The odds for the 2026 Final Four are open, and Michigan remains the favorite to win it all. The Wolverines are laying 1.5 points against Arizona and have the shortest odds to win the whole tournament.

Of course, Arizona, Illinois, and UConn will do their best to knock off Michigan. Keep reading to see the current Final Four betting odds and my latest predictions for this year’s NCAA Tournament.

2026 Final Four Matchups

Lucky Rebel has hundreds of markets for the remaining 2026 March Madness games. Keep reading for a closer look at the odds for this year’s Final Four matchups.

#3 Illinois vs. #2 UConn

TeamSpreadMoneylineTotal
#3 Illinois -2.0 (-107)-132Over 139.0 (-111)
#2 UConn+2.0 (-113)+109Under 139.0 (-109)

#2 UConn is the higher seed and is coming off an unbelievable comeback win over the number-one overall seed, Duke. Despite that, the Huskies are getting 2.0 points for their Final Four matchup against #3 Illinois.

The Fighting Illini are -132 moneyline favorites, implying a win probability of 56.9%.

Illinois outscored UConn in the regular season, averaging 83.8 PPG to the Huskies’ 77.1. That trend has continued in the tournament, with the Fighting Illini averaging 79.25 to UConn’s 73.75. Their defense has also been better, allowing just 59.75 PPG, while the Huskies have allowed 65.75 PPG.

On the other hand, UConn has the most impressive win so far in the tournament, its Elite Eight win over Duke. The Huskies also beat #3 Michigan State. Illinois, for comparison, has benefited from three of its four opponents being ranked #9 or lower.

UConn has nearly a week to reset after its emotional, adrenaline-filled win over Duke. Coach Dan Hurley is up to the task and will have the Huskies ready to play and pull off the upset.

#1 Michigan vs. #1 Arizona

#1 Michigan-1.5 (-110)-125Over 157.5 (-110)
#1 Arizona+1.5 (-110)+103Under 157.5 (-110)

The two teams with the best odds to win the National Championship will square off a round early as #1 Michigan faces #1 Arizona. Top March Madness betting sites have the Wolverines as -125 favorites over the Wildcats (+103).

Arizona is getting 1.5 points in the latest point spread markets for this highly anticipated matchup.

Michigan has rolled through the first four rounds of the tournament, winning every game by double digits. Three of its four wins have come by 21+ points. The Wolverines have been led by Yaxel Lendeborg (21.0 PPG, 7.25 RPG, 4.25 APG), the favorite to win Most Outstanding Player.

The Wildcats have also had an impressive run, winning by an average of 20.5 points in their first four games. Only one team, the explosive offense of #4 Arkansas, scored more than 66 points against Arizona’s defense.

Arizona has two of the three top MOP contenders in Freshman Brayden Burries and Senior Jaden Bradley. The latter also won Big 12 Player of the Year after helping the Wildcats win the conference title.

Slowing down Lendeborg is easier said than done. However, the Wildcats’ defense has been great so far in the tournament, and they are a deeper team than the Wolverines. Arizona is the best bet to win this battle of top-ranked teams.

Updated 2026 March Madness Winner Odds

TeamOdds to Win March Madness
#1 Michigan +175
#1 Arizona +180
#3 Illinois +425
#2 UConn +550

The Michigan Wolverines remain title favorites at +175 odds to win March Madness. Close behind Michigan is its Final Four opponent, Arizona, at +180. Illinois (+425) and UConn (+550) are a distant third and fourth, respectively.

#1 Michigan (+175)

With the top teams on the other side of the bracket already eliminated, many have declared the Final Four showdown between #1 Michigan and #1 Arizona as the real National Championship game. The Wolverines are slight favorites, so it is not surprising that they edged out the Huskies for the top spot on the March Madness winner odds board.

Michigan had the highest NET rating of any team remaining in the tournament. They have yet to be truly tested. Their size and defense have allowed the Wolverines to run through the first four rounds and could lead them to a title.

#1 Arizona (+180)

Arizona is also a number one seed, and the Wildcats have lived up to the hype so far in the tournament. The Wildcats are just behind Michigan at +180 odds to win the NCAA Tournament.

Brayden Burries and Jaden Bradley have been a lethal duo all season and have continued to impress in the tournament.

Koa Peat’s contributions should also not be overlooked, as the 6’8 forward is averaging 17.5 PPG and has 27 rebounds through four games. Arizona’s depth is its biggest strength and could propel the Wildcats to their first title since 1997.

#3 Illinois (+425)

Illinois is favored over UConn in the Final Four, but the Fighting Illini are behind both Michigan and Arizona in the latest national title odds.

The Fighting Illini allowed 68.7 PPG in the regular season, tied for 50th. Their defense has been even more dominant in the tournament, and Illinois’s offense has overpowered top defenses like Houston’s. If that trend continues, Illinois will have more than a puncher’s chance against either Arizona or Michigan in the title game.

#2 UConn (+550)

Rounding out the NCAA Tournament odds for the Final Four teams is UConn at +550 odds. The Huskies are lucky to be here after a shocking upset of #1 Duke. UConn is far from unbeatable, but their experience on the court and the sideline gives them a huge advantage.

The Huskies are underdogs against Illinois and will be getting points against either Michigan or Arizona. On the other hand, UConn has won 18 straight games in the Sweet 16 or later. They have the best defense of the four remaining teams and offer the highest payout odds.

March Madness Winner Prediction

As mentioned above, I believe the Huskies and Wildcats will pull off the upsets over Illinois and Michigan, respectively. If that happens, Arizona will host UConn in the title game. Based on the current odds, the Wildcats would be favored in that matchup.

Arizona was my pick at the start of the tournament, and its depth has given the Wildcats a major advantage in this tournament. I believe that will continue to be the case, and I am sticking with Arizona to win it all.
