Drake’s team denied that the Canadian superstar has any connection to HighStack, a new casino platform that uses AI to help users customize casino games. “Coffeezilla,” a YouTuber with more than 4.7 million subscribers, brought the issue to light after examining promotional material surrounding the business. He has long targeted casino platforms, with one of his videos, “Exposing the Gambling Epidemic,” garnering 9.1 million views.

Material examined during Coffeezilla’s investigation appeared to suggest that Drake could play a major role in promoting online casino games for HighStack. His camp, however, has rejected the suggestion that he authorized such a partnership and has allegedly issued a cease-and-desist letter to the YouTuber.

Coffeezilla Investigation Raises Questions

Coffeezilla’s investigation looked at HighStack’s development, its promotional claims, and reported connections between the company and people associated with Drake. The YouTuber said he received legal warnings while examining the situation, adding another layer to the dispute. The competing claims ultimately left questions about how Drake’s name became connected to the project.

Part of the attention centers on Future the Prince, Drake’s longtime manager, and reports that people within Drake’s management circle invested in the platform. However, that connection does not prove Drake was personally involved with HighStack, and his representatives say the artist did not back the casino venture.

Drake’s Gambling Links Add Context

The controversy has attracted additional attention because of Drake’s highly visible relationship with the crypto-focused online gambling company Stake. He has regularly appeared in gambling-related streams and promotions connected to the platform, while also posting his big-money wagers on his Instagram account. That existing association made claims about another possible casino partnership particularly notable.

HighStack, meanwhile, has positioned AI and creator participation as core components of its gambling product. Drake’s denial draws a clear distinction between the company’s apparent ambitions and any approved relationship with the rapper. For now, his camp’s position is that HighStack didn’t have authorization to present him as a participant in the venture.
