Top Week 4 NFL Prop Bets (2026)
NFL prop bets are the perfect way to spice up your betting slips in Week 4. This week’s games include multiple divisional matchups and a game in London to kick off Sunday’s slate.
Continue reading to see my top eight NFL prop bets for Week 4. I discuss my top props and explain my reasoning behind every pick on my list this week.
Best TNF Prop Bet: Quinshon Judkins Over 55.5 Rushing Yards (-113)
Cleveland’s sole prime-time game of the season kicks off this week’s action. The Browns are hosting the Steelers on TNF, and Cleveland is a home underdog in the latest Week 4 odds.
If the Browns want to pull off the upset, they need a big game from second-year RB Quinshon Judkins. Lucky Rebel has Judkins listed at over/under 55.5 rushing yards.
Judkins has averaged 41.3 rushing yards per game this year, down from his 59.1 YPG last year.
Pittsburgh is seventh in yards allowed this year, giving up just 305.7 YPG. However, the Steelers have struggled against the run, allowing 113 rushing YPG. Running the ball against a tired, older defense will help the Browns control the clock and increase Judkins’ chances of hitting the over on this prop.
Top NFL Player Props for Week 4
Here are three more player props to target at the top NFL betting sites ahead of Week 4.
Jake Ferguson Over 24.5 Receiving Yards (-117)
TE Jake Ferguson has been vital to the Cowboys’ red zone offense this year and has three of the team’s seven receiving TDs. However, despite averaging 8.0 yards per reception, Ferson only has 72 yards on the season.
He is listed at over/under 24.5 yards for Sunday’s matchup against Houston, and I believe he will cover. The Texans’ once-great passing defense has given up 238.7 passing YPG, the seventh-most in the NFL.
Houston has allowed TEs to catch 18 of 21 targets for 213 total yards, while averaging 11.83 YPR. A relatively soft matchup will help Ferguson cover his yardage total for this prop.
Bhayshul Tuten Over 55.5 Rushing Yards (-113)
Another player with a chance to cover their yards total prop is Jaguars RB Bhayshul Tuten. Oddsmakers have Tuten listed at over/under 55.5 rushing yards this week against the Bengals.
Cincinnati’s run defense looked great the first two weeks, but they surrendered 138 rushing yards to the Steelers last week. Jaylen Warren finished with 127 yards on 17 carries, averaging 7.5 YPC.
Tuten is averaging 4.7 YPC on the season and has 65+ rushing yards in every game this year. Assuming he sees his usual 13+ rush attempts, Tuten should hit over 55.5 rushing yards this week.
Kyren Williams 15+ Rush Attempts (+115)
Kyren Williams is listed at +115 odds to have 15+ rush attempts against the Eagles on Sunday. Williams is averaging 12.7 rush attempts per game this season, with Blake Corum eating into his workload.
Both Williams and Corum should see a healthy number of carries against Philadelphia. In Week 3, Chicago used their running game to control the game and essentially eliminate the Eagles’ pass rush. Philly is also allowing 127.3 rushing YPG, the eighth-most in the NFL.
WR Puka Nacua’s status is also up in the air. If Nacua is out again, expect the Rams to lean more on their running game and increase Williams’ carries.
Best Week 4 NFL Game Prop Bets
There are profitable game props available in Week 4, too. Here are my top game props for this weekend.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers +3.0 in the 1st Half (-135)
Baker Mayfield is out for at least three weeks with a dislocated thumb, so the Buccaneers are turning to undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels. The former Jayhawk is a dual-threat QB who racked up 23 rushing TDs and over 1,400 rushing yards in college.
Daniels’ rushing ability will be vital this week against a Packers defense that has allowed 138.7 rushing YPG (5th-most) through three games this season.
Green Bay’s offense has also struggled, but Tampa’s fourth-quarter struggles make the Bucs a risky pick to cover the spread. However, if you bet the Bucs +3.0 in the first half, you can cash out before Tampa Bay’s defense crumbles in the second half.
Washington could get Jayden Daniels back in time for this week’s matchup against the Colts in London. Even if Daniels is out again, Marcus Mariota proved he can run the Commanders’ offense in last week’s upset win over the Seahawks.
The Commanders are listed at -108 to score over 21.5 points this weekend. Washington has scored at least 20 points in every game and faces a soft defense this weekend.
Indianapolis allows a league-worst 417.3 total YPG, and opponents have averaged 30.3 PPG against the Colts. If they can avoid jet lag, the Commanders should top 21.5 points this weekend.
New York Giants Under 21.5 Points Scored (-103)
I am less confident that the Giants can score over 21.5 points this weekend. New York has scored 18 total points in its last two games, and backup QB Jameis Winston has struggled to run the Giants’ new offense.
Arizona has allowed 81 points this year, the ninth-most in the league. However, 67 of those points were scored by the Seahawks and the 49ers over the last two weeks.
The Giants offense is on a different, worse level than what the Cardinals have had to deal with lately. Arizona’s defense will have an easier time containing Winston and company. They will keep the Giants under 21.5 points this weekend.
Patriots vs. Bills – Both Teams Score 17+ Points (-180)
New England and Buffalo square off in an important AFC East matchup. Lucky Rebel is offering -180 odds that both teams score 17+ points this weekend.
The Bills lead the league with 101 total points, averaging 33.7 PPG. New England, on the other hand, has just 36 points and is tied with Miami for the fewest points scored this year. On the bright side, the Bills’ defense will be easier to score on than many of the other opponents New England has played this year.
Buffalo has allowed 26.0 PPG, and two of their three opponents have scored 31 points. The Pats should get to at least 20, easily covering the 17.0 points they need for this prop.
Week 4 NFL Prop Betting Trends and Tips
Here are three trends and tips to consider before betting on your NFL Week 4 picks.
Find Favorable Position Battles
Whether it is scheme or personnel issues, some teams struggle against certain positions. For instance, the Lions have allowed the most receptions to TEs this season. Finding these specific weaknesses can help you make the right NFL player prop picks this weekend.
Returning Players May Be on a Snap Count
Many stars, including Rams WR Puka Nacua, could be returning from injury this weekend. Soft tissue and other injuries that prevent players from staying in game shape will impact their condition. So, expect players like Nacua to be on a snap count if they do suit up.
Place Colts-Commanders Wagers Early
The NFL International series is moving to London for the next few weeks, which means an early kickoff Sunday for fans in the States. So, if you plan to bet on Washington vs. Indianapolis this week, make sure to place your bets before the 9:30 AM ET kickoff.
