Top Week 3 NFL Prop Bets (2026)

Updated September 23, 2026

Packers WR Christian Watson leads my top NFL prop bets for Week 3. Watson and Green Bay take on the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday Night Football. Joe Burrow and Garrett Wilson also made the cut for my top props this week.

Keep reading to see all of my best player and game props for Week 3. I dissect my favorite bets and explain why each one is worth wagering on.

Best TNF Prop Bet: Christian Watson Over 67.5 Receiving Yards (-113)

Green Bay survived overtime to beat the Jets 20-17 for its first win of the season. The Packers do not have to wait long to try for their second win as they host the Falcons on TNF.

Lucky Rebel has Christian Watson listed at over/under 67.5 receiving yards for Thursday’s game against the Falcons. Green Bay needs Watson to step up after Jayden Reed went down with a neck injury in last week’s win. There is no timetable for Reed to return, and he could miss the season.

Watson is eighth in the NFL with 188 receiving yards through two games. He has averaged 18.8 yards per reception and has three receiving touchdowns.

Atlanta’s defense allowed 287 passing yards last week, and three Panthers’ WRs had 64+ yards. The Falcons’ pass defense could be even worse this week as their best CB, A.J. Terrell, was placed on IR with a groin injury.

As the Packers’ best receiver, Watson is the best bet to exploit the holes in the Falcons’ defense and cover his receiving total.

Top NFL Player Props for Week 3

Here are three other player props to target at the top NFL betting sites for Week 3.

Joe Burrow 2+ Passing TDs (+100)

Joe Burrow and the Bengals’ 2-0 start have Cincinnati atop the AFC North. They can strengthen their hold on the top spot with an important division win over a struggling Pittsburgh team this weekend.

Burrow is listed at even-money odds to have 2+ passing TDs this weekend. He is also available at -113 to have over 1.5 passing TDs, but the 2+ TD market, which requires the same number of passing scores, offers slightly more value.

The Steelers will likely be without CB Joey Porter Jr. again this week, severely limiting Pittsburgh’s pass defense.

Pittsburgh has only allowed one passing TD so far this season. However, they have played a limited Falcons team and a Pats squad that was without AJ Brown. The Bengals are healthy and will pick the Steelers’ defense apart once again.

TreVeyon Henderson Over 41.5 Rushing Yards (-117)

TreVeyon Henderson missed Week 1, but he made his impact felt on Sunday in his debut. Henderson had 16 carries for 76 yards (4.8 YPC) in New England’s win over Pittsburgh.

The bulk of Henderson’s yards came on a 39-yard TD run in the first quarter.

Henderson is listed at over/under 41.5 rushing yards for this week’s matchup against the Jaguars. His explosiveness gives Henderson the chance to cover his rushing total on any given carry.

Jacksonville has allowed only 191 rushing yards so far this year, but the Jaguars have benefited from facing poor rushing offenses. Their previous opponents, Cleveland and Denver, are both in the bottom six in rushing this season.

Garrett Wilson Over 60.5 Receiving Yards (-117)

Oddsmakers have Jets WR Garrett Wilson available at over/under 60.5 receiving yards for Sunday’s game against the Lions. Wilson leads the Jets with 11 receptions for 136 yards. He is also the only Jets WR to catch a TD pass this season.

Wilson’s average of 68 receiving YPG would cover this prop. Also, the Lions’ pass defense has been as bad as, if not worse than, expected this season.

Detroit has allowed 310.5 passing YPG so far, the second-most in the NFL through two games. The Lions have also allowed the second-most points in the league, 35.5 PPG. A weak passing defense will make it easy for Wilson to hit his 68 RYPG average and cover the total for this player prop.

Best Week 3 NFL Game Prop Bets

Here are four games to add to your Week 3 betting slips.

Kansas City Chiefs Win Both Halves (-110)

The Chiefs (2-0) are rolling after back-to-back prime-time wins. Kansas City will hit the road this weekend for an early-afternoon matchup against the Dolphins in Miami.

Weather concerns aside, KC should roll the Dolphins on Sunday. Miami has been as bad as advertised this year, averaging the sixth-fewest total yards per game, 271.5 YPG. They have also scored a total of 26 points through two weeks.

For comparison, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs have topped 30 points in both games this year. Kenneth Walker III should continue his dominant start against a Dolphins team allowing opposing RBs to average over 4.0 YPC.

With that in mind, I like the Chiefs at -110 odds to win both halves and secure the win in regulation.

Carolina Panthers Score First (-120)

Carolina is listed at -120 odds to score first this week against Cleveland. The Panthers have quietly had one of the best offenses in the league, and Bryce Young’s 648 passing yards rank second in the NFL.

Young is also tied for the most passing TDs so far this season with six.

Cleveland’s offense has been less productive, to say the least. They played better last week, but the Browns’ offense will struggle against a Panthers’ defense riding high after a dominant performance against the Falcons.

Carolina also has the ability to strike quickly thanks to the likes of Jalen Coker. The Panthers’ explosive passing attack makes them the best bet to put up points first.

Rams vs. Broncos Under 43.5 Points (+110)

Los Angeles and Denver bounced back from disappointing Week 1 blowout losses with critical wins in Week 2. Now, the Rams will take on the Broncos at Mile High on Sunday Night Football.

The total points for this matchup is set at over/under 45.5 points, but you get +110 odds if you bet on the score being under 43.5 points.

LA and Denver both have great defenses, but their offenses have been questionable so far. This game should be low-scoring, making it worth the risk to take a lower total in exchange for better payout odds.

Chicago Bears Under 16.5 Points Scored (+110)

The Bears scored a league-high 59 points in Week 1, but their offense fell off a cliff in Week 2. Chicago lost 9-3 in a rainy home opener and, to make matters worse, QB Caleb Williams hurt his hamstring.

Adding to the Bears’ QB issues, backup Tyson Bagent suffered a concussion in practice this week. If Williams cannot suit up, then it will be QB3 Case Keenum under center for Chicago’s MNF matchup against the Eagles.

A Keenum-led Bears offense will likely be limited and struggle to score against Philly. So, I recommend betting on Chicago to score under 16.5 points at +110 odds.

Keep these tips and trends in mind when making your Week 3 NFL prop wagers.

Bad Weather on the East Coast

The rain delay in the Cleveland vs. Tampa Bay game last week proved how unpredictable Florida weather can be. More East Coast games could be affected by weather this weekend, with a potential Nor’easter developing.

Teams (Usually) Play Better at Home

Reduced travel requirements, friendly fans, and many other advantages help teams play better at home. So, expect teams like Green Bay and New Orleans to be better this week in their first home games. Even bad teams, like Miami and Cleveland, could step their games up at home.
