defense has also given up 29.6 PPG, the third-most in the league.

The Packers, on the other hand, have found their rhythm in the passing game, ranking fifth in the league with 269.3 passing YPG. Green Bay also swept the Lions last season and won the first half in both regular-season meetings.

Kansas City Chiefs -2.5 (+140)

Kansas City is a +2.5-point (-103) underdog against the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football. I believe they will win and cover at least a field goal against the defending Super Bowl champions.

You can bet on the Chiefs -2.5 at +140 odds in an alternate line prop for this prime-time matchup.

Seattle has a Sam Darnold problem. Darnold has thrown seven interceptions since returning from his hip injury, and the Seahawks are 1-3 over that stretch.

The Chiefs are masters at capitalizing on other teams’ mistakes and have a +5 turnover differential this season, tied for the third-best in the league. If Darnold’s issues continue, KC will remain undefeated and win by at least a field goal.

Dallas Cowboys Under 24.5 Points (-138)

Dallas (2-4) heads to Philadelphia (2-4) to face an injury-depleted Eagles team. Philadelphia will be without multiple starters on offense, including most of its starting line and QB Jalen Hurts.

The Eagles defense, conversely, is mostly healthy and has played well despite the team’s offensive struggles. Philly’s defense has held teams to 22.8 PPG and has only allowed 25+ points twice this season.

Dallas has a great offense on paper, but the Cowboys have scored 16 or fewer points in back-to-back games. The Cowboys’ offensive miscues will keep them under 24.5 points again on Monday night.

Week 7 NFL Prop Betting Trends and Tips

Consider these tips and trends before betting on Week 7 NFL props.

Divisional Matchups Tend to Be Close

Five of the 14 matchups in Week 7 are divisional games. Familiarity between divisional opponents usually leads to closer matchups, which can be good news for underdogs hoping to cover the spread.

Wait for QB Updates Before Betting

Multiple teams, including the Ravens, have major QB questions heading into Week 7. Baltimore hopes Lamar Jackson can return to practice, but his status is uncertain. Waiting for clarity on QB decisions can improve your chances of winning your bets.
