Key Highlights

  • Self-service sports betting kiosks are now available at 89 Delaware Sports Lottery retailers and the state’s three casinos.
  • Scientific Games supplied the terminals, while Caesars Sportsbook is providing the betting markets and odds.
  • Bettors can access player props, live wagers, same-game parlays, and multisport parlays.

Delaware punters can now place in-person bets quicker and easier thanks to a new initiative from the state’s lottery provider. Self-service sports betting kiosks are available at 89 retailers and three state casinos.

Kiosks Arrive At Retailers & Casinos

The Delaware Lottery, with support from Scientific Games, installed the kiosks across its retail wagering network, giving customers another way to place bets without having to approach a staff member.

The rollout also includes Delaware Park Casino, Bally’s Dover, and Harrington Raceway and Casino. These locations expand access to self-service wagering for customers who prefer betting in person rather than using Delaware online casinos and sportsbooks.

“As sports betting continues to grow in popularity, these self-service kiosks meet players where they are in terms of fitting wagering into their day as well as their particular preferences for wagering,” said Delaware Lottery Director Helene Keeley. “They can also support our loyal sports lottery retailers by reducing staff workload and transaction times during peak periods.”

New Terminals Expand Betting Choices

Caesars Sportsbook is supplying the betting markets and odds for the retail and casino kiosks, while Delaware’s online sports betting market continues to operate separately through BetRivers.

Customers can use the machines to place player proposition bets, same-game parlays, live wagers, and parlays combining selections from multiple sports. This gives bettors access to more choices than Delaware’s traditional sports lottery products.

The self-service format also allows customers to review markets and build wagers without waiting at a staffed counter. Retailers may benefit from faster transactions, especially during major sporting events that attract heavier betting activity.

The launch also gives lottery retailers a larger role in Delaware’s sports betting market. Previously, the state’s three casinos served as the main destinations for full-service retail wagering, while lottery locations offered limited bet types.

Delaware Market Faces Regional Competition

While in-person betting has expanded, Delaware bettors have limited access to sports betting sites compared to customers in neighboring states. BetRivers is the state’s only online operator, while the three casinos handle retail sportsbook activity.

Delaware recorded an $18.2 million sports betting handle in May, up 4.2% from the same month in 2025. Revenue reached $1.2 million, representing a 3.6% year-over-year increase.

The terminals could support additional retail activity by providing quicker transactions, more betting markets, and convenient access across the state.
